I would never recommend this location or any Jiffy Lube in this area. The district manager, for all the stores is complete and utter unprofessional individual after the location and the technician working on my truck admitted to breaking an item in the interior of my vehicle. They refused to call me back or compensate or fix the situation after multiple calls to their corporate office and multiple calls to the store location. Got an online quote for an oil change for my BMW, when i got there they told me there is an additional $35 fee for foreign vehicles. (the oil change took less than 10 minutes) The manager was not friendly and the service tech couldn't open the hood without my help. I would not recommend this Jiffy lube. read more

A young female family member showed up at this franchise with an engine maintenance light on. young lady with zero car knowledge on a Sunday and traveling alone. She stopped in and asked them to look at it. What should have been something simple like an oil change turned into a $1300.00 bill, and more warning lights on when leaving than when she went in. The Car broke down about 2 miles down the road, called me her dad, I had it towed to my Honda shop. And they were aghast. Missing Expansion Tank. Alternator from the honda missing and a cheap used one from a Kia was installed, missing bolts all over the top of the engine housing. When I called this franchise not only were they extremely rude, they told me they would fix it but at additional charges. Nope not happening. I canceled the charge on CCard got that back and had the car repaired at a honda shop for just about 1k called Jiffy lube corporate who reimbursed me the 1k. so I applaud Jiffy Lube corporate but not this particular franchise. read more

Worst quick lube I've ever been to. It felt like my business was an inconvenience to them. They wanted to finish cleaning the bay floor before servicing us. However, they cleaned 2 bays before we were invited in. I wanted just oil and specifically asked if they check tire air pressure. They said yes they do check air. No mention of oil choices... so the bill was over $143 bucks as they used fully Synthetic oil. I knew 1 tire was low on air before I went there so I checked that tire when I got home. No air added. Tech may have been distracted as he was on his cell the whole time. Maybe I'll try them again if they are the last place on earth! read more

Stopped in today when I was up in Salem (not my home town) doing some shopping, cause my car needed an oil change & the tire pressure light was on. The manager (Bruce?) was very nice & polite. Said something about the oil type on my 2009 car & I just said "yes" assuming it was the regular oil change I usually get. Whelp it wasn't. Was $100 when I checked out. But this was my fault for not specifying "cheapo regular oil" in my 15 year old car. Got home & actually looked at the car. I noticed my tire light was still on & my car had NOT been even in the slightest vacuumed. Still filthy. Checked my receipt. Vacuumed was checked off as done. Tire pressure said "declined". Huh? Who declines having their tire pressure checked. Too far to go back & complain, so I went & vacuumed it & filled the tires myself. They did fill my washer fluid. Part of this is my fault for not noticing it right away. Like I said, Bruce was really nice, but there was no one waiting & my car didn't get the service it deserved for $100. The vibe is very much, how can we get every penny out of you. Overpriced and they don't accept groupons or jiffy lube coupons. I am uneducated with things having to do with my vehicle and I hate when I go somewhere and can feel that my ignorance is being used against me and unfortunately this happens all too often in the car industry. The men were nice enough but the overall feel of the business is that they are out to pinch every penny and i won't be spending anymore of my money here. Also; I was given a ten percent military discount that they raised to 15% off and was meant to feel like I was being given a favor. They even said "there is no military discount I'm just doing ten percent for you". When I later checked the website I found that their military discount is 25% off. Went to a JiffyLube location to get a state inspection and an oil change. I arrived at 2:30pm, drove my car into the bay, and did not leave until almost 4:30pm. For just an inspection and an oil change. The employee who was responsible for servicing my car tried telling me that two hours for those services is not an unusual amount of time to wait and I was just unfamiliar with things. That's nonsense, pure nonsense, and it made me more angry than anything else. I watched my car sit unattended on a jack for twenty minutes, no other cars in the garage, nobody on the garage floor, nobody doing anything resembling work. I'm told the inspector was in the bathroom for that time. Additionally, the inspector returned the car to me in a worse condition than he found it, informing me that he had managed to get the emergency brake stuck in the engaged position and there wasn't anything he could do to fix it. Of course, if I wanted to "go to their other location" across town they could fix it there. Fat chance. This is not the first time I've received questionable service from a JiffyLube and I honestly figured I would try one last time to see if JiffyLube could execute even the simplest of car maintenance activities without incident. Now I know: THEY CANNOT. I hope to never patronize that store again unless of course I want my time wasted and wish to have my car returned to me worse off than before. read more

