We decided to eat at Jollibee around 9pm after my friend had surgery earlier that day. She was hungry since she was not allowed to eat after midnight, and was craving Jollibee's fried chicken, and mashed potatoes and pineapple drink. We ordered a large 10 piece original bucket of fried chicken that came with five sides and five mango peach pies, as well as a six piece spicy bucket of fried chicken. We also ordered two of their pineapple beverages. After I had one sip of my friends drink, I regretted not ordering one for myself. It was that good! I thought to myself that beverage alone would be so refreshing on a hot Vegas day, especially at poolside. I will definitely return for that alone. The staff worked very well together, and they were so nice and friendly, and gave the impression that they appreciated our business. While waiting in the car for our food to be ready, I had to help my friend inside to use the restroom. This business was very busy with what looked to be very happy customers eating their meals. The restaurant and ladies room were all very clean and presentable. There was a soda dispenser and I actually got a couple cups of ice to refill my friends ice pack from her surgery. Our food happened to be ready while I was inside and one of the employees gave me extra napkins, plastic ware and plates with a couple extra bags so we could eat our food in the car. I must say, even though I am not a big fried chicken fan, or a fan of fast food, I was extremely impressed with the quality and freshness of all of our food. I actually ate two legs and a thigh with adobo rice and a pie. Even on my third piece of chicken, it was extremely hot, and I am a slow eater, lol. I loved the crispiness of the skin with the original batter and thought to myself this was so much better than KFC, Churches, or Popeyes in my opinion. Jollibee only serves dark meat which is fine by me. You aren't going to find chicken breasts or wings here. I loved the juiciness of the legs and thighs. My fingers were not full of grease like what I experienced at other chicken restaurants. My stomach tends to be very sensitive to greasy fast foods, especially the next day. But with this meal, I didn't have any gastric reflux or stomach issues after eating here last night. Since I tend to be a healthy eater, I definitely will return, but not on a frequent basis. I highly recommend Jollibee for the excellent customer service, the delicious fresh food at what I felt were reasonable prices, as well as in a nice clean cheery well lit popular environment. read more

I recently dined at this location for a quick bite to eat for dinner unexpectedly. I was pleasantly surprised and shocked with the great service, and good food. Although their fries were kind of bland and run of the mill, basic fast food fries. I had there 3 piece chicken and two side. There chicken was very moist and cooked very well not undercooked at all. The mashed potatoes were decent but nothing special. The flavoring I had was the spicy chicken and it didn't disappoint. It had a good amount of kick to it. (Kind of cleared the sinuses) haha. The one thing I was very disappointed in was the restaurant was out of the mango pies which is a favorite of mine when I go to the other locations to eat. I always look forward to having one The ambiance is that of any fast food restaurant, but I will say that it was very clean and very professional. It has been years since I went to a Jollibee , so I went last night after work . I kid a couple Filipino co-workers about it . I got the 3 Piece Spicy Chickenjoy with mashed potatoes and Adobo rice . Also got a Cheesy Yumburger just to try . I only took a couple bites , didn't like it . The chicken was okay and same with the mashed potatoes and rice . I will go back sometime to try the Spicy Chicken Sandwich . The parking lot is tight with small spaces for like a compact car , but not for a large car or truck unless you park closer to the grocery store . The drive thru was busy and looks tight so you better have a small car like a Camry or Civic . There was a line too in the drive thru , so it is popular . I went inside to order and it was clean and decorated with lots of red and a very nice Christmas tree . The employees were nice and my food came out pretty quickly . It will probably be a while before I go again . I just wasn't that impressed with the food . One of the worst Jollibee's I've ever been to. Whoever is running the cash register didn't give a crap about his job. He sound so mellow and bored, as if he doesn't want to work. I get it, the fast food industry is tough, but he looked like he didn't want to serve us at all. Nobody served us in the drive-thru so we had no choice but to order inside. The place is cold as hell! We are in January and walking inside is like a meat freezer. I'm sure they did it on purpose just to lure out customers. Asked an employee why the place is cold, his excuse was, "we have no control of the temperature in the building". What? Who controls it? Sounds like a pathetic excuse. This is some of the crispiest chicken I have ever had! My father in law has been encouraging me to try Jollibee for a while and I finally did. I tried the regular 2 piece meal. The crispy chicken was delicious but it lacked seasoning. I don't do spicy well but I would be willing to try theirs and see if it is better. The