These places have a reputation for high pressure upselling ~ but my experience was extremely PLEASANT. I sort of knew what I needed to have done, thanks to the advice of a few friends who know what they're talking about. Nice, quick, and friendly. A guy name Oscar helped me as soon as I walked in the door. I needed a quick oil change. Everything was a quick service. One of the other guys said it would take about 20 - 30 mins til my car is done and surprisingly it took half that time. They also suggested a transmission fluid change too. It was a bit pricey but since my car havent been in the shop for a long time I decided to trust them on it and I actually took the suggestion and it was exactly what my car needed. I dont hear sounds when I brake anymore. I dont know whether that was the transmission fluid or if they did something to my brakes but they fixed it. Really quick service. Fast & courteous. I arrived shortly before opening and the team let me wait in the waiting area. The oil change was quick - the only reason I didn't leave within 15 minutes was the computer system was rebooting. However, to keep me from waiting they offered to take my phone number and call me when the system was up and running to pay over the phone, in addition to a discounted offer. I accepted, left a gift card to apply towards the payment and was on my way. Several hours later when I hadn't heard from them, I called to make my payment. This Jiffy Lube Auto Repair has some really nice people working there; they care about customers and do a really good and honest job. I went there after discovering that my dealer's auto service did not address all the problems which my car had and simply forgot to tell me that I need repair. At Jiffy Lube the manager Billy and his team changed the belt (which was cracked), roters, lower control arm and brakes and diagnosed further the car identifying other problems. They also changed coolant and brake fluids. It was a big job and they did it all in about 3 hours. Even though they don't have shuttle service, one of the mechanics gave me a lift to my work so I could get some work done while waiting for my car being repaired. They also gave me a significant discount on repairs. I highly recommend this auto repair service, and don't forget to ask Billy - he is the boss! read more

Went there today, super bowl sunday, to get oil change only to find the store closed for no reason. The website said they were open, the hours posted on the door said they were open today. There was no note posted stating they were closed for whatever reason along with no voicemail or message stating they were closed when the should have been open. Their number just rang and rang with no answer. Totally disappointed seeing as I'm new to the area and was hoping to find good place to bring car back to. Not this place. I went for just a quick oil change and everyone is very friendly and professional. I would totally recommend this Jiffy Lube. The only thing I am really confused is about their cashier. She had really bad attitude and she refused to explain to me when I wanted to double check with the services that were performed. She doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of the team. I liked that I was in/out with in 15 minutes. Billy and I talked about the work I wanted done to my vehicle and everything was done to my satisfaction. I was told I could wait in the lobby where there was cold water and coffee. The A/C was nice. I was also told I had options if I wanted to go eat with in walking distance. I went for a short walk to get a drink and by the time I came back car was done. Friendly staff. Clean lobby and restroom. I would recommend this jiffy lube to you as well as my family and friends. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been going to jiffy lube for years. This was my first time at this location and it was horrible. I paid for the premium service which includes checking fluids, tires, wipers, vacuuming, etc. I confirmed with the gentleman that I was receiving full service and he stated yes. I asked again to make sure they were going to check tire pressure etc as I was preparing to drive my vehicle 1700 miles the next day. He confirmed yes they would. I got in my vehicle and reviewed my bill which stated all the services had been completed and clearly they had not. My tire pressures were all uneven and the same as upon pulling in, my windows were not washed, my floors were not vacuumed, my fluids not topped off.... I can continue. I honestly am wondering if my oil was even changed. I proceeded to file a complaint regarding this and at this time (1 week later) still have heard no response. I will no longer use jiffy lube after years of being a loyal customer. I discourage anyone from this particular location as well. It's extremely unprofessional as a business. read more

I went in yesterday to get my oil topped off. A fastener screw was missing on the bottom of my car, so the engine cover was falling off. They even re secured the cover free of charge! Had my oil changed their today. I was shown my air filter that was completely filthy. Not believing it was mine, because I had it changed at the last service I declined them to replace it at $56.00. Came home and looked at it myself and it was perfectly clean. The one they showed me was a completely different size and shape. {Not mine} There is no doubt in my mind they were trying to rip me off! I called and talked to the manager and he admitted to being the one that tried to sell me a filter I did not need. I would not give them even one star but you have to so it will post. read more

Been bringing my cars here for a few years now. Hate the fact that every time I get an oil change I need a new air filter or windshield wipers. I've learned to say no! I did say yes to cleaning my battery cables. What a nightmare that turned out to be. After leaving there I went to pick up lunch. My car decides it's not going to start. Coincidence? I think not. They left so much purple goop on my battery it wasn't making a connection. I called and was told by who ever answered that they were alone and couldn't do anything about it. That I needed a new alternator. Diagnosed over the phone. I was livid. I hung up and he called me right back. Ask where I was and said he would come and give me a jump start. That was unsuccessful with all the crap they left on my battery. So I was told I needed a new battery. Had my brother come take a look. He started cleaning the guck off and tried jumping it again. And it fired right up. Drove it back so they can clean it and haven't had an issue since. So no I didnt need a new alternator or battery. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

After another successful and hassle free visit to my favorite local Jiffy Lube store, had to give another update and add a star. It's so nice to go in to get an oil change and get just that with a smile and friendly service to boot. I don't drive very often so I don't need to get oil changes often either. I had received a $12 off scratcher coupon the last time I went (which was about 6 months ago). I wasn't sure if it expired or not so in hopes it would work I gave it to the girl at the front desk (mentioned in my previous review...she is awesome) and she couldn't give me the $12 since it was expired but she still gave me $10 off. It may seem small to some people but that kind of extra touch really makes a difference with me. I'm not exactly a banker or a lawyer so every dollar counts so I really appreciate them working with me on that. When I got my V6 Honda in 2013, I was determined to take care of her and these guys make it possible. Billy is the absolute BEST and I will always come back for his friendliness and honesty. Went in to check on my engine because it was smoking thinking I was going to get the worst news but it was not so. They told me I had a pipe busted and that they had the replacement on location and would take no time to fix.
