Was visiting from cali and i was having a hard time finding a good pakistani spot. Usmani and mai colachi (actually indian ran not Pakistani) were no good. These burgers were amazing i came for lunch post jummah and then dinner as well. Service was really good like they bring u the plates and food etc. they didnt have boycotted sodas which was good. Plenty of seating, the side tables tho the chairs r connected to table behind you so Everytime somebody behind you moved, your seat moved. That was annoying. We've become a regular at Jimmy's and each time does not disappoint. This is a Pakistani restaurant/dinner setting. We especially love and recommend their grilled items, burgers/sandwiches, gyro wraps, and quesadillas. We always start with a mint mojito mocktail and end the meal with chai. It's always bustling with people and is a busy atmosphere. The staff are always working hard and fast. Many Desi food places are dirty and unkept, and I like how this atmosphere has a nice diner vibe that is a great place to sit, chill, and catch up with friends. When started eating after warming up in microwave it was stick and not tasty and not fresh. I called back them and asked was this biryani fresh, the lady who picked replied yes. Came here with a large group after coming into town. Ambiance was actually pretty nice for a desi restaurant. Service was good too, and the waitress informed us at the beginning that it would take at least 30 minutes for our food to come which was right on time. As for the food, it was very underwhelming. I got the patty melt and it was EXTREMELY dry. There was no sauce, no onions, nothing that you typically find on a normal patty melt. Used to enjoy eating here (dine in and take out), but the last 3 times have been awful. This last time we ordered to go for a dinner party and I was met with rude customer service. The lady who seems to be the "manager" has the worst attitude. Not friendly, did not seem to even be bothered to answer questions about portion sizes for catering etc. When asked about something on their menu online, she automatically said they do not do a dinner package for 8-10 people, however I was able to order it online in front of her through the website. Makes absolutely no sense. Either way, against my better judgement and trying to give them a 3rd time to get it right, I ordered for my party via a la carte (instead of the package). When we went to pick up 1. Our food wasn't ready, they made us wait an additional 30 mins from the stated time, which ended up making my guests/party have to wait for their food. Can you imagine inviting people over for dinner and there's no dinner (also ordered appetizers through them - so quite literally no food, so embarrassing) 2. Once we get there they tell us that they do not have goat they only have chicken and beef. Mind you the goat is extra and they said they "called us" to let us know. There was no call, no voicemail, no message, nothing. Not even through the app we placed the order with. They did not refund us the difference either. And I ordered multiple items of this since "they don't do the dinner package". As far as them fixing issues in the past, I have called and they have given me the "I'm sorry ma'am, I'll make sure we do better next time, or I'll let the kitchen staff know" yet there's no actual action going behind those words. Going forward I won't be eating here. Unfortunately, sometimes when you give a restaurant multiple times to rectify their service, customer relationship, and food and there's no change then it is on you. We used go to this store often and every year at least a few times we eat their Iftar buffet. Last year we went for their Iftar buffet to celebrate a friend's birthday. We reserved a table early that day by paying ahead about $150 for 4 people. During the Iftar, our appetizer came slowly, was not enough for 4 people. Then we broke our fast and went to pray Magrib. After we came back the line was so long we had to wait almost 40 mins to an hour before got to the food, when most of the dishes that I like were almost gone. Their popular dish chicken 65 was one of the were totally gone. We all were fasting and just grabbed whatever we can and ate. They were serving a grill platter after complaining couple of time they served us a cold grilled platter which was not even appetizing to eat. I told the managers/ employees about our concern, they didn't seem to care even a bit that they took so much money from some fasting Muslims who couldn't eat properly. We all go to Plano masjid, we used to love their food from the very beginning. My apologies, I have no idea what I was eating but it was great. Meats were moist and very flavorful. The veggies were bright and crisp. If you need help, Ibrahim is your guy. He tried his best to tell me what I was eating but I'm not smart enough to recount it to you. This is not a burger place I walked in very confused if I was to sit at a table or order at the counter. Most tables have table cloths with an assigned number. Everything looks