This was super disappointing. I got the Nashville chicken with a Caesar salad and my friend got a burger. Both lacked flavor. I felt like I was eating in an overpriced mall food court. I love this place for casual dining. Order at the counter, receive a number and they serve you at your table. The atmosphere is a little funky and has tons of natural light. There's a massive outdoor eating area. The bathrooms are a must to check out (I won't give away why). As for the food...delicious! I had the Gouda Garlic Bacon Burger with fries as my choice of side. It was served with plastic gloves to use since the burger is so juicy. Kitschy, but a smart marketing idea, in my opinion! The burger is chargrilled and the bun is deliciously toasted. We were surprised to find the lunch menu different from what's posted online. Several regular items were unavailable, including the Roasted Vegetable Omelet my wife always orders. We both went with the Traditional Scramble (advertised as 3 eggs + meat). My plate came with potatoes despite requesting none, and the scrambled eggs looked and felt like 2 eggs at most. After sending it back, I waited quite a while--my wife was nearly finished eating before my replacement arrived. The second plate (eggs and bacon) was fine, but by then my confidence was already low. Even my wife's scramble didn't seem like a full 3-egg portion. Bottom line: the menu didn't match the website, and the "3-egg" scramble clearly wasn't 3 eggs. I don't think I've ever had anything that I didn't like from Joe's and the atmosphere and staff are always great. Atmosphere - When we arrived, there was a long line of people there. Luckily it only reached to the door and not outside of it. While there, a lot more people arrived. There was a good amount of tables and chairs in the restaurant. There were some trees obscuring the restaurant from the street. I didn't visit the restroom. Temperature inside was good. Not hot or cold. I have been to some places where it's been hot. Patio. Too hot for me to sit there on the patio, so luckily got a space inside. Except, there was an incredibly loud baby at the table next to us that shrieked at intermittent moments in time. Food - I got the hamburger. It came with lettuce and tomato and onion on the side. One leaf or slice, each. Thin slice of pickle too. The hamburger was definitely charred and fire grilled. The middle was pink. The pulled pork sandwich was a bit dry. You can ask for extra sauce on the side! I would recommend getting two serving of extra sauce. The Asian slaw was a little tart, but good in how crunchy, refreshing, and healthy it was. Service - There were lots of employees. The service here was fine. We found our own seats and sat down. Ordering went well and the food came out a little slow due to so many people. After you order, they give you one of those electronic coasters to put on your table. They bring out your food and drinks. You refill your drink after the first cup. They have take out containers on the soda machine counter. Parking - The restaurant was located inside of basically its own parking lot. Was crowded during peak hours. No parking meters or parking structures. A parking structure with solar panels on top or trees would be nice. Otherwise, no shaded spots available. Same as most places. It is 100% great There's plenty of room you can bring groups. They have picnic tables outside to sit in regular tables. There's a lot of seating inside and outside there. There's a gorgeous huge tree that you can sit by definitely very farm atmosphere. The food is incredible. This is my least favorite breakfast spot in Gilbert. I keep going back thinking it will be better and it's just not. Not sure what brand of coffee they use but it's not very good. This time I wanted a couple of hard boiled eggs, apparently they can't make hard boiled eggs. Today it wasn't very busy so we didn't have to wait forever but when there's a line it takes some time. The bathrooms are outside which is normally fine but not when it's pouring out. I know other people who love their food and love coming here, it's just not for me. I love this place so much because of the quality of the food as well as the service provided. Annalise is so kind and greets me with a smile every time she sees me on a new date with someone. I love how she always comes up to the table and smiles extra big just to make sure it's going well. We live for the support . The workers are lovely and the outdoor seating is perfect for this time of the year (it's currently 55-75 as of currently). Thank you for being my place of enjoyment for these dates and also for my birthday. My go to always is the stuffed lamb burger with sweet potato fries but please do try the Greek fries those are mmmmm. Oh man, how this place has gone down hill. Let's start with the price, two of us, two burgers, one with regular fries and one with zucchini slices and fountain drink. With a 22% tip it was about $60!!! $60 for subpar food and subpar service. Holy moly. I was looking forward to the Ahi Burger which I always get ( last two times was definitely a let down), my tuna wasn't smooth and "fresh" like it once was. I'm pretty sure I had a piece of ahi steak missing too. My Ahi burger this time, the cole slaw was browning and lacked flavored, my Ahi fish itself was very stringy and fibrous in texture and wasnt "rare" then my bun seemed stale, and no it wasn't toasted dryness, it was stale. I will say the zucchini slices were crispy and yummy though. Now onto my boyfriend's burger. It was a super simple burger but it came out dry af with a stale bun as well. We came by at an off time on a Saturday (around 2:30). The line was still pretty lengthy, which was surprising. We waited to order our food, and the staff were helpful and friendly when we asked questions. I ordered the Thai salad and my husband got a burger. We also ordered the garlic fries and onion rings. The service was wonderful. Everyone was attentive and helpful, and employees were kind despite being busy. The food was a bit lackluster. The garlic fries were super oily, especially at the bottom. The Thai salad was okay, but nothing amazing. The flaming burger was also just okay. The outside patio is beautiful and there was a lot of seating, which was a plus. Hands down, one of the best restaurants in Gilbert! It's one of our go to spots and one of the first places we bring visitors from out of town. It's the best! Their menu is great. It has a great variety of things depending what you're in the mood for. They even have the items that Guy Fieri tried on Triple D! Everything is made fresh here and you can definitely tell. Highly recommend their Waffles & Chicken, Chicken Caesar Salad, and my favorite the Flamin' Southwest Chicken sandwich. I've been here twice now. The first time was better. I ordered the huevos de farm grill. They were watery and flavorless. They looked as unappealing as they actually were. Looked like watery green slop. My husband ordered the smothered pork tenderloin and eggs. The eggs were ok but the tenderloin was super thick and tough. The Apple Fritters are really good though. The whole reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. This place was "highly recommended". I think it's highly overrated. I will say that the employees are amazing. The service is good. Very friendly staff. The overall atmosphere is chaotic. But that is to be expected because they are always more or less crazy busy. I think they must have a "cult following" because the food is mediocre at best and some entrees are downright horrible. I definitely don't recommend eating here. We have eaten here for years, I'm actually surprised I haven't written a review before. It's definitely gone down from the five stars it once was. The staff we interacted with were outstanding but the kitchen couldn't seem to read the orders. My wife had to get her food redone twice due to an allergy that was clearly explained but ignored in the kitchen. The server finally went and watched them make it to be sure it was done right. The food isn't as quality as it once was and they are so busy it's hard to find a seat, even on a non-holiday Monday around 10:45am... We will still go once in a while but it's not on our regular rotation anymore. We do enjoy brining the dog so it's a good choice for that. read more

My family loves Joes Farm Grill! It's inviting and has great food! The scenery is nice and green with grape vines and trees planted across the property. Everyone there is friendly from the cashier to the person that brings your drinks to the person that brings your food out. We love Joes big breakfast it's big enough for 2 people to share.
