I got an appointment set up within a few days (on July 4th, too!) to get a quote. Ian came out, checked for parts, and immediately got to work. He was super friendly and answered all of my questions, and even gave recommendations for upkeep and maintenance. Even though he had to cut out the old flange and glue in the new one, the work was super quick, maybe 1 hour tops between him arriving and him completing the work. As I pull out, 4 inches of the plastic snake broke and dislodged into the drain pipe. I was unable to see it after removing the drain stopper. But water was draining... But then after showering twice, noticed drain starting to slow again. When Tony/Fabian came, they said they will try to get it out from the overflow. If that didn't work, they will need to go to my clean out from the cap on the ground of garage...and had to use a camera to go into the pipe to search for the plastic. Anyway, hallelujah that they got it out from the bathtub and only cost me $69‼
