If I can rate -0 star I will rate for sure, I brought my car to this place because I trust them and have been use coupon for oil change almost 6 months with this shop, until they cheat and lie me when I was inspected my car. They said my car need to change brake (but my brake still OK as i have checked with other shop), all my struts front and rear was broken need to change (I have been research and even didn't drive for the whole week because I don't want to break anything more as what they said, but my struts front and rear are working fine) and the cost to change for everything (brake, front struct total 1200$ (What the hell?) and I ask them for the quotation for my car they said they not gonna give me and he said he worry I use that to find another shop for the price. If someone who manage/own this shop please read this comments and investigate don't let your employee do whatever they want. This is my bad experience ever. I won't go to this shop again event don't want to drive in front of this place too. I am rarely to write review, but I can't keep this for myself just want to share with everyone. read more

I have been going to this location for a year now, and I'm never disappointed. I went in this Sunday and they allowed me to use a 20$ coupon from their website. They also cleaned my windows, which I thought was awesome since I just got back from up north the day before, and my front window was filthy. Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. The next morning there was oil all over garage, they can't even wipe spilled oil off. The air pressure in all four tires were perfect when we took the car in, they rotated the tires and driving home low tire air in rear tires, upon checking air pressure, all four tires had different pressures, from too much to way low. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. read more

Just came in to get my brake light fixed. I tried to do it myself, but thought maybe I got the wrong bulb or was doing it wrong. Lester not only fixed it, but showed me the issue and I was in and out in 5 minutes with a working brake light. Great customer service and he was extremely helpful! Watch out for these guys. They will try to get you to change your transmission oil when you don't need it. Tried to get me to change mine after 70,000 miles when it does not need it for 150,000. Tried to get me to change coolant as well. Make sure you double check what they tell you. read more

I am not one to write reviews, and I think too often people write to just complain, instead of also recognizing great service. I have been to many JiffyLube in multiple states, and this is by far the best one. This team does an awesome job in getting you in and out, whether you have an appointment or not. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. One time, my wife went in for an oil change and the transmission was acting up. Our mechanic told us that it would cost close to $900 to have it fixed. The guys at JL took a look at the transmission, and quickly found that she did not need the repairs our mechanic had told us about. A simple flush is all it needed. This saved us a lot of money. Thanks to Lester, Marjori, Michael, and Pablo for being honest in assessing my wife's car. What I also really like is that these guys do not pressure you to do all of this extra work that most of the oil change places try to sell you. If something needs to be changed (fuel/air filters) they will let you know, but once again, give you the option to do what you want. I know, too often, we all dread having to defend ourselves in saying no. These guys provide you with all of the information you need, and do a great job at explaining it in layman terms. I read some of the other comments, and I laughed at the haters. This location is 100% the opposite in my eyes. I went to jiffy lube to bring in my 2004 Cadillac sls. I went to another jiffy lube that told me every 1500 miles I would need a oil change. Since my car leaks I believed them. The staff at this jiffy lube told me that I didnt need that. Just to fill the oil. They topped me off and checked my pressure. Saving me 40 dollars. I have had demonic warfare RAGED against my 1998 Jeep Cherokee the last 6 years of owning it. I've taken it to countless fancy shops, profound mediocrity at pepboys, googled the hell out of why my car kept continuously having the same exact problem every few months. With no avail at the exclusive automotive shops, I took my hopeless Jeep to JiffyLube by my house and I ETERNALLY HOLD THE HIGHEST REGARD for the shop-employee Billy. He not only cared about my jeep, but about ME as a person and what I was struggling through in life besides my vehicular difficulties. I took my old chevy astrovan to this Jiffy Lube for a quick break fix- Mike was super knowledgeable and helpful with what I needed done and explained what and why each piece needed repairing and/or replacement. They worked very fast, I just stopped in and they were able to fix it that day within a few hours. My car is running great and the brakes are pristine. Ok, hot day and A/C needed a charge so I stopped in at the Jiffy Lube at 433 Katella Ave and had the guys take care of it for me.
