They are great at checking all fluids and topping them off. I had my oil changed and they were very efficient about it. As to the bone head reviewer who said that they upsell and just change the oil, It is the job of juffy lube to give you all options so that you can make an informed decision as to whether you want entry level service and parts or something better. if you just want the basics, don't give them crappy ratings for doing what most businesses do and should do. I am on the fence here. A bit pricey - $41.99 for the crappiest oil, but in and out in 25 mins aint bad. I grabbed the coupon here off of YELP but wasn't able to print out - will see if they accept off the phone. Would love it if they offer WIFI - I think going forward, I will only use an OIL Change place that has WIFI - it's 2016 and really easy and cheap to install and a really nice option for your guests. In fact, I asked my oil change guy if he has WIFI - he said, "No but we get asked that all the time!" Well from a customer service perspective - if you are asked it all the time, you should add it. I used a HOT SPOT on my phone to get some work done while I waited. They have free coffee which was nice and a Flat Screen in the waiting room - though the TV was tuned to something called Celebrity Cupcake Challenge or something like that - I think cupcake wars, and grown ups were freaking out about making cupcakes for Taylor Dayne and wanted the "velvet cupcake" to be "super red" like Taylor Dayne's lips. The " 15 min oil change " should instead be called 1 hour oil changes. They were full staffed with only 3 cars in the garage and they said it'll take 1 hour. The only reason I stayed was because lowes was across the street and unneeded supplies. Anyways besides the false advertisement, customer service is ehh! Great service! I was out of there in less than half an hour for an oil change and air filter replacement. They even gave me a discount on the filter, cleaned my windows and vacuumed the carpets :D The staff members were really friendly and were chatty with me. Hooray. read more

I usually change my own oil but recently moved to the area and did not move my oil pan. I took note of the $24.99 price and decided I would have them do the change for convenience sake. I was told the oil change would be $79.99 because, and I quote, "it's a Chevy, and all Chevys require synthetic oil". What a load of crap. The car came from the factory with standard conventional oil in it and there is nothing about the use of synthetic in the owners or repair manuals. I would not be writing this if I was told that it is their policy to provide only synthetic but to be outright lied to is beyond tolerable and I can only imagine they are doing that to gouge the customer. Shame on them. What happened to integrity? I went to the nearest auto parts store and bought what I needed to do the job myself and suggest you do too! Aloha. read more

They were over priced by $30 compared to my normal service people. I was the only car there and they promised a 20 minute service, I was there nearly an hour. Zero customer service, constant hassle for upgrades to my service. The service tech had his pants sagging down below his butt and no one looked me in the eye once. It was Sunday and needed a quick oil change. Decided to pull into Jiffy Lube and give them a try. It was an amazing experience from the minute we drove into their lot. We were greeted with a genuine smile from each and every employee. We were educated on what was recommended for the miles on this vehicle. Not pressured! Escorted to their sitting area showing us the coffee made available to their customers, restrooms and HDTV. The sitting area was very neat and clean. We were in and out within twenty minutes. When I arrived I was quoted 137.00 for a new air filter and an oil change with synthetic oil... He stated he would give me $30.00 off. When the attendant wrote up the estimate he then said he couldn't give me the discount due to corporate getting very upset. I was a bit upset and asked to speak to the manager where he said we will honor what was quoted and apologized for the misquote. Glad to know there are managers out there that believe in honoring what was first quoted. I would definitely recommend Redlands Jiffy Lube. read more

This isn't first experience at a Jiffy Lube but my first experience here. Ahmad and the rest of the guys were great! I was greeted professionally and courtesy on the phone, offered directions and invited in for service! Upon arrival we recorded the same courteous and professional service. After check in Ahmad walked us through to the lobby, pointed out the restrooms, TV and free coffee. My car was ready earlier than quoted and no one tried to up sell me on any services that we didn't need. I love how they top off your fluids, wash the exterior windows and vacuum out your car before delivery. My overall rating of this experience is 10!!! I do have one suggestion, please install a baby changing table in the bathroom. I think that parents will buy more services and spend longer at a business when they don't feel like they have to leave to change or feed a baby. I ended up doing both in the waiting room because it didn't bother me all that much. (Your bathroom is pretty clean btw!) read more

