Terrible experience here. They completely ripped me off by lying to me about the condition of my car, overcharged me and then did something that ended up in the car overheating and now is not even drivable. I'll be charging the service amount back since they clearly jeopardized my car when there was nothing wrong with it in the first place. Even worse, I just checked the receipt and the amount charged doesn't even add up to the amount of all the line items on the list of services performed. I'm just as mad at myself for not checking it while I was in there, but I didn't expect this level of outright fraud. read more

These people that work there do not know how to treat customers. If they do not give you an estimate before they do the work... DO NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING. I got there and asked how much for an oil change. At first they said it was 37.99, which was a lil bit high. But that was okay, I agreed. Then they asked me what kind of oil I wanted. I thought that was there job to know. Anyway, I agreed to whatever they recommended. Once they were done, they charged me a whopping 66 bucks and some change. DO NOT GO THERE! ! ! ! ! ! read more

The service here is always solid. The people here have always treated me well. My only complaint is sometimes they talk extremely fast so it's hard to understand the suggestions for service they are making beyond an oil change. I come here consistently because they are generally pretty fast and efficient and can help diagnose other issues with your car that might need attention. Wow, the staff here work hard and treat their customers like VIPs. They have thicker skin than me when dealing with impatient customers who forget service takes time. I always have a good experience when going to jiffy lube. Today I went to get an oil change after work. When I pulled up I was welcomed by two men. Oscar walked with me inside and offered me some coffee or cold water, showed me where the restroom was and let me know someone would be right with me, super friendly!
