I thought maybe it was just this Jiffy Lube location that was horrible, unprofessional and incapable of providing accurate and respectful service, but I have yet to hear from Jiffy Lube corporate even though I replied via email to their stock response that they copy to every one star review. To top that off, when I was driving home from work at midnight, the 9 out of 10 screws holding on my skid plate that, according to the the manager of this location "should hold", came detached and I am left driving with a dragging skid plate in the middle of the night. Jiffy Lube will damage your car and do nothing to fix their error. I cannot say enough how bad my experience was and is. ***Update*** I took my car to a real mechanic today and was informed that due to Jiffy Lube's neglect, my skid plate needs to be replaced, a $400 cost. Let me start by saying that I have never been to one of these drive thru oil change places before. I always go to my mechanic directly & have him check everything for me. Having said that, I will always visit Richard & his crew from now on when I need an oil change. They were expedicious and thorough. These guys are top notch. I have to say the place was run like a pit crew in the Indy 500. All the staff were on point and independently got the job done with their boss. Not only was I done in what felt like 15 minutes, I was in a rush and I barely had time to look at my magazine before I was told my car was ready. These guys are to the point, up front and won't give you that song n dance to get extra work tacked on to your service. They'll suggest any needed upkeep, but they got the job done. I haven't had to wait longer than 30 minutes for a an oil change, and that's with every slot preoccupied. These men know what they're doing and they are efficient! They run diagnostics on your car for you to find out if you need anything else done to your car, but they don't force it on you at all, which is a blessing because other places will try to get you to spend more to fix more!! So i went here for an oil change and they did a quick oil change and i was surprised and happy and the next day my undershield pan under my car partly came off on the freeway! Was pretty pissed. So i had it fixed, (i honestly did not want to blame jiffy lube because they did a good job on the oil chamge) apparently they didnt screw it back enough so it got loose and came off in the freeway! So i had to spend again for the repair. Im just glad that it did not come off and i didnt get into an accident because of it. So please check the screws next time. read more

Richard B. not only changed my oil but did his best to ANSWER all of my questions and even went above and beyond to check my fluids. Richard B. was honest and did not attempt to oversell me. He only gave me what my car needed at the time. To be quite frank, I am not a fan of most oil change businesses and I'm not to fond of Jiffy Lube. What I can say no matter how I negatively feel about oil change businesses, I was left with a sense of trust. I only want to deal with Richard B. I will send my friends to Richard B. I ended up at jiffy lube today because my regular mechanic wanted $200 for an oil change and I thought that was ridiculous LOL. This service here was exceptional so I had to leave a review. Normally I'm not a fan of the changes businesses have had to make due to the pandemic however I love that it was drive-thru service!!! Super convenient to just sit in my car while they did my oil change they talked me through a couple things ask questions, and the guys are pleasant and friendly. Love that they pointed out a few things that they noticed about my engine that I didn't even realize like a power tool being used during my last oil change which made the cap pretty tough to get off and the fact that I was missing part of my engine cover #whoknew. The hard-working crew did a fantastic job on the oil change like always (I've been coming to this location for a few years), and they also let me know that both of my brake lights were out! I was completely unaware of this and am really grateful that they mentioned it. They said they could fix them both right on the spot and they did, as well as replacing my old windshield wipers. Avoid this Jiffy Lube when possible. They used the wrong oil plug on my wife's Subaru Outback. When it didn't fit they decided use a hammer to force the plug back into the oil pan and "secured" it with some sort of sealant. Then they decided it was a good idea to not say anything to me in hopes the plug would hold until the next time the oil needed to be changed. Dangerous and extremely dishonest to say the least. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dishonest place. read more