clean and proper. I went to the counter looking for a menu and found a decent selection of Indian food items. I asked if there was a burger menu and I was shown the list of 7-8 burger choices. I selected the Del Rio Jungle Burger, fries, and drink..... plus tip..... $14.62... sounds like a good deal.... Someone came in after me and ordered some Indian food and was served in about 15 minutes. I went back to the counter to ask about my burger and was told it's almost done. Our friend brought us here to try this place out. Upon walking in, it was super packed. It was hard to find a table, since most of the open ones were all dirty and still had dishes on them. We picked the least dirty one and sat down. The server brought us menus first, but didn't bother to wipe down the table until we asked. After ordering, it took about 45-mins for them to bring out the food. Most of the servers were running around like crazy, they also seemed confused when bringing out orders. I am an uber eats driver. Every single time I deliver from here they are very late! Today I waited 30 minutes for my customers food. Every time I'm late I get a lower customer satisfaction rating. Which in the end means I GET FIRED. Uber is my job. I will not be taking customers orders from here anymore. The customer service is good but there lack of concern for getting customers food out is bad. I have seen the kitchen. They are not short staffed. Improve the wait time to less than 10 minutes and I will be happy. 30 minutes to wait on a customers order is unacceptable. We keep going back to this establishment because we love their food but I don't think we'll be going back for some time now. This was the 4th time that it took them over an hour to bring our order out and it was cold. We usually order large grill platter, among other items, and ask them every time how long will it take and they say 30-40 minutes. We inform them that please be mindful of the timing but it makes no difference. One time we were offered free dessert, one time it was a discount if an appetizer we ordered, yesterday they brought us small cups of Mango-rita which no one touched. Was a nice place to eat. My daughter wanted nihari and since they had the options of burgers we decided to give it a try. I will say the nihari was way better than the burgers. I had the mango habanero which was just a regular cheeseburger with the sauce and so I found it to be sweeter than I like. My husbands burger was also ok. The nihari was so flavorful and the naans so soft and fluffy. The fries were good. Chicken wings I felt could be more meaty but the buffalo sauce was good. DO NOT EAT HERE. We ordered our food at 6:15 and they said it would be done and ready at 6:47 for pick up. I get there at 6:47 and tell them the order I am picking up. They can't find it. The person who greeted me starts speaking with another worker and laughing as he points at me and speaks in a different language. They tell me it will be another 10-15 minutes. I go back and wait in my car for another 15 minutes and walk back in. Once again, I tell them the name of the order and another guy working there says it will be another 10-15 minutes. I tell them I have toddlers at home that I need to feed. He laughs and goes "yeah okay man". Another 40 minutes goes by of me sitting in the restaurant waiting. The lady who appears to be the manager looks disgusted that I am standing there and waiting for my food and tells me to sit at a table. In all of my time waiting, I watched countless other families walk in and order their food and be served before I could even get an update on my food. Do not worry though, I was offered 2 free sodas for my wait. Finally after almost 2 total hours from order placement to actually having my food I get home to feed my family. The burgers were awful. The food for my kids looked okay. Fast forward to an hour after eating. One of my kids throws up in the car as we are driving back to our Airbnb. For main course, they had Goat Biriyani, Chicken Biriyani, Chicken haryali tikka, Chicken Kabab, Sheekh kabab, Chicken curry, Mutton curry (2 types), Chicken wings, Nan and Lamb chops served at the table... No veg dish!! If you are a connoisseur of meat prepared the Indian/Pakistani way, you wouldn't complain though... The Chicken curry was the stand out, next would be the Chicken Biriyani... For dessert, they has custard and jelly... They also had tea for those who wanted to end the meal with a hot beverage... They had a bunch of teenagers working at the restaurant, full of energy and clearing tables and refilling food when needed... That made a difference to the experience... There was only one person working at the cash register at the time and he was busy on the phone taking phone orders. This gave us time to look at the menu and decided to order the Jimmy Jungle Burger, Chicken Biryani and a side of fries. The Jimmy Jungle burger and fries were amazing! The chicken biryani tasted OK until I almost shattered my teeth with the bone fragments, hard clover shells and seeds.
