No one came out to inform us, and if I hadn't asked, we would've just been left waiting. At that point I was given the option to cancel, but since I had already waited so long, I just settled for the original. The manager Karina was rude, dismissive and not friendly. We pre-ordered a large order the day before for a company birthday luncheon. We arrive 10mine early and were told by her "yea we just printed the ticket your order is not ready just go and sit". She acted liked we were the issue and didn't even offer a simple we apologize it will be out shortly. Drive thru ordering went very fast which was good only bad thing is I was told to go park around the building in spot 1 to receive my food. The parking spaces are small so beware and getting out of the spot if you pull forward is not recommended for a larger vehicle. I ordered and waited almost 30 minutes for my food. Yes it came hot and fresh but by this time had finished my drink and frustrated with other drive thru customers sitting waiting outside for food to be delivered to car not given at window. I wish that they would have told me prior that this is not drive thru service and only basically place an order and wait for it to be brought to your car. I told them and they didn't listen to me, instead they read my recipe like it was a math equation. My family and I had to stop by Floor & Décor in the evening on a Saturday. For dinner, we decided to stop by the new Jollibee off of the 95N/Cheyenne exit. This Jollibee location has a drive-thru, sit down area and a to-go parking spots as well! We decided to eat inside the restaurant. Jollibee is known for their fried chicken. The restaurant is also one of the largest fast food chain brands in the Philippines, known for their spaghetti sweet. The spaghetti sweet is a sweet sauce, typically made with tomato sauce sweetened with brown sugar and banana ketchup. Since this was my first time at a Jollibee, I wasn't sure what I wanted to try out! Their menu had a wide range of chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, Jolly Spaghetti, French Fries, Adobo Rice, and much more! We ended up ordering the following 2 Pc Chickenjoy w/ 1 side (Mac n Cheese) 3 Pc Chicken Tenders with French Fries Original Chicken Sandwich (No Sauce) Jolly Spaghetti Adobo Rice After placing the order, you're provided a buzzer. It was a beautiful evening so we ended up sitting outside to eat. The interior had a wide range of tables and booths available to sit at. There wasn't any napkins or condiments offered on their counters though. You had to ask for any utensils, condiments or napkins at the front register. We waited about 30 minutes for our order. It was a busy evening. The restaurant was packed and all of the to-go spots were full. After our buzzer went off, we picked up our meal and started to go through the order. Two of the ordered items were incorrect. Instead of providing the 3 Pc Chicken Tenders, instead, we were provided with a 3 Pc Chickenjoy. The Original chicken sandwich was the spicy version instead. We waited so long for our order, that we decided not to return it. My daughter did enjoy the signature fried chicken though. The Spaghetti was interesting, but we would not order it again. The dish was cold by the time we had received it. Perhaps it was waiting too long due to the order size? The Mac n Cheese and Adobo Rice was plain, both dishes lacked flavor. We came after 1:45PM because we had to wait for our pick-up across the lot, but anywho as we walked in, this location was empty inside. There were maybe 3 customers waiting for their food, but it seemed like they took theirs to go. We took ours to dine-in. It only took us less than 10 minutes wait. Once we walked up to the cashier, she greeted us. We ordered 3 pcs + 2 sides combo, all spicy with adobo fried rice and deluxe chicken sandwich, a la carte. After the buzzer went off, and we opened up our order. We found an extra biscuit with the 3pcs chicken. When did they start doing that? Or did we just get lucky? And my deluxe, I think they gave me spicy. But, I was so hungry. I wasn't going to complain. I definitely do not prefer spicy but I already started eating. The quality of the fried chicken was better than other locations. However, they did not have napkins or utensils next to the beverage dispenser. We had to go to the counter and ask for napkins. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience. Just got the order slight wrong, but it was still delicious. Will we come back? Not sure, unless we're craving Jollibee and in the neighborhood. read more

The Chicken Sandwiches were delicious, unfortunately the fries were bland and not salted. Several reasons for the 3-Star rating: They messed up our order; waited an extra 18 mins. Plus the guy at the counter never gave us a buzzer, so we had to continuely check on our order. In addition, they were out of the Coconut Pineapple Pie, which we were hoping to try. Lastly, a few drinks at the fountain were unavailable as well. For the interior, it's clean & well maintained, however the inside is on the smaller side. Theres a bunch of tables that seat four and two people comfortably, but just one large table in the middle that can seat up to eight. 90s pop music played inside. Friendly staff. Lots of parking as this is a huge Walmart plaza. Hopefully next time we come back, these minor issues won't happen. read more

