Jollibee is like the always consistent place (unlike their nearby competitors whom have failed me more than once) to get a lot of fried chicken for a decent price. I like being able to order online while leaving work and go to pick up. Quick and easy. Always nice to deal with. Once in a while, when i feel like more of a piggy, i like getting ADOBO FRIED RICE instead of WHITE RICE, wrap it in the crispy (spicy) chicken skin, and dip it in the GRAVY (thanks IG).

Double piggy moment is also getting a PEACH MANGO PIE lol Their SPICY chicken is usually pretty decently spicy. I love it.

got. My bf took out his meal and was disappointed but the quantity he got for the price we spent. His meal was equivalent to a double cheeseburger and small fries from McDo and a small drink for $13. The pineapple cooler her ordered was just pineapple juice. Had he known all it was was just juice, then there wouldn't be a complaint, just call it what it is. We wanted to like Jollibee and I want to support the Filipino people being one myself, but I was let down and I'm sad about that. I may try their chicken again in the future but not for awhile.

As always Jollibee to the rescue for late night dining. We took a nap this afternoon and ended waking up late and hungry. We ordered spaghetti and palabok and two piece fried chicken and peach mango pie. It was a delicious meal and ended up taking left over Palabok home. The cashier did not take our orders anymore, but encouraged us to use the digital ordering through their TV screen next to the door. I use some of my rewards for the peach mango pie. It's probably took less than 15 minutes for our order to be picked up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was half full when we left, but I noticed there were more people coming in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Plenty of parking, there's a drive-thru.

Upon entering we were greeted right away and the girl stood in front of the register ready to take our orders but being it's my first time I was indecisive. We eventually told the girl we're going to use the kiosk instead and she nodded. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The entry way was spacious and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There were several staffs bustling about working and taking orders, packing orders etc... I wanted a 3 piece chicken with mash potato for under $10 but there weren't any options like that. They did have 2 pieces chicken with a side of Filipino spaghetti or rice and gravy for $12.99 but that's not what I wanted. It would have to be multiplied by 2 since there's 2 of us which would come out to $26+. Eventually we decided on a 6 piece chicken bucket with 2 sides which was $23. I chose mash potato w gravies and adobo fried rice. I wanted to try something unique and different than other fried chicken places and that was it. I also ordered a side of Ube pie and a lychee tea drink. The lychee tea were on point. It tasted just right. Not too tart and plenty of lychee flavor. Ube pie were delicious but the Ube filling was kinda runny. Probably cuz it was hot. I recommend they don't heat this up so the Ube remain a paste. My only disappointment was that they did not have adequate hot sauce for the chicken. I asked for hot sauce and was given Tabasco sauce. Like who eats fried chicken with Tabasco sauce?! Not to compare but KFC, Popeyes, Church's chicken have their own Louisiana chicken hot sauces. Raising Canes have their own sauces but Jollibee only have Tabasco?!! An Asian fried chicken joint could do better!! Also we told them it was a dine in orders, but the staff did not give us any plates. I had to go up to the counter the 4th time and ask for 2 plates. The first few times were for extra napkins, hot sauces and something else. They do have a self serve soda machines which is a plus. I asked my husband to go up and get a Dr Pepper refill but there was none and nothing similar so he got me root beer. Meh This venue is in a big shopping center so there were plenty of free parking. [[HIGHLIGHT]]About 15 mins after we ordered more customers arrived and the counter got busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our orders came out to about $30 total and after registering on their app we got $5 off which was nice. tip: if you register on their app prior to ordering, you get $5 off $10+ orders, or $10 off of $40+ orders. note to self: bring my own hot sauces for next time

After our vegan dinner, my family wanted meat! So they were glad there was a Jollibee nearby! It was good as usual. It's our family comfort food! Service was fast and food was nice and warm.

