The customer service at this jiffy lube was outstanding! I hadn't pulled up for even a minute before someone came out to find out what I needed done and was extremely friendly and shared some nice small talk. He noticed I was holding a coupon, one which he remembered had some issues earlier and informed me what the fine print entailed (basically just that it was a $14 off oil change coupon and not exactly what the large print said) very informative and helped me pick which of my coupons (I had three from a magazine) would be the best deal for me (saved $20!!) We went over what I came in for (an oil change, fluid check up and top off) to which they were very pleasant and informed me that I had to use synthetic blend oil on my car for best results and was very straight forward with me. Among our small talk it came up that I was driving from California to Florida soon and he reminded me that I should get my tires rotated. They took my car in within 3 minutes of me being there and my car was finished in about 20 minutes or so. Great time even with other customers to help. Long story short, these people were over the top friendly, amazing service, helped me figure out which coupon would save me the most money and helped me out with everything I needed. I would 100% come here again if I wasn't moving in two weeks! read more

The cover beneath my car came off. I needed emergency service to get it fixed so that the bottom of my car wouldn't scrape against the road. I brought my car in around 2 in the afternoon. The mechanics were able to provide service within that same hour! They were efficient, attentive, and friendly throughout the process. Best of all, they were able to take a look into my car and reattached the bottom cover with some pushpins (free of charge)! I'm incredibly grateful for the warm service I received at Jiffy Lube during an automobile emergency. I am usually skeptical when taking my car I to places since my dad usually does all my car maintenance. But this place does everything in front of you. I didn't feel like they were being shady at all. They were super open an honest and didn't push to up sell or anything. It was super easy and quick. I appreciated how fast they changed the oil but afterwards came the disappointing part when they came with the usual list of many things that needed immediate attention change tires, wiper blades , transmission fluid and coolant flush among others Very dishonest The attendant began back pedaling when I told him that I had changed myself the wiper blades about month ago and then I check the tire markers and there is still plenty of thread left then I also told the attendant that I had changed the coolant in another jiffy lube 2 years ago and it was supposed to last at least 50000 miles if no more and also I had changed the transmission fluid at the same Jiffy lube at that time These guys are not very honest unfortunately and they want you to simply spend your money at their store buying things that you really do not need Very disappointed By the way a couple of years ago I decided not to go back to jiffy lube after all the bad reviews on the internet and even on tv but I chose to give them another chance but unfortunately they have not changed at all read more

I'm sitting here right now and the guy comes up to me and asks if I wanna cancel the rotation on my tires because they are taking so long to do the oil change. It's already been an hour, was told it would be 30 minutes. I inform him I'm using a coupon. 18 dollars off synthetic with free tire rotation. He says yes but it will take longer. I tell him, well then I'm not getting the full benefit of the coupon. He then replays it will take a long time to rotate tires. I point to a little Corolla and tell him it takes ten minutes to rotate four tires on a lift. His response is... yes but big truck, take longer. My response.. Theres the same number of fucking tires!!! This place is a joke. Will never ever come here again. I advise everyone to go somewhere else. read more

Not only did they do a quick job they also were very efficient. Jiffy Lube has great people working there, but their prices are ridiculous! I brought my 20-year old car in today, I have been bringing my car in since I bought it brand new. The cost today $100 for a oil change. While I'm here waiting I realize this will be my last time at Jiffy Lube, I found an oil change at Firestone for $25. Look up prices on oil changes from now on. This morning my check engine light went on. I called and the dealer only had openings 3 weeks out!!! I was not sure I wanted to drive that long with potential issues. Then, as part of my daily errands, I stopped by Jiffy Lube in Orange today for a regular oil change. The Technician shared with me that they noticed the check engine light, and did a quick check of things and it was my gas cap that was loose - nothing more! They also checked all of my fluids, brakes, tires etc... They provided that "Full Service" feel that has been missing in business. I'm never one to write a review or complain, ever. However don't come here. Took our family car here for a basic oil change, just to find out it was leaking oil a couple days later after taking it. Not to mention it was $135 for a oil change. Took it back and showed them what was wrong, and they said they forgot a washer for the oil gasket, a washer?!? How do you forget a washer. Not to mention they said next time to ask for a washer, why should I have to tell someone to put a washer before screwing it shut. read more

I've tried other types of places that do quick oil services but I never went back to those places again because their Customer Service was horrible.