I have NEVER had a negative issue here until today. I'm outraged at the way I was treated by one of the staff! What happened today is enough to escalate my complaint to management - not this particular store. But, the corporate office. Im an educated, middle aged professional female. I saw his face just drop & asked - Do you have any other questions? It's now time to leave & I'm told to watch my step... I'm aware that they tell everyone that. He must have said it to me @ least 4 times. The walking that I needed to do to get to my far may have been 6 feet? Goodness! I went to leave & he then again wouldn't just let me go.... Oh no. Luckily I got Mike or Michael he was great he explained why I needed a to buy a new light in the front. Went in for an inspection sticker on a recently dealer-serviced vehicle, and ended up spending over three hours and over $100 for what the technician claimed was a chip in the windshield. He therefore would not pass the vehicle. He insisted that my wiper blades needed to be replaced as well. They did a lousy job and I spent a huge amount of my entire day waiting for work on a car for which they knew I needed an inspection sticker since it was the end of the month and I was "stuck." I recently had my car inspected and everything with my vechilce was fine until I went to Jiffy Lube. An oil change was $100 and before I could change my mind they already began pouring the damn oil in my car and said it was best for my car. I went here for an inspection sticker since I'd just moved to NH. First of all, my car had passed inspection perfectly in Mass 2 months prior. But here, the con-artist named Dan, told me that my brake pads work "completely worn out", that I had a $175 tiny fog light out, and that my headlights covers needed a $200 "buffing job". What???? Also, when I first pulled in I had asked him if he would be kind enough to put on my new NH license plates that I just picked up. A job that requires a screwdriver. He said, "Sure." Well when he called me back after an hour (I dropped it off and went to lunch) and told me all of the nonsense work that needed to be done and I told him "no thanks" to the work, he tried charging me $100 for the labor on the license plate that he already said he'd do for no cost! A week later I brought my car to another station and they passed me perfectly and told me my brake pads weren't needed to be replaced for another 6 months at least. Jiffy Lube is known for doing brakes so it's not a coincidence that they deemed my brake pads needed to be replaced. And then to try and charge me $100 to put on license plates with a screwdriver??! I have gone in here for many years in past and got reliable service however this past week 8-9-2019 I went In For an oil change ...they brought out my filter as usual but I have a brand new car so it was fine and she didn't try to up sell me which I respected but then she shows me this cabin air filter with a disgusting gray hair nest in it and claimed that it came out of my car Once again new car .. which doesn't get parked in same place for very long ...I was very skeptical It was an odd situation because I didn't believe it was from my car but how could I prove it ??? This review is late but I just found out I had been taken. in may of 2014 I had my right front brake freeze so I pulled in here seeing as they were advertising brake service. the mechanic told me the right front caliper was seized but he would have to replace the caliper, rotor, brake pads and other assorted pieces on both the left and the right front brakes. I told him to just replace the right and I would deal with the rest later. after "discussing" the situation for about 20 minuets. I relented because the truck was undrivable the way it was. Since this time I have put 10K miles on this truck. I developed an exhaust leak, went to an independent garage where the mechanic told me someone had only replaced the right front break. I had a different mechanic tell me the same thing when I had the truck recently inspected. Jiffy lube was the only place I had the brakes worked on so I went back to my files and found the receipt from the break work. Sure enough they charged me for both front breaks! It really is too late for me to take any action however its not too late to warn people that if the management hasn't changed stay away from this place. DO NOT GO HERE FOR STATE INSPECTION! I went and they failed me for my tires and I needed new ones, went down the road to town fair tire and the guy checked out my tires and said there was nothing wrong with them and the tires were in good condition. Returned to the jiffy lube to have the manager take a second look and she then told me the tires were fine, but I needed a new rim...when 20 minutes earlier the other inspector sent me out to get two new tires, now the tires are fine and I need a new rim? She apologized and said that the "inspector was new", but I took my car to another place to have it checked out and they said there was nothing wrong with the tires or the rim and I got my inspection sticker. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want incompetent people inspecting your car and ripping you off. read more

The sign clearly stated that they close at 7pm and no other cars where in the garage. Both times they turned me away saying that there person that dose the inspections was out. Not worth your time to go here. Instead go to ARG tire and auto in Pelham. They got me in 30 minutes prior to there posted closing time and stayed late to get my inspection done. I went there December 3rd for an oil change, the technician put in summer windshield wiper fluid....IN DECEMBER...in New England. Its freezing to my windows and now it may have frozen my pump. When I called Ryan was nice but all he could tell me was if i bring it back in they will drain it and fill it again...I'll bring it to my mechanic thanks since I no longer trust any of your techs judgment now. They also tried to talk me into something I didn't need for a ridiculous price which i get they're now suppose to be salesman and i look like a defenseless woman, but now I'm just glad i didn't get anything else done by them. read more

Will not return. I was told that various things needed repair before my car would pass inspection. Luckily, they hadn't hooked it up to the machine yet (as this was their pre-inspection safety check), and I was able to cancel the inspection before I was put in the system. I went home to verify the issues, and found that some of the items that "needed repair" were in working order. I took my car to be inspected at a competitor, and it passed with no issues. Advice: if you do go, and the staff reports a number of things that need repair, go get a second opinion. Update: I appreciate the comment from Jiffy Lube, but I will not be going back, nor will I be providing contact information outside of this review. I am happy to answer questions here. More info: I was told that my rotors were bad, and that my third brake light didn't work (during the pre-inspection safety check), neither of which was true. The observation of rust on my vehicle was correct, however, and duly noted. ;-) After recently replacing the brake pads (which did need to be done), there was nothing noteworthy about the condition of the rotors. I've been to this Jiffy Lube before with a friend of mine. Josh who does the inspections 2 days a week at that location is great with the costumers. I've worked in restaurants where people complain when someone gets charged for a side sour cream, I can't imagine having to tell people that their only means of transportation needs a lot if money. When I got my car inspected, I knew it was going to fail, but even though I was there at a busy time of the day (4-5), he took the time to show me exactly why my car didn't pass, and he saw one other thing that I had missed. I have a leak in my gas line that I didn't know about before. Sorry for the long read, but my friends and I have had nothing but great service. I went in for an oil change end of May with a coupon, they of course tried to upsell other "factory recommended" maintenance. I went with the radiator flush because I know that has been causing me problems, and the tech told me about another coupon out there and gave me a better discount. About a month later my engine light comes on - I bring it back. Tech tells me it's the o2 sensor, gave me advice for a cheap fix to try, and if that didn't work they could replace it. Fluids checked and they were good (radiator fluid had been evaporating in the past) and they did not charge me anything for the visit. I've seen the other reviews about getting scammed but I'm happy to say I've had the opposite experience. read more

The team there has also performed brake service on 3 of our 5 vehicles. It is a good feeling knowing that the person taking care of your vehicle is trustworthy.
