Hands down the worst chicken tenders I've ever had, was only able to stomach half of a tender. I thought maybe the oil was too hot or something. Real deal hamburger on a great bun. Everyone working there is really nice and accommodating. Everything is always spotlessly clean. I wish the catfish fillets were a little thicker and that there was a little less breading on the chicken wings but that is just my preference. The flavor is still good on both. read more

Dear owners: offer VEGETARIAN BURGERS!! Nothing for vegetarians on menu. We would eat there every week because it's so close to home and the food is really good. Pretty much everything is a burger, wrap, sandwich or is FRIED. Fried to perfection. Fried perfectly. Fried like you wish you could fry at home (but never do, at least I never can!). The only problem I had (yes, I'm picky and it's my review so I'm docking a star) is that the water in that location is awful and there's no diet coke (only pepsi which I cannot drink). Our family's new favorite restaurant and definitely the only place in Katy my wife or I will be ordering a burger. The fresh baked bread paired with their juicy flavorful grilled patty just makes all other burgers basic. We went for the first time about a month ago and have returned 4 or 5 times since. No lie. Everything is good from the loaded fries, chicken sandwiches so we've been going where we are sure not to be disappointed since they have a large selection, consistent execution, and probably one of the friendliest & helpful host/cashier/greeters I've ever experienced at a restaurant. The outside is deceiving as it is tucked next to a gas station. The inside is extremely clean and the young lady who greeted us and took our order was super nice. I really hate to leave a review like this. So tonight my brother and husband ordered dinner from this location of jlb. Absolutely the worst meal from this place . First the orders were completely wrong,they both ordered batter dipped fish it came with corn meal breading and the fillets were so thin they were impossible to eat they were so hard! This is the third time we ordered a meal from this location and it has just gotten steadily worse. The last time they forgot the shrimp that went with one of our orders. We will no longer order from this location! It will only be the Mason Road location for us they get the orders right always!! read more

The burgers here are HUGE and full of taste. The service is up to par for a restaurant and the food takes no longer than 15 min to be ready even on busy days. Only reason I give it 4 and not 5 is because of the music that they play here. Other than that, I recommend this place 100%! read more

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. First of all the chicken was undercooked when i but into it. And they drench the wings with an excessive amount of hot sauce to the point to where the sauce is spilling out of the to go box. The customer service was not good either because when I went to the cashier and asked for a little more ranch a woman came out and said "Is this all you want because you keep coming up here asking for stuff" it was very disrespectful and I didn't like it. The exterior is horrible as it is right next to a gas station that has lots of insects. The interior is very small with flies in the trashcan (possibly laying eggs) and it's so inconvenient. read more

The hamburgers are delicious and very large, plenty to share. They just need to make sure that the hamburgers are thoroughly cooked and that the buns are not over cooked. There is too much batter on the onion rings (think onion donut) so they can fry to be crispy. Please carry coca-cola products and Not Pepsi--yuk. read more
