The WORST experience that I've had, regarding an oil change. Such ineptness. It took 90 minutes. I just watched what was going on, and it astounded me. It was as if they had NO idea what they were doing. Let me EMPHASIZE, the crew was bouncing all over the place. I Took my car in to get a Texas vehicle inspection. While there, the inspector in my car, and another car were in a collision. Car number two was also driven by a Jiffy Lube employee. It has been three weeks now and almost nothing, and I mean nothing, has been done to repair my car or make contact with me. This Jiffy Lube is franchised to Premium Velocity Auto, LLC (PVA). Went in for a state inspection and came out with a $52.00 charge. Inspector stated that manager said I needed wipers. Tech was rude and acted very matter of fact to my comments on the wipers and windshield. I knew it was coming when the other customers in front of me ALL needed new windshield. Went in for a state inspection. Mechanic showed me damaged air filter. This same store did oil change for me just a couple of months ago. They pulled and showed me my air filter then. When I asked how the filter could have been damaged if nobody touched it since the last inspection, the manager become offensive. He belittled me in front of other customers. When I tried to speak with him about it privately, he kept interrupting and would not allow me to talk. He then accused me of "trying to make a big deal out of it" and "accusing his mechanic of damaging the filter." Neither of which are true. I also get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube too. I hate the tiny waiting room where you'll inevitably encounter an umm, interesting character or two during your wait. Most recently, an ancient dude that told me every reason under the sun not to get married. Just date someone for thirty years because it's much easier. Right. Life lessons, kids. This location was quite a bad experience for me. We have a company vehicle that puts about 3,000 miles a month, so we frequently need an oil cange to keep it going. We used this location until the following occured. This location has extremely high prices for a simple oil change(over $90), and just calling around you can find better. The service was horrible. I was informed that our auto needed a new cabin air filter, and upon looking at it - it was probably time for a new one. They put one in at the price of over $40.00. I was shocked. The filter costs about $13 at any auto store. I called Jiffy Lube to complain, and was told I would receive $10 off my next oil change. I haven't gone back since. read more

It was Sunday afternoon. We took a leisurely drive for errands. It was a beautiful day, then BAM!!!! The oil light turned on with an angry noise. The oil had to be changed today. We had been to another jiffy lube that didn't have the filter that we needed. So in a panic, we did what we had to do. We googled. "They're not that far", Google said. "They're open for another hour", google said. So we raced over to this location. At 4:05 we arrived. We were greeted with a smile by Chris and Jonathan and when we confirmed their closing at 5:00, Chris informed us that they close at 4:00 on Sundays. Google duped us again! But alas, these fine gentlemen changed our oil anyway, and were genuinely happy to do it (or at least good at acting like it) Jiffy lube saved the day! And we are forever grateful! I am particularly appreciative of this serendipitous occasion because I waited tables for several years and remember they agony of seeing a table walk in at 9:59 when we close at 10:00. As a mechanic myself I had a car that I wanted to fix. I took it to this location to do a social experiment. They completely tried lie to me and tell me things like my spark plugs were drowning in oil because there was a leak. I checked them myself and nothing was wrong with it. If the oil had gotten to the spark plugs it would have been wet. They never even checked it and just said it. They wanted me to change things like all my spark plugs and my coils and my valve cover. All I did after was change one spark plug myself and it's perfect. I do not recommend them. They definitely will lie to you. read more

I really appreciated his speed and punctuality. I was also on a budget and he worked with me 100% to get to where i needed to be. He wasn't pushy on trying to sell me extra stuff but was informative. What a helpful team here at this Jiffy Lube!! I had a light come on in my car about possibly one of my tires being low. (I had no way of knowing which one...) SO, I was happy to be able to swoop into this Jiffy Lube on a wet and rainy Saturday afternoon and have some helpful assistance from Jonathan and Bernie. They were ready and happy to help despite being busy. They checked my tires for me and did mention that one was low but they refilled them all to the correct pressure. I had a terrible experience at this Jiffy Lube. For some reason my oil change cost $115, which is the most expensive oil change I have ever had. I got into my car and there was dirt on the passenger seat. I pointed this out to them and the quickly cleaned it off. Then I turned the car on. My tire pressure light was still on even though they said that they had put air in my tires. They quickly put air in my tires and it immediately turned off. Then I started to drive away and I noticed that my light was on to signify that I had a door open. I pulled over and opened and shut all of my doors but the light would not go off. I called them and they sent someone over to help me. It turns out that there was a piece of paper blocking the door sensor that had been moved when they were vacuuming. 2 hours later I am finally driving away. read more

Came here for an oil change. I usually go to the Bandera and 410 location but I had a bad experience there the last time so I figured that I would give this location a shot. I was shocked to find that there was absolutely no wait! That NEVER happens! I usually end up investing at least 45 minutes of my life waiting on an oil change, not this time! I was greeted by three smiling faces, I wish that I had gotten their names because their customer service skills were top notch! Way to represent for Jiffy Lube! I must say that this is the absolute quickest oil change that I've ever had in my entire life! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!
