Damn nasty crew trying to serve expired noodles unreal

It is understandable that there is a high level of demand and a high level of busyness, however crew servers need to be aware of what they are serving. It is nasty expired jolly spaghetti that has been sitting in the food warmer for some time.

I've never eaten at Jollibee before so I was excited when my daughter asked if I wanted something from the town location. I've always wanted to try the spaghetti and fried chicken, so that's what I ordered. The spaghetti is definitely different than a typical spaghetti but it had a nice tangy flavor to it. The hotdog added a nice texture and flavor to the spaghetti, but I didn't really taste the cheese. The chicken was perfectly crispy and seasoned well, and it paired perfectly with the gravy. My daughter also got a peach pie which was perfectly crispy and not too sweet. I'll definitely go back and try other menu items, such as the adobo fried rice, burger steak, and mashed potatoes.

Halo Halo- survived the 30 minute ride.

During the Popeyes' sandwich craze, which I did stand in the long line once but no more, I decided to try Jolibee's chicken sandwich. I thought it wasn't as crunchy as Popeyes' chicken sandwiches once was, but I thought the sauce made the chicken sandwich better. The garlic mayo-based sauce for the chicken sandwich was delicious and I read it was called a savory umami sauce? Recently, I wasn't sure if it tasted the same as it once did a few years ago. Jolibee has a Filipino-inspired menu! It's a very popular fast food chain in the Philippines. The Ala Moana location always had a line, so I usually go to the Dillingham /King location in the Kingsgate Plaza, especially because I love drive thru restaurants! The shared parking lot was always so packed that most people go to the drive thru unless they want to dine in. Some may not know there's an underneath parking lot, but it's so dark and sketchy even during the day. One time, I parked near the ramp down to the underground parking and as I was returning to my car, there was a sketchy guy hanging out half way down the stairs to the under ground parking, so I quickly walked down the car ramp instead to avoid any contact with him. Anyhoo, I was bummed when they stopped serving their halo halo (frozen dessert) ! It wasn't the best, because of their chunky ice, but it was so convenient to order it through the drive thru. I do love their peach mango pies and they do have at times their ube pies. I do love pineapples, so I always get the pineapple quencher! Their Chicken Joy Fried Chicken's batter was on the light and crispy side and the chicken was moist! I vaguely remembered trying the Aloha yum burger, but I think I've tried it at the other jolibee location and the pineapple and bacon made the burger not bad. The only issue you may have sometimes is the wait time for the chicken joy fried chicken and or the chicken sandwich! It can be a wait of 20 minutes or less! Perhaps they are so busy but I can't wait that long. So I had to get the spaghetti one time! I tried a little bit and I gave it to my mom. It was on the sweeter side! Recently, when I was paying at the drive thru, I was told to wait on the side for my order! Even if it was for a couple of minutes, I didn't know where to wait! There was no designated spot to wait. The two stalls were taken as you exit the drive thru, so I parked in the side next to the 2nd car but I was in the lane blocking the way to turn right toward the exit on King St. Cars were lined up to go through the drive thru and I didn't want to move because I didn't want them to not find me. Thank goodness some cars exit the other way to the Dillingham blvd exit! So the only issues were the parking and you need to wait for the chicken or chicken for the sandwiches! I can see why it was so busy, since their chicken and their chicken sandwiches were good!

The chicken here is so crispy! Not salty... and the gravy just does something amazing for it. I usually get it with the noodles. Palabok. You can also get it with rice or spaghetti. Now that I think about it, we usually go through the drive-through. Occasionally we have to wait. But that's OK. That means the chicken's freshly made. Casual restaurant indoors . Well-maintained. Parking is scarce as there are a lot of other businesses in this mall strip

6 piece chicken with spaghetti, fries and ube pie

I avoid fast food but Visited Jolibee for the first time to see what was the hype on being voted the best fried chicken. Store in Kalihi was the only one opened at 8pm. Counter help was friendly but saw homeless people walking in and helping themselves to self serve drinks. Low class unsanitary ambience. Ordered the 6 piece with spaghetti and fries being the 2 sides. Also 2 Ube pies and 2 drinks. Bill was $33. Chicken came out piping hot but breading had no taste and chicken were small. No breast, just 3 thighs and 3 drumsticks. Spaghetti was nothing special and fries were terrible. Ube pie was $3.29 and wasn't good as apple pies at McDonalds. Jolibee is overpriced low quality 3rd world fast food taking advantage of their own people! Popeyes, Churches, Chick fil A, Kentucky fried chicken are much more quality. I wouldn't eat here if it was Free!