It was Thanksgiving night, and our original plan was to eat at a Chinese restaurant in the same plaza. When we arrived, the restaurant was unexpectedly closed -- and that's when we spotted Jollibee. Since everyone was already hungry around 6:30pm, we decided to go for some quick, reliable comfort food instead of driving 15 minutes to Chinatown and searching for another spot. It turned out to be a great choice. We ordered the following items: * Two 6-piece Chickenjoy Buckets with two regular sides and two drinks We chose a mix of spicy and regular fried chicken. Every piece was incredibly juicy and tender, with that signature Jollibee aroma that hits you as soon as you take a bite. The skin was perfectly crispy, and the flavor was rich and satisfying. The spicy chicken had a gradual, enjoyable kick that built up after a couple of pieces, while the regular remained classic, comforting, and well-seasoned. For the sides, we picked fries, coleslaw, and two mashed potatoes. Each side paired nicely with the chicken -- especially the mashed potatoes with gravy, which added a warm, savory touch to the meal. * Six pies (three Mango and three Ube) Both types of pies were delicious. The Mango pie had a bright, tropical sweetness, while the Ube pie offered a creamy, earthy, purple-yam richness that felt uniquely indulgent. They're definitely best enjoyed hot and crispy, but even if you have leftovers, they're still great within a day or two. Overall, Jollibee did not disappoint. What started as a backup plan became an unexpectedly fun and satisfying Thanksgiving dinner. The only reason I'm taking off one star is because the order-taker seemed new and needed extra time to process the order, occasionally forgetting items. Other than that, the experience was thoroughly enjoyable.

Always great fried chicken here. The chicken is perfectly crispy without being too greasy. The meat is also very juicy and moist. I always order the chicken spicy. I'd say about equal or maybe a little less compared to Popeye's spicy level. I usually get the Chicken Joy 6 piece combo which comes with 2 sides and 2 drinks, a great deal for $20! The chicken comes with gravy and it's a must to eat them together! I've dined in a few times, and I think the service is very good for a fast food place. Its actually pretty lively and fun to dine in. There is a little bit of a wait for the chicken, but that just means you are getting it fresh! They give you a buzzer that alerts you when your order is ready. I did not have to wait more than 15 mins during lunch hour on a Saturday. There seems to be someone always on the floor keeping the place clean. The Filipino spaghetti is pretty good, if sweet spaghetti is your thing, but there is not too much meat in the sauce. I did not like the Palabok Fiesta. I do like glass noodle dishes, but for this one I just didn't think it was worth the price. It was mostly just noodles with pork rinds sprinkled on top. You can also order ahead on the app, and there are good deal offers sometimes!

Self order kiosk was a smooth experience. Our order was ready in 7-10 minutes. We tried a burger, noodle side dish and a bucket of spicy chicken. The spicy is the way to go all pieces were juicy and not dried out with a crisp texture. For dessert we tried the mango pie cobbler which I highly recommend. Staff was nice and friendly.

I did the drive through and it was fast with helpful service since I didn't really know the menu. I got the famous Chickenjoy (spicy) combo with Adobo Rice, Biscuit, and a Peach Mango Pie. The nicest staff of a fast food restaurant workers are here! Every single server was friendly, kind and helpful. Such great customer service. The fried chicken is also the freshest and best flavor anywhere. It's always served piping hot and delicious. Eat it with their steamed or adobo rice and every bite will make you happy! I've decided it's my most fried chicken fast food anywhere. It's world renowned too and found in so many countries! The seasoning is excellent! Their chicken sandwich is also very delicious. Waited at drive thru in a long line. Get to where you order. Told lady what I want she goes. Pull up I'll tell you your total. Not once did she say it will be an extra 10 min wait when I ordered. Mind you already waiting 20-30 min thru drive thru. Once get to window to pay. I pull my wallet out. She says it's gonna be another 20 min wait for Spicy is that ok? Horrible! Ordered three meals to sample a variety. Was charged for five meals. Returned with the receipt and the food to disputed the charges. Manager was rude and did nothing. On the evening of the 26th, around 10 PM after get off work, I went to Jollibee and ordered some food to take home. My whole family got diarrhea after eating it. Their chicken nuggets looked disgusting, and the purple sweet potato pie tasted sour. The next day, I went to the store to find the manager, a woman in a yellow shirt and microphone. She was very rude. She asked why I hadn't called to report the problem that night, and why I only came the next day. I didn't receive the food until after 10 PM, and by the time I got home and ate it, it was past 11 PM. They were already closed, so how could I call to report the problem? She also said the food issue wasn't their responsibility and told me to contact their supplier. I rarely give bad reviews, but this manager's attitude was so terrible that I had to give her a bad review! read more

