Ordering from here is always convenient and easy. My food is always correct and done on time. The staff is always nice and pleasant & the place is clean, always. I recommend the lettuce wraps. This is the only place that offers this by me. It's a healthier option. read more

The employees at this store have always been very friendly and professional. I have always had good food from them and am not sure why their reviews have been so bad (though many are from pre-COVID dates). Don't write this store off; I have been to a lot worse restaurants. read more

Ordered on the mobile app - pulled up and as we walked in to get our order, they were walking out with it. Bread was delicious, sandwich was good. I got the Jimmy mustard and didn't realize it was a seedy mustard, which I don't like - but that isn't their fault. Next time I will know. read more

Do not order from this restaurant they will take your order and never deliver your food waited over 130 min for my order called and spoke with most incompetent manager ever by the name of Toni her response was she didn't have a driver so she cancelled my order without even haveing the courtesy to call me. Then she said well this happens all the time is here is my owner number Todd who obviously is just as dumb to customer service as she is because he answers not knowing who number is calling him answer and ask preceded to say thet they don't have drivers and corporate is aware and please let them know because they don't listen to me the owner. Seems luke jimmy johns needs to find some dedicated owners that take responsibility for a failing store that needs leadership and ownership that cares and that can hire drivers!! Their employees constantly park all day in the 30-minute spots that are supposed to be for their customers. When we asked why they have employees taking up the customer spots, making customers walk a long way, the owner of one of those cars threatened to call the police on us! This has been going on for a year at least. We don't go there anymore. read more

Super rude service . Walked in a quarter to ten . Was just asking what time they closed ( irregardless we were not going to be the dicks who ordered at ten ). All jimmy johns are different , some are open 24 hours some are opened till midnight . The guy gave us attitude and the employees behind the counter laughed at us for walking in . They all just stopped and stood there no welcome or anything . Most jimmy johns would have asked what we would like to order , they pretty much told us not to order . Once again , you work in the service industry . You don't wanna serve people till your scheduled hours of operation get a different job . read more

Ordered 2 weeks ago for myself & 4 coworkers, took over 1 3/4 hours for food to arrive. When we called they said that they were short delivery persons. Sandwiches arrived, mine went right into the garbage. Delivery person must have taken my unwich for a road trip for a very long time. Soggy lettuce, dripping with watery mayo, disgusting and falling apart. One co-worker had to take his home as he is only part time and by the time food arrived, he had to leave. Delivery person told us they would issue a complimentary gift card because of the long wait. We are still waiting for the gift card. Tried again today. Placed our order at 12:30. It is now 1:50 and food just arrived. $50 order for 5 of us, not just one sandwich. Again, my co-worker has to leave at 2:00 so I am guessing his unwich will be in the garbage also by the time he gets it home. My unwich is soggy & dripping with watery mayo, again, sigh. They used to be fast, not any more. Most establishments in this area know we have limited time for lunch and try to deliver quickly. Apparently, JJ's thinks we can just take lunch whenever we want to. Have to blame management, they are supposed to be in charge and make sure they are operating smoothly. Steer clear. There are much faster, tastier options. read more

I get lunch from here every now and then. Sometimes I stop in... sometimes I order for delivery. Pretty standard Jimmy John's. Quick delivery. Good sandwiches. They have an surprisingly good sound system inside. A few times I went in and they were playing some classic rock over great sounding speakers. read more

Every time I've gone here, the customer service has been abhorrent. The last time I went, the girl was very curt, didn't smile, and seemed like she was hurrying through the transaction so she could get back to playing with her phone (Right out in the open, by the way). They charge $0.50 more per sandwich than other JJ's. It's a shame because it's the closest one to my house, and the sandwiches are ok, but the customer service is dismal. read more

Not sure this store lives up to their slogan of fast delivery. Will not deliver to you unless you are super close to them. Guess 2.5 miles away is too far away for them. Very disappointed!!! read more

Took 50 minutes for a stale sandwich to be delivered 4 miles away. Disappointed and taking my sandwich needs else where.

So I've only had Jimmy John's once and it was delicious and also from a different location. This is my first time ordering and I walked in and it was really awkward because no one said anything and then a girl walked up to the register and stared at me with an awkward smile so assuming that means that I should order I ordered one of the clubs thinking it was the sandwich considering my two options are subs or club sandwiches however when the guy came up and dropped my sandwich on the counter it was a sub I was kind of confused so I asked him I thought it was more of a sandwich and he pointed at a bin of bread and said sorry you have to ask for that and then he walked away. Prior to this I was having issues with the chip reader and instead of helping me again the girl at the register continued to just stare at me and told me to press the green button first she repeated this about four times and I still don't know what she was talking about but eventually it took my card. All in all there was absolutely nothing fantastic about my sandwich Im not even sure they put avocado on it. I didn't have one piece of green lettuce on my sandwich it was all yellow. If I go off of this one experience then I would recommend just going to Subway because it's way cheaper and they at least have better customer service in my opinion. So good job to this Jimmy John's for making a quick sandwich because that's the only thing that was positive about it. read more