Went to this location because it was close to my apartment. When I arrived there were no cars being serviced and no employees were around. I waited for a moment, then parked and went inside. There were three gentleman there sitting down watching TV. I said 'I'm just looking for an oil change but there was no one or there'. He said 'well the reason no one is out there is because we're on break and don't come back till 12:30'. The current time was 11:47, so I asked if I should come back at that time and he said I could just hang out there if I wanted. It was an inappropriate suggestion that I hang it with 3 dudes I don't know for 45 mins. I called around to other locations until I found one that wasn't busy in highland so I drove there and they took great care of me. I even spoke to the redlands store manager who apologized for the unprofessional behavior of the employees. read more

Jiffy Lube Redlands. Last to do an oil change on my sons 2015 Honda Fit. If you were to torque the drain plug I think its 29ft lbs, but this thing took a breaker bar to break it free, and the small oil filter was tightened so tight, the gasket was formed flat and even with a leather strap helping, we almost had to resort to cutting the filter off. read more

Very disappointed in the service provided. They tried to upsell me into a more expensive type of oil. If I had been an inexperioenced customer I would have been duped by this. The estimated 30 minute wait turned into an hour. TAt the time they ring you up they go over a printout print of what they did they which includes clean your windows and vacuum your car. Neither was done. When I mentioned it to the rep as I got in my car he apologized and said this is what happens when I take a break. He did offer to have me pull back around so the could correct it but I was already running late and declined. It is poor attention to details that has me wondering if they forgot to do those things, what else did they forget to do." A few years ago I had a disastrous experience at this location. The tech didn't put my oil cap back on and it was a complete mess. The general manager, Ahmad, came out to my home and fixed the situation and then went and washed my entire engine for me. He took care of my next oil change for me as well. So I go back today for a third time and Ahmed was still there and took great care of me. Even though they were a little busy I was still in and out of there in under 30 mins. They have definitely earned my business back. This is mainly due to the great customer service that Ahmad has provided me starting 2 1/2 years ago with personally making sure that my car was fixed after one of his guys made a mistake. Never made an excuse, owned the mistake for his employee and the company, and went the extra mile to make it right. It is that kind of customer service that makes customers loyal for life. read more

Not a good place to get your oil done, I only gave one star so I can leave a comment. Every time I've come here witch was twice, The first time they try to upsell everything you don't want. my daughter came here also and they did the same thing. The second time the Kidd that tried to do my oil change drain my synthetic oil, and could not get my oil filter off and almost stripped the oil filter taking it off. Their excuse was they didn't have the correct tool for my vehicle. My answer was then why did you guys not tell me! I didn't appreciate the hard-core looks that I got from the females that work there also. They were looking at me like if this was my fault, I was very agitated. The whole purpose of this was to change the oil filter. The place I normally go to was closed, I had to go there the next day and have it done correctly. Jiffy lubed didn't charge me for the oil they put in. Not a good experience and I will never go back there, you all should do the same. read more

Worst experience I've ever had. I took in my car to get the transmission serviced and they ruined my whole transmission. They removed a bolt that should not have been touched for the procedure and denied they had anything to do with it or even give me my money back. Ahmad Johnson was the "tech" who serviced my car. After getting it inspected by a professional mechanic they discovered they removed a bolt holding my transmission internals, and my drain plug and fill plugged had never been touched. On top of that they didn't even put enough transmission fluid in it. It's been a month+ long headache trying to get my car fixed and it's all thanks to this joke of an establishment. There are far better places to take your vehicle in for maintenance. If i could provide a 0 I would. Don't waste your time and money. read more