Ala carte (not the combo) and we used the survey promo for a free peach mango pie, mmm (kinda reminds me of the old school apple pies at McDonalds). Masarap, everything was very good. Our favorites are the chicken sandwiches and the pies too. First time eating inside. (We've been here a couple times in the drive-thru.) Nice inside. Decor was nice. Seating was a mix of different types; we were seated at the rectangular tables with benches, opposite us at the same table were stools. Pretty big inside. A week ago I ordered a spaghetti and 3 piece chicken meal. The chicken was so dry and old tasting. It was 1030 am so I figure it was the previous days chicken and they rewarmed it by either a quick re-fry or used another method. The previous days chicken should be thrown out and not served again. It reminded me of Pollo Loco DRY chicken. I don't think I can return again. Your best bet for fresh fried chicken better try Popeyes, Church's, KFC, etc read more

Wow! Haven't had Jollibee in a minute and was impressed. Definitely holds its own against the other "higher quality" American fried chicken places like Cane's and Chik-fil-A. I got a meal deal for two and wanted extra sauce because they only gave me one when the meal is for two and on top of that the sauce was almost a dollar they don't even fill it up to the top And I don't feel like they were trying to be accommodating. I will not be returning back to Jollibee. EVER!!! And on a top of that they had me wait in the car or my fries. Friends were always telling me about this place so I decided to try it . I got there about 9:45 pm. I order the 12pc bucket SPICY but was told only regular was available. I then ask if they can make a batch of spicy for me and I was willing to wait. Then they told me kitchen was closed. I got back home and found out it was open till 11pm. So basically they sold me stuff on the shelf sitting for who knows how long and lies to me that the kitchen was closed. This is wrong in everyway. They had the product, I told them I was willing to wait, they just wanted to serve the old chicken that was sitting there for hours first Update the business owner reply back and instead of addressing the problem. they didn't even bring it up and ask me to visit them again soon so they can serve me another bucket of bullshit. read more

Tried the Korean Chicken Sandwich today and my Korean husband rated it 5/10. It was a bit too salty and spicy for his taste, mostly from too much sauce. He mentioned he might've liked it more if he got the fried chicken paired with rice instead. That said, we still love Jolly's classics, especially the Chickenjoy and Burger Steak! This place is horrible. poor planning and communication among team members. Very slow service. The taste of food is very inconsistent. Closes down an hour early prior closing time. Usually close during special days or special occasions. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cleaning lady closes half the dine in spot to give way to her cleaning.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Cleaning lady is very clean. 03/20/24 can't go wrong with jollibee chicken. Taste and crunchiness been consistent. Ordered the 12 pc chicken and it came with 2 gravy sides. Also ordered the peach mango and ube pie. You guys need to do a better job with your staffing. Why do you have somebody on the front register who is getting overstimulated and can't answer questions. It was literally taking the person in front of me's order for like 10 minutes and then when it was finally my turn, he didn't understand anything I was asking him so I just walked out. Hi Jollibee Rainbow! I went last Tuesday morning, this chicken tastes like they made it the day before and reheated/refry it the next morning. Thats why it's only "$11" cause they will give you reheated chicken. Im too shy to ask to change my chicken. I didn't even finish my meal because it tastes awful for me. You can do better guys. Right now they have $25 deals so we were able to get a 12 piece. Without this deal, the usual price point here is higher than other chicken spots (KFC, Popeyes, Church's) but every place has their own special flavor and niche. My kids say that jollibee has juicier chicken than the rest and they loooove the palabok. But again, price point is such a factor. I can't afford Jollibee as often as I can compared to the other spots. For the first time in a long time we got the adobo fried rice and it was nice. The garlic flavor really hits but I'm surprised there wasn't much of a vinegar flavor to it. If you don't have a big appetite, an absolutely must to order is the peach apple pie. Dessert is always a good idea. The dine in service and drive thru service is always as fast as can be and polite. I don't mind being called ma'am because I know it's out of kindness and respect. They always say when there is a wait for the fresh chicken and will do their best to provide it as soon as possible, even if that means as a drive thru customer you have to park in front of the store. Maybe not the most popular opinion but we do not enjoy the gravy. We always try it but feel like ketchup does a better job with pairing. Definitely will attempt it with banana ketchup when I get around to buying it. read more