Pretty pricey but definitely worth a try. This was a first for us. The ube pie was so delish. The chicken was perfectly crisp and the burger was super tasty.

Hamburger at Jollibee's ?. Well I've been to Jolilibee a few times, and I never noticed that they served burgers. On a tip from Craig T. I decided to try one. This location of Jollibee is at the corner of King St. and Dillingham Blvd. Right next to Jiffy Lube. If parking is not available at street level , they do have under ground ground parking The dine Inn area is clean with well spaced seating. Service was excellent . The young girl that took my order redid it to save me a few cents. I ordered 2 Cheesy Yumburgers, order of fries and a Pineapple Quechure. She rang it up as one combo meal and 1 Cheesy Yumburger. Charging me only 70 cents for Quenchure which sells for $4.99. The burger was good and Cheesy. But for $7.49 I've had better. The fries were passable. The Pineapple Quechure was refreshing. Enjoy.

Hamburger steak platter with side order adobo fried rice n a refreshing pineapple drink so good!

We decided to stop here for a late lunch. So we placed our orders. My girl just got the spicy jollie Bee 2 piece chicken meal n I tried for the 1st time there Angus Hawaiian burger combo and A Ubi n peach pie. After about 10-15 minutes we received our meals. So it was time to dig in!..My girl friend enjoyed her meal.Perfect crunch and the right amount of spice. As for my meal?.Its disappointing. The fries was cold n stale the burger was made poorly made and it wasn't anything special.Probably I won't be ordering this again. Also the Ubi n peach pie's was really good!.As always when back on the island we will definitely stop by again.Hopefully we won't be having the same cashier because she needs to work on her customer service..

Tried Jollibee and got the Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich, the 2-piece Chickenjoy with Jolly Spaghetti, Pineapple Quencher and both the Ube Pie and Peach Mango Pie. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was actually really good; crispy, juicy, and had a nice spicy kick without being overwhelming. I'd get it again for sure. For the 2-piece Chickenjoy, I got one regular and one spicy. Spicy was way more flavorful and had that perfect crunch. The regular was still tasty. Both were juicy with crispy skin. The Jolly Spaghetti is exactly what you'd expect if you've had Filipino style spaghetti; sweet and weirdly good. Just wished they gave more sauce; it dried out pretty quickly. Gravy was... meh. Not bad but not something I'd crave or rave about. The chicken doesn't really need it, honestly. The Pineapple Quencher surprised me; it's refreshing and not overly sweet. As for dessert, the Ube Pie was okay; it had an after taste though, but the Peach Mango Pie was pretty good. Both were fresh and crispy. If you only get one, go with the peach mango. Overall, solid meal. Definitely not your typical fast food.

Picked up my online order and had no issues. I love companies that give consumers the option to order online, very convenient for people on the go. Food was okay, a bit oily on the Palabok sauce..and prices for extra sauce is crazy for the quantity you receive.

Came by through the drive through to satisfy my Filipino cravings! The line went by fast and was greeted by the kind workers. I was bummed since their scanner wasn't working for their rewards program but it's okay, it wasn't the workers fault. The worker was very apologetic and sweet! We got home and ate our food and it was delicious! I wish the portions were a little bigger for the price. Other than that, I have no complaints! I will be back to enjoy other items on the menu!

Be sure to call ahead, it usually takes ~30 min per order if you call. Takeout only. Service is very polite. Parking is tough because of the area but there are a few spots out front, would generally recommend calling ahead so parking is less stressful. Their menu was a little confusing to me so here is some explanation: K pop chicken- boneless chicken pieces K chicken wings- flats and drumettes (the two parts of a larger chicken wing) K chicken tenders- boneless tenders only K crispy chicken- full wings, thighs, and breast pieces They offer each of these items as a plate lunch too, with a smaller portion of chicken that comes with rice and salad. I personally like the K chicken wings for the variety and higher meat to skin ratio but my husband really likes the K chicken wings. The skin is shatteringly crispy and flavorful and the meat is juicy. Their honey shoyu sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and salty. You can also request the sauce on the side. I've also had the fried rice which was decent and generously portioned. We once had a complimentary house salad given to us which was unexpected kindness. Overall they do a great job serving up a delicious craveable food that keeps us coming back!