chicken was juicy and delicious otherwise. I love the food from Jollibee! My favorites are the spicy ChickenJoy, Fiesta Palabok, Jolly Spaghetti, and the occasional Peach Mango Pie. I don't come here expecting the greatest service because it's a fast food restaurant after all, but I do expect accuracy in my order and the availability of their popular menu items. For some reason, this location really struggles to keep spicy chicken in stock, and they pretty much ruined my birthday by leaving out the gravy with my ChickenJoy meal. (Seriously, the gravy is essential to the meal, it just isn't the same without it!) This wasn't the first, second, or third time that they've left items out. I've learned that you have to absolutely make sure that everything you ordered is in your bag before you leave... but if you're ordering through meal delivery apps or if someone else is picking it up for you, you can't always expect to get 100% of what you ordered - be warned. I would rate lower, but the food's too good and I'm going to continue ordering here because it's the closest Jollibee to me. Wish the one on Sahara/Ft. My brother in law came in from out of state to help us move, stopped by Jollibee to get something to eat on the way out of town. Called us to tell us how delicious this place was. We live a block away and thought we should come try. Walking in you can see the place was fairly packed. And super clean. This lady who was cleaning dinning area greeted us and thanked us for coming in. Super nice! We had a moment to view the menu before it was our turn to order. I definitely wanted to try the chicken. But I noticed some other items on the menu that made me look twice to be sure I read it correctly. I completely wasn't expecting the spaghetti to be on the menu. I have only ordered the chicken so far. They have a 6 piece deal for $9.99. So far, that has been my go-to order at this place. Even though that is a little pricey, the chicken is actually well worth it IMO. Not only that, but the pieces are quite large! Crisp skin on the outside and tender juicy chicken on the inside! Very tasty and satisfying! The employees have always been very friendly and polite to me, so certainly no complaints there. This is not a full official review because 1)I did not go myself. Every time I drive by the line is overflowing into the parking lot! This time a friend went and there were only 3 cars in line. 2) This review is just about the pies. I cannot tell you about anything else since this is all I have tried. So I was able to get a peach mango pie and an ube pie. Both were still warm as it is about 7-8 minutes away. As I slid each pie out of its sleeve, I could see beautifully caramelized and crisped outer crust. I broke apart the peach mango pie first. It was gooey, warm, smooth, and sticky. It was so sweet and tangy! I devoured it. Then I tried the ube one. Breaking it open you see the creamy identifying purple color, looked like a thin purée in texture. It was subtly sweet with that hint of bitter root at the end. I also devoured it. All in all, I was extremely happy with these pies. I thought I would be obsessed more with the ube but I find myself craving more of the peach mango! Who knew? Their spicy fried chicken is the bomb diggity, def prefer it over other chains like popeye's, KFC, and church's. Pairs great with their pineapple juice. The chicken had no flavor. I actually put ketchup on it. The "deluxe" was the addition of a thin slice of tomato and a piece of wilted lettuce for a charge. No onions. No pickles. I get the coupon code, download the app and well the app won't load. Get to the drive thru, tell me the coupon isn't valid even though it says it can be redeemed in person. My very first time here. Exciting much?! So I ordered a 3 piece combo and I wasn't aware that a fountain drink is included. With all the inflation, I figured any shit is extra $. As a person working drive-thru in the past, I'd always ask the customer-especially when you're ordering a combo, the particular drink (if included) and if they want to upsize etc.. An unaware male employee over the phone asked me, "Do you have the receipt?" I then replied, "No receipt but check the cameras. I'm Asian with a red hooded sweatshirt and paid with $20 cash." Always loved Jollibee growing up! It sucked that there were only a few locations and they were on opposite ends of town. I love that they are opening more locations in Central Las Vegas. This location was a big hit when it originally opened. There's just something about Jollibee chicken that makes it so addicting. I know there are better places to go, but I always find myself coming back here and getting their chicken or spaghetti. I do have to mention that half the time, they are out of spicy chicken. I also notice that it's not always consistent when it is available; sometimes it feels like they dumped a whole jar of spice in the mixture, and other times, it's just perfect. I typically order through drive-thru, and despite how long the line is, as soon as you pull up to the window, your food is waiting. I don't ever find myself waiting any longer than 5 minutes after ordering. I do have to say that the prices have gotten EXPENSIVE in the last couple of years. I know they are trying to match our tax bracket, but the price of one yum burger basically matches the price of a full meal with a drink!
