1st time customer. After having been up sold into a coolant service in addition to the oil change the technician told me I would have to bring my truck to a mechanic as the oil pan plug wasn't seated correctly as it was pointed out to her that there was oil around the seal and they don't have part in stock??? I had a clean driveway with no stains beforehand. Next day there was a significant oil leak in the driveway. Had AAA tow to Hemborg Ford as I don't want to replace an engine where they replaced the stripped plug $$$ I gave 3 stars because at least they refunded the cost for the oil service as I pointed out to repair this I was obviously not going to reuse the 100$ oil when I asked how they were going to make it right. So I would suggest PLEASE inspect and photograph your oil plug in advance of using a Jiffy Lube. read more

Brittney stands behind her work, and really goes the extra mile. I was having an issue with an oil leak so I pulled in to see if I could have it diagnosed. While they weren't able to fix it at this particular location, Brittney located the part that needed replacing so I knew what to ask for, if I went somewhere else. So I went ahead and did that, and it was exactly what she had said it was, the oil filter housing. She even called to follow up and make sure i got it taken care of, and to see if there was anything else she could help me with. Around the holidays, this really means a lot. I got cheap parts instead of the upgraded parts i originally paid for and pins were not properly lubricated . Mechanic heard one squeak immediately found out the issue . The place was packed with employees doing their own thing, one guy on his phone talking about his podcast with vulgar language, the guy on dock one was effective and kind. He completed the task and then called for price out on dock one and absolutely no one moved. He waited and we waited all looking around. She was 7 months pregnant and had our 1 year old with her. They opened the door for her and were very polite and accommodating while they quickly fixed the issue. I experienced terrible customer service. While sitting in my car the staff were goofing off and joking. Then I heard them arguing what size oil filter is needed for my car. Well it turns out they put the wrong one in and sent me off. Half mile later my oil light goes on and I turn around. Oil SPEWED all over my engine bay. They made a feeble attempt to clean it. After going home because they said it was cleaned, I woke up to a large puddle of oil in my driveway. They sent someone out to clean again and returned to the shop and spent another hour them cleaning. I told them it needs to be steam cleaned but they refused. A week later I met the manager and he told me I should go and have it cleaned. Three weeks later and my truck is still leaking oil. Obviously Jiffy Lube doesn't care about customer service or backing up their mistakes. read more

Not sure if it was just the crew that was on but this was a horrible experience overall. I came in for an oil change and happen to get there when the shop was not busy at all (literally no cars being worked on) and was taken in immediately. I asked for a synthetic oil change and asked to use the online coupon that was specifically for that type of service and the person I was speaking to said I couldn't use it unless I got additional services done, which I thought was odd. My air filter needed to be changed anyways so we decided to do that so I could use the coupon. I'm waiting for my car for 30 minutes before someone comes over and said they forgot to tell me that they actually didn't have the air filter they needed in the shop and had someone walk around the corner to autozone to pick up the shops "order". I waited for at least another 30 minutes before my car was done. So much for 15 minute oil changes. To top it off, the techs left my passenger side a mess and a piece of the glove compartment was on the floor from when they replaced the air filter. The total service cost $150 and I requested the receipt be emailed to me and I still haven't received it 2 hours later. read more

I drive a ford 2011 f150, uses a little over 7 qts close to eight. Truck was low at least 2 quarts. Oil changed about a month ago. Been noticing the drive of the truck being a bit different. Today accelerating was not responsive. The engine just sounded different. Now this has happened before few years ago Firestone in Montclair did the same thing. I had engine failure because I did not know what was happening. 5k to fix. So what are the odds of this happening again. These quick oil change places are just not the way to go. I mean i can check my oil levels before leaving. But sometimes we just trust businesses to pay attention to what they are doing. If you drive a truck ensure you double check. This is the second time they didn't put the fabric skid plate under the front of my car on correctly. The first time I thought maybe it was just an accident. But it happened again, and now it's going to cost hundred of dollars to fix because the whole thing ripped off under my tires after I left. I would find a different oil change location. read more

She explained she was backed up because she was the only one there but that I was welcomed to wait. That's significant because she didn't complain or have a negative attitude. Paid 150 for an oil change and filter. The next morning oil had leaked all over my new concrete driveway. Took it back and the manager said the tech forget to rinse the residual oil from the last oil change. I hope this solves the problem but I won't be going back. read more

My wife's car needed an oil change and the Toyota dealership was booked solid. This is the first time that I have used a Jiffy Lube to have any sort of mechanical work done to one of my vehicles and I was not disappointed. When I drove up, I was immediately instructed pull into the maintenance bay so the work could be started. After getting my car into the bay, my information was placed into the computer and logged for the visit. During the oil change, It was pointed out that my air filters were somewhat dirty and I was asked if I wanted them to be changed which I agreed to. The complete service, took no more than 30 minutes and I was able to pay and leave with no problems. The staff was kind, courteous and friendly. If I have to take my vehicles anywhere for work if the dealership is unable, I would take it here again. read more

Went in for an oil change today. They were quick to help me and even quicker with my oil change. I was helped by an employee named Frank. He was very professional and courteous, and answered all my questions in a simple yet informative way. Due to COVID, a lot of businesses have obviously had to change their usual method of operation. Jiffy Lube is no exception and they handled it very well in my opinion. The entire oil change was made in a drive thru service style. So I never even had to get out of my car. Everyone was wearing masks and I just generally felt they handled the situation in a very efficient manner.