They actually cut in half 5 pieces of the Chicken Backs and each 1/2 counted as a piece of overcooked chicken jerky! I also got a 1/3 of a breast section with bones and not even a 1/2 of a thigh. That totals my 10 pieces. More bones and excess crispy flour then consumable meat. NOBODY gives a Chicken back (or 1/2 a back)! Not Popeyes, not KFC or Zippy's who will remain my Favorite because I will only get ripped off the 1st time, never again. Additionally, they make you buy the sauce, the reason is due to no seasoning on the over floured bread...but it IS Crispy! The Chicken tenders were overcooked and REALLY Chewy around the edges. Just a LOT of breaded Crispy with no flavor, what "Chef" doesn't even use salt? Really, if you're going to risk testing this food, PAY for some sauce! I hope the Owner reads this and realizes that ripping people off by selling broken pieces that most Chef's throw away because they have so little meat on them, isn't going to keep him in business. The profit margin may be up while folks are trying it, spending their hard earn $$$'s, yet not coming back will be the ultimate demise of this business as many other have come and gone doing the exact same thing, not putting themselves in he patron's position. Ask yourself this: When was the last time you saw a bowl of whole chicken pieces and immediately grabbed one that was back bone chopped in half?

I uploaded this picture into chat gpt with the business explanation of the pinking in poultry and according to AI, "Pinking" can happen in cooked poultry -- but what you're showing in the photo does not look like harmless pinking. Here's the difference in plain language: Harmless "pinking" (still fully cooked) * Happens from smoking, high heat, or certain proteins. * The meat is fully opaque, firm, and cooked through. * Only the outer edge or near the bone looks pinkish. What your picture shows * The meat looks translucent, soft, and raw, especially near the joint. * There are dark, bloodlike areas around the bone. * The texture looks undercooked, not just color-changed from chemical reactions. Even with pinking, cooked chicken never looks glossy or raw in the center the way yours does. I decided not to go back to the counter because there was a language barrier and I felt the woman wasn't listening to me in the first place anyway. Threw pretty much all the food away and left hungry and down $20.

Everything was very nice and fresh, fries were hot and crispy nothing really negative to say...just that it was boring for me personally and yes the order came rather fast making me think it was already made and kept warm didn't bother me the choices was very minimal and no other added flavors like hot and spicy or sauce options during this hot summer was made even on this National Fried Chicken Day.

Tuesday February 3, 2026. New item is the Mango Peach pie…read more Drive thru takes some time and plenty cars in the driveway thru instead of walking inside. Smell: the first thing you smell is a strong peach smell. Taste: you taste mango first then the peach and sometimes the other way around. Or slightly both. For me: just saiyng, I think it would be better if they were separate. Mango or peach and you choose which flavor pie that you want. Overall, it was good. Ambiance is casual and comfortable as I ate inside before in the past.

I can never complain about the food, I love McDonald's. But…read morethis is probably the slowest McDonald's on the island! Drive Thru, Curbside and Counter service. I have gone at peak times and where there is nobody inside. I visit this location because it's the closet and on the way usually but you WILL wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru or curbside. And at least 15-20 inside the restaurant for anything including a food item. I worked at McDonald's for 4 years in high school, and I just can't imagine what is slowing them down THIS MUCH. I also observe that they complete their orders on their order screens before the order is complete in order to shorten their times. Anyway, thank you for my 99c ice coffee. For reference. I made a mobile order at 945am, arrived at curbside at 9:50am, and I am still waiting for my order of 2 coffees and 3 breakfast platters at 10:21am... Hoping food will still be hot and my ice coffees aren't just sitting on the counter watered down... I ended up going inside to get my food, was greeted by a sweet young crew member named Leilani helped me get my order. Finally got my order at 10:30am.
