Absolutely no wait, he explained everything in detail, and even gave me a promotional price they were offering that I had no idea about. I went to get my oil changed this past Sunday. I go to start my car Monday morning and my battery is dead!!! I've never had problems with my 2014 ford and right after I took it to here my car battery died. This is ridiculous because a simple oil changed turned into lots of money. I went in a couple days ago to get my oil changed, let me tell you, Kimberly is AMAZING! She was super professional and quick. She told me it would be about 15 minutes but I think it only took about 10, 5 minute difference is a big deal when you have kids in the car. She knew exactly what she was doing and even made sure that I didn't have any other maintenance lights on in my car. I would highly recommend going to see her! read more

I went to this location to get an oil change and the service was excellent! Richard, Dionicio, and Edgar were professional and efficient. The service was quick! Richard informed me of all the necessary recommendations for my car and I didn't feel pressured but will return to have these things completed. I use to go to this Jiffy Lube years ago and after several times not being satisfied with the service, I stopped going. I just moved back to the area and needed the oil change and considered going some place else. At the last minute, I figured I would give them a try after so many years and I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly, prompt, and professional service. Upon arriving, I asked how much an oil change would cost for my Jeep. The response was $44. I noted that I had a coupon ($13) and got confirmation that it would be applied. 20 minutes later, my vehicle was ready but the invoice totaled over $50. They tried to charge me for extra oil that my vehicle doesn't require and added on additional charges that were not disclosed when I agreed to have them perform the service. When I confronted the manager, I was asked to produce a written estimate despite one of the employees confirming everything that I said. Ultimately, they conceded and I paid the originally communicated amount. Bottom line, they either can't or won't clearly communicate what the price is for services. I won't return to any business that intentionally creates ambiguity to extract more money from its customers. read more

I always come here for an oil change and they're so sweet and helpful and always do extra things to help me out. Recently when I came my license plate had fallen off and I had new frames that I wanted for the plates but I didn't have the screws that went with it so I thought that they wouldn't be able to put them on. I came out of the waiting room to pay and they had found their own screws and put my license plates back on with the new frames and didn't even charge me which was so nice because they really went above and beyond. I experience at this Jiffy Lube. Everyone has always been friendly and respectful and I've been coming here for years. Today, during COVID, I came in to have my oil changed. The man who was working the computer was not wearing a mask, but two guys who each did some of the work on my car were. The heavy set white man, with a beard, was standing right next to my window (I parked in the far right lane as directed) without a mask. I rolled up my window to limit my exposure to him. then he reached over and opened my car door to ask my a question. Surprised, I asked him "do you not wear a mask?" And he responded "oh I do. I do wear a mask"..... while it was no where in sight still. He asked me a few more questions and typed on the computer, maskless, before going into the building (WHY WOULD YOU KEEP A NECESSARY PEICE OF EQUIPMENT FOR EVERY INTERACTION AWAY FROM YOUR WORK STATION!?) and returning with a mask hooked around his ear. He asked several more questions (opening my car door each time!) before covering his face. This was alarming and disappointing. The two men who worked on my car were both polite, helpful and safe, which is what I am used to when coming to this location! Jiffy lube, please talk to this guy about being in a pandemic and working without a mask on. He was front on center of my interaction here and did not apologize- in fact seemed annoyed that I asked him about his mask, which indicates to me that this is an ongoing o issue rather than a one time whoopsie! read more

They move pretty quick and I've never had an issue afterwards. They will, like most Jiffy Lubes, try to up sell you on cabin air filters and such, but it seems like they make a note in your file if you ask them to not do it. read more

I've been a loyal customer to this particular location for over 10 years, so much so that now I drive an hour to come here. So I was very surprised after this last visit when I was told I needed to have my rear tail light fixed, was charged for the service and later that night I checked it and saw that it was not fixed at all. Go here for services in Pasadena!!! I had gone to the other location (on Colorado) for an oil change then right away heard scraping while driving. We had went back to the location & told them our issue & he said they were closed for the next hour at 12:30 pm & told me to go to the other location (which is this one). I was so frustrated that they made a mistake but didn't want to deal with it. Fast forward, we come to this location, explain it to them & they helped me! They apologized, serviced me and found that they screwed something under my car incorrectly and lost bolts and they replaced them for me as well. They continuously apologized and communicated with us throughout the whole process and didn't charge us for anything. Honestly, so appreciated and such a nice and genuine group of people!!
