I recently enjoyed the new Frenchie sandwich at this Jimmy Johns. The sandwich was very good. I asked the person making my sandwich that I would like a pickles and cucumbers on the side. She informed me that she would have to ask her manager who told her no. I heard him tell her no and told him that I would pay extra. He then told me that he would do it this one time, but it isn't allowed with my sandwich. SMH! I told him that I would pay the extra charge and the manager then replied that, that would not work because there is no charge button. These items are considered "freebies" on the menu, so why you would deny a paying customer of their request? In the end my sandwich was really good and I got my side items at no charge I just think that if I requested something in the future I should not be told no if it's clearly doable and "FREEBIE" AS INDICATED on the menu. Especially if I'm even willing to pay extra. read more

Friendly service, but for $9, I expected a bit more turkey on my sandwich. Also, the place was dirty. The tables were not wiped clean, and the restroom (co-ed) was dirty. No one was in the place except for two employees basically doing nothing. You would think they could at least clean the tables. read more

I like eating at Jimmy Johns in Upland. The staff are friendly and the customer service is very good. Matthew the manager is very courteous.

My husband and I own Tony's Carpets in Montclair. We hosted a networking event for many of our business partners. I called the morning of the event to order 45 sandwiches. The catering department was super friendly, and happy to help us with such short notice. He walked me through the choices, was patient over the phone and happy to help. The sandwiches were perfect and a huge hit with everyone. The delivery person was also happy and polite and on time. You made putting together a stressful event a much easier task. Delicious, fresh tasting sandwiches! Awesome customer service as well. I had the beach club and added salami, wow! It was packed with meat and toppings and I can not explain how fresh this tasted! The meat was thin cut and plentiful and I am super torn on their french bread because it may be the best treating sandwich bread I've tried! My brother got the one with bacon and ham, equally delicious! And they have a wonderful patio, great music and coke products which I loooooove! Definitely going to be back soon! read more

Incredibly friendly staff, super fast service. Excellent food! I highly recommend the roast beef with the jalapeno chips on the side. And although this seems like a small thing, for me it's huge - they have the BEST ice. I sometimes refill my cup with just ice and use it as an after lunch snack. I just had the Italian Night Club delivered within 15 minutes of me placing the order. The sandwich was not as large as I thought it would be (smaller than a 12" sub from Subway), but it was very tasty. I ordered avocado but that was a waste of money since it's just a thin paste. There was a good amount of meat and the bread tasted very fresh. They only charged me $.37 for delivery which is a steal compared to most places. I would definitely order for them again. read more

My family decided to give this place a try for dinner. Met with intelligent young men who were pleasant and full of information for newbies like us. The employees asked what we might like to have after they let us know how this placed worked. Very enjoyable experience. We are new fans for sure. Husband ordered a BLT on wheat sandwich bread and my son had a slim turkey. I had to have the Italian! Combo the whole thing and a Cookie for $26. The service here was excellent everybody seem very friendly and had lots of great suggestion. I ordered the #9 it was a great sandwich much like I've experience at other Jimmy John locations. The restaurant was clean and well organized, with a fair amount of inside seating. They also have a small patio area. I highly recommend the jalapeno potato chips their fantastic. read more

Never been in to the store, we always have it delivered. The kids love the sandwiches. The order is never messed up and it comes fast. Can't complain about the food, you would have to try REALLY hard to mess a sandwich up. A little pricey, but if it saves me from having to cook once in a while I'm all for it. read more

Not worth waiting 30 minutes for a $1 sandwich. Sandwich was pretty plain. Such a Bummer