I want to start off by saying I really like Jollibee. But this place always mess up my very simple order every time I come. I always order the chickenjoy meal deal with two thighs. The first time they messed up, they gave me one thigh and one drumstick. The second time one thigh was very moist and tender but the other thigh was super dry. The third time they completely forget my peach mango pie. I finally got tired of it and tried to call the location but no one picks up. I decided to submit a customer complaint online. They got back to me 15 days later and expected me to provide the receipt... FIFTEEN days later. I was told that since I did not have the receipt they will close my case with no apology. At this point I don't even care about my incorrect order. They could've easily made things right by offering me my pie the next time I come back but instead they have horrible customer service. Can't say I am a regular patron of Jollibee, but I have visited the one on W. Sahara a handful of times (in the same plaza as the Regal Theater when MoviePass was still around). Anyway, that's when I found out their Deluxe Chicken Sandwich was fantastic (before the Popeyes vs Chick-Fil-A Chicken Sandwich War). Plus at some potluck events someone occasionally would bring buckets of Jollibee's Fried Chicken as their contribution. Recently I was craving fried chicken after a screening of Spider-Man, and mentally debated about ordering from KFC, Popeye's or Church's while in the parking lot, but opted to give Jollibee a go with their Chickenjoy Family Family Deal 2 (10 pieces of Chickenjoy Bucket served with gravy for dipping and 3 Peach Mango Pies). Ordering via their app was pretty easy and their estimate of how long it would take to have the order be prepared was within a minute. That's impressive! Just be mindful that the staff will not call out your name or or order number if ordering for pick up via the app. The To-Go order would just be placed on the rack near the entrance (right hand side) when it is ready to go. I tried the Original and Spicy, and would definitely recommend just sticking to their fabulous Original. The Spicy has a nice kick that builds up, but it is nothing special. The Peach Mango Pies are surprisingly good, and I would be order it again in the distant future when "lean meat extract" injected into pigs in China are made safe for human consumption, and not triggered a positive test result for banned substances for athletes competing in the upcoming Beijing Olympics. read more

I got a couple meals to go and everything was great. The service was excellent, the cashier was so friendly and helpful. I have only been a few times and he answered my questions. The chicken is delicious- crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. The Spicy chicken has a nice kick to it, and I like dipping it in the gravy. First time I had the Adobo Rice and it was yummy. Although I didn't eat there, I observed that the restaurant was very clean and tidy. Jollibee on South Rainbow is a lot better. On point! Following is my review for newly-opened Jollibee on Cheyenne and Rainbow. We tried Jollibee today, April 29, between 0930 and 1000 hours. As we parked at the Cheyenne Common, the guard rails leading toward the drive-thru were very noticeable. I was thinking that it had been crazy since it opened three days ago. We were greeted by staff who handed us out a leaflet announcing their opening and a "buy one, get one free" promotion starting May 1st. When I approached the counter. I saw the Jollibee crew with very diverse individuals, which I like very much. Young and old work together. We got Bucket Treat C, a family pack of six fried chickens. Palabok tray and three pies My husband ordered an Amazing Aloha Yumburger. Of course, it is a Filipino spot, so we sat right next to an acquaintance. It was nice to see her and chit-chat a bit. The chicken joes were bland. The gravy was watered down. The Aloha Yumburger was really good. The peach-mango pie never misses. The manager went around and asked for comments. She listened for a few minutes and moved on. I told her that Jollibee on Maryland and the other one in South Rainbow are right on target with their ChickenJoy. Palabok and sweet spaghetti I told the manager it may take months to duplicate where those locations are now. I did not see the Jollibee mascot. read more

Regrettably, on the evening of July 09, 2023, between 8:00 pm and 9:00 pm, my experience at Jollibee left much to be desired. Despite being in line, both cashiers seemed uninterested in assisting me, not even bothering to greet me or express any sense of urgency. It was only after I spoke up that they took notice and began to attend to me. Meanwhile, supervisors were occupied with their phones, paying little attention to the goings-on around them. Upon returning home, I was disappointed to find that the chicken I had purchased was not cooked thoroughly, still raw on the inside. Additionally, the gravy or dipping sauce lacked flavor and was too watery. I brought my concerns to Sam, the supervisor on duty. However, his tone suggested that he wasn't interested in hearing my complaints and kept interrupting me by asking if there was anything else he could do. This response was not in line with Jollibee's promise to provide excellent customer service and immediate resolution to issues. The food here is simply just okay. I do enjoy their chicken but it's kinda a depends on the day kinda thing. Their spaghetti is disgusting! The picture shows aa if it taste so good but I'm here to tell you, it's not. It's way too sweet and super bland. Just don't go here and if you're in a rush, definitely don't go here. Cashier Jaelyn needs more training on how to handle customers. Smirking and making a face in front of customers is a bad way of accommodation. You guys need to hire a cashier with a good attitude.
