I would like to write a review for the station I visited at 1603 E Colorado Blvd., Pasadena. Oil change service is always fast and efficient at any Jiffy Lube, with no ill advised upselling. My last oil change the technician found that the oil drain plug was stripped. Possibly it got stripped by the other Jiffy Lube at 1420 E. Walnut, which is the only other center that has changed oil on our vehicle. Carlos went above and beyond. At first he was apologetic that he could not repair the plug and offered to install a universal one. However, he ended up locating a tapping kit and was able to restore the threads and install the original plug. People make mistakes. Conscientious service makes up for it and we'll keep coming back. read more

OPEN during quarantine! I needed my oil changed and tires rotated. I called ahead and asked if I needed an appointment. They said that it's first come first serve. I stayed in my car the entire time and just had to crack open my windows to talk to the people and give them my credit card. The oil change was $89 for full synthetic and the tire rotation was $22. I had a coupon for $20 off from their site and they honored it (no printed coupon necessary. Just showed them on my phone). All in all, the process was super easy and comfortable. read more

I was immediately waved at to pull forward. I asked my questions about cost and oil type before pulling forward, because it was my first time there. The guy who answered my questions, Jose, spoke quickly and clearly. The critique I have is in regards to the customer service; I was initially referred to as, "The Chevy?" when helped inside at the cash register, instead of by my name. Later, I was referred to by "Ma'am," which is way better than "The Chevy." I appreciate the efficiency and all, but some things are worth it to slow down for. It costs $44.99 for a simple oil change with no coupon. You can get a 20% off discount if you're an educator with an I.D. They won't add that on top of the $12 Yelp check-in coupon. Inside the waiting area it is chillly, but there is free hot water and coffee to warm your blubber up. The location is convenient to access and then depart from, which is a win. I just got my oil changed today and I was told that I had an oil leak. I took it to my mechanic right after I left jiffy lube and my mechanic told me that I need an oil gasket, but the big kicker is that jiffy lube stripped my drain plug. And now that is leaking too. I will never go back to this location again. Now I need an all new oil pan. read more

Went in here to get an oil change. Christian the manager at this Jiffy Lube was really honest and helpful. I wasn't sure what kind of oil to put on my used Toyota Camry. Christian gave me options and recommended me the best option possible. I wished that every Jiffy Lube had a manager like Christian. This place is like a commercial! My oil change lights goes off... I pull in, the guys ask me what I need, they immediately get to work fixing the problem. Alejandro, Chris, and the cellar man took excellent care of me. First time at a Jiffy Lube, even though I remember the franchise started in 1971. I enjoyed seeing my filthy air filter after driving 300 miles past the recommended service mileage. Don't do that! It's fun staying in the car. $123.46. Do not go to Jiffy Lube if you have a newer Hyundai or Kia. They do not carry the oil filters for the cars at all at Jiffy Lube. It's confusing as I entered all my car info to get an estimate online for this location. They gave me the estimate and no where indicated they just don't have the needed parts as they just don't carry them. They at least said so quickly so not much time was wasted. read more

Showed up for an oil change & sat in my car with no acknowledgement from the staff for about 15 minutes. They just kept walking back and forth and didn't even look my direction. I did see a car reverse and leave as I was pulling up- that should have been my sign to do the same. No customer service whatsoever. Had my oil changed at that location once prior- and although my experience wasn't horrible then, who ever is training or running this crew needs some readjusting. Anyway, I left and got my oil change over at jiffy lube in Arcadia on Huntington drive. There I was met with right away greeting and great customer service. Recommend Arcadia location for sure! I came in yesterday for an oil change with an online coupon for $5 off. Had I gone on yelp first, I would have seen the $12 off coupon. Oh well, next visit! Service was fast and efficient and as always I left happy with getting a quickie oil change. I was near $3,000 miles past due and I know now that you can stop by at any jiffy lube to get free top offs. The front desk associate was fast, efficient, and gave me clear options for my vehicle needs. I left with recommendations but felt no pressure to have added services done that day. The oil change was a bit pricey but having free top offs within 3 months is beneficial for me considering how many miles I drive a week. Great staff, fast service, and free top offs. read more
