So I just ordered a beach club (turkey sandwich) sandwich at this place to go and when I get home I realized not only does the lettuce look old, but there is no turkey at all in the sandwich. I understand people make mistakes, but when we called, the employee says he remembers putting turkey in my sandwich. I asked the doped out sounding employee why I would lie about having no meat in my sandwich. My husband then asks to speak with his manager and his manager says he believes his employee and will not refund the money we paid for the meatless sandwich. An intelligent manager should ask himself why would these people lie about this and just refund the 8 bucks. I have ordered lots of expensive catering from this place in the past but I will never step foot in this Jimmy Johns or any Jimmy Johns again. They were friendly and made a sandwich suggestion (that escapes me now) that was great. Visited this restaurant for the first time, for takeout. I was extremely disappointed with the service of the gentleman working there. I was looking forward to a good experience since I have had jimmy John's sandwiches at work several times. But when I arrived to place the order, I asked the cashier if he could offer assistance since it was my first time visiting the restaurant. The gentleman did not say a word, and simply waited for me to place my order and pay. He did not ask about customizations, or ask about my bread choose. Nothing. Not a word. Did not offer to give me my receipt. When we walked away to make the sandwiches, another gentleman working asked if I had been attended, and I had to reply that I believe I had placed my order. When asking for my receipt, the gentleman making my sandwich yelled out from the back that he was making my sandwich. And I never got my receipt. I was simply given my food when it done, and left. I was left very confused and upset with this experience. I guess I will keep going to Jersey Mike's where I always receive friendly customer service. Ordered food for pickup for the first and last time at this location. When I get there I see only one worker on the phone failing to properly ring up an order thats being placed over the phone. There is a line and when I walk over to the pickup area my food is not there. I ordered it over an hour in advance to avoid waiting and have never had an issue at the other location. All I get for my trouble is "it has been busy". Of course its busy when you ignore customers in the store for some over the phone order you cannot even process correctly. The cleanliness and attention to detail are reason for 5 stars alone - I mean that place was spotless! I can't remember the last time I've seen any eatery so clean and organized. The sandwich presentation is on par with the restaurant. What I like is the consistency of every bite having all the ingredients in my sandwich. Horrible experience. There was an issue with an online order I placed last night. When I arrived, one of the employee's became extremely combative and hostile because I didn't realize it was closing time. Although I remained calm the entire time, he had no interest in trying to find a solution. I love this place the best, and I believe it's because of Mario who works there. He always makes my sandwich's with such love and care in the final product. I have had sandwiches in other establishments and there is always something missing, either the bread is to hard, there isn't enough meat in the sandwich, or the veggies aren't fresh enough. Mario makes sure that my sandwich is perfect in every way, making me a loyal customer. I enjoyed another excellent made creation made by Mario again today. This gentleman really knows how to prepare a masterpiece, I believe he makes his sandwiches the way he would make a sandwich for himself. I have been to this location 4 times in the first week that it opened. I have tried something new every time! So far the absolute favorite is the #9 Italian Night Club.
