Screw this place. On 4/6/25 I went through their drive through to get dinner for me and my son. Got him chicken and was going to get a burger but they said the burger would take 10 minutes so I went with the spaghetti. Now I am allergic to dairy, to the point it will hospitalize me. I originally asked for the burger without cheese. NO WHERE on the menu does it say that the spaghetti comes with cheese on it, and the employee did not mention anything about it, even though I had previously asked for my burger without it. Once I got home and saw that there was cheese all over the spaghetti, I called and tried to talk to the manager, who did not speak English, so had to have an employee translate between us. First they said I should come back, which I declined because it is a 30+ min round trip. I asked for them to refund the cost of the spaghetti I couldn't eat, which they agreed. I was told it should show up in about 5 days. A week later after not getting the refund, I called back. I spoke to a different manager who apologized and said it can take up to 10 days, so I gave it another week. Still nothing. Once again I called and this time the manager told me they had no record of my complaint and could not do anything about the refund that never occurred. While my son said the chicken was good, I will never return to this chain if this is how they treat customers. read more

Keep in mind that the lunch hour had just begun, there was only one car ahead of me and only a couple of others in the parking lot. In other words - not that busy. I had my nephew and niece today so for lunch we were trying to figure out what to have. Kids wanted chicken tenders and I wanted fried chicken. I had KFC last week so I decided we can try Jollibee since none of us had it before. I ordered through DoorDash so I think the pricing is a bit more than normal. We got the 6 piece tenders be 6 piece fried chicken, 2 peach and mango pies and a regular fries - with the fees and tip it came out to just over $50. It arrived on time and the chicken was piping hot. Omgosh all the chicken were on steroids or something, they were huge pieces! The tenders were long or fat, the gravy was so delicious that my niece was drinking it from a straw. The fried chicken was so crispy, flavorful and tender! Even the fries were good. The kids were raving about how good everything was and that it was a good choice for lunch. There's still so much food that we're gonna have it for dinner as well. Oh and the peach and mango pies were delicious! I love that they fried the pies and they use real fruit, you can taste the freshness of that mango. So when I saw the reviews I was a bit skeptical to come here, but here's a 100% honest review. Food: The food was excellent. I tried the Aloha chicken sandwich plus 2 pies. The sauce and pineapple added a bit of sweetness and you could tell the chicken had great treatment. The pies were sweet, but it wasn't overwhelming. It makes you feel like you're eating a bit healthier when going out. Service: A nice worker came up to us and told us how to get free pies. The staff were also very sweet and you could tell they work hard. Ambiance: The restaurant has a very nice homey feel. It isn't like larger chains where there isn't any personality. Jollibee opened its location on Cheyenne and Rainbow. We tried Jollibee today, April 29, between 0930 and 1000 hours. As we parked at the Cheyenne Common, the guard rails leading toward the drive-thru were very noticeable. I was thinking that it had been crazy since it opened three days ago. We were greeted by staff who handed us out a leaflet announcing their opening and a "buy one, get one free" promotion starting May 1st. When I approached the counter. I saw the Jollibee crew with very diverse individuals, which I like very much. Young and old work together. We got Bucket Treat C, a family pack of six fried chickens. Palabok tray and three pies My husband ordered an Amazing Aloha Yumburger. Of course, it is a Filipino spot, so we sat right next to an acquaintance. It was nice to see her and chit-chat a bit. The chickenjoys were bland. The gravy was watered down. The Aloha Yumburger was really good. The peach-mango pie never misses. The manager went around and asked for comments. She listened for a few minutes and moved on. I told her that Jollibee on Maryland and the other one in South Rainbow are right on target with their ChickenJoy.