I got a number two combo because the picture looked that juicy lol and when I got my food and excited to sit down and when I opened my box. I was like what the hell is this? What is this popcorn chicken? The breast and legs are like below a kids meal lmao!!! I'm like this is not even an appetizer lol!!! So disappointing... So disappointed but I'm still on this chicken hunt lmao!!! I'm familiar with this place and I saw this place in Philippines. Funny thing is I never ate at this place in the Philippines or here. While visiting family in Vegas I had to have me some spicy chickenjoy. This is a newer establishment, which was closer to my family's home, which I thought was great for my own convenience. Drove over on a Sunday afternoon and it was hopping. Walked in to place my to-go order, instead of using the drive thru. Ordered a 12 piece bucket of the spicy chicken (legs and thighs) with a side of gravy for my son and me. Ordered the ladies each a 2 piece (regular) chicken combo with a biscuit and side (they chose the Adobo rice). I placed my order and had it ready within 5 minutes. Great service, no doubt! Drove the six miles back to the house and everything was still warm and fresh. The spicy chicken was great, just like at the other two Jollibees I have been to in Vegas proper over the years. The ladies enjoyed their meals, including the Adobo rice. My only complaint (and it is minor I suppose) is that my bucket of spicy chicken was suppose to be a 12 count, but I was shorted 2 pieces leaving me a 10 count. It was not worth the drive back for 2 pieces of chicken, albeit I would have gladly eaten it, so I coughed it up to a little loss. Otherwise, it was another grate experience overall. Brief conclusion: the only Jollibee items I'd consider trying again are the tenders and sandwich...nothing else was inspiring from this global franchise giant. Chicken tenders - a bit small, but they taste pretty good. The brown gravy makes for a decent dipping sauce, a nice change from ranch or bbq. Chicken sandwich - on brioche with umami mayo, lettuce, and tomato. A good-sized fried filet for the dirt cheap price of $6...no heat at all to the 'original', but still likable for fast food and worth the extra buck to get the deluxe version. From there, things went downhill like a giant slalom: Jolly Spaghetti - what in tarnation? Nickel-sized, tasteless slivers of hot dog overwhelmed by a sugary tomato sauce on a mound of spaghetti. It has the flavor of Spaghetti-O's, giving me flashbacks to some of the canned crud we were force-fed as children. After a single bite, it became a gift for the parking lot pigeons to peck away at. Chickenjoy - no wings, no breasts, no joy...unless you're into dark meat only. That's all they offer in their buckets and combos for some reason. Cheesy Yumburger - flavorless meat inside a rigid bun. Ordering burgers at a chicken-centric fast food place should come with low expectations. French Fries - drab, tasteless, pre-frozen, unseasoned...exciting as a C-SPAN filibuster. Maybe even less. Fries should never be considered an afterthought with little or no effort to make them appealing. Pineapple Quencher - tastes like pineapple puree mixed with sugar and water...overly sweet and seems better suited as a topping for snow cones at the state fair. The ear to ear smile on the Jollibee mascot might make it look like an institution escapee, but you can't fault the overall theme of positivity as they serve yum burgers, happy meals, and chickenjoy. I might return one day for some of that yum-ness, should they ever decide to offer wings and breasts. Meanwhile, look for their website deals - a recent one gave $10 off on $30 orders. read more

The one in Summerlin closed, and having to drive to Maryland PKWY was a stretch for us, seeing as we can go to Pollo or KFC. Known for their chicken joy signature recipe, this is always what we get. They also have pies, burgers, and other fast food faves. Do not forget to try the spaghetti. Sweeter than what you may be used to, but yum. This is like a KFC, Popeyes, Church's, or Loco with a pinoy twist. Not exotic, not fancy, not gourmet. Sooo, be patient. This is fast food not the Ritz or Ceasars. Expect delays, expect lines, and expect the mishaps. Again it is fast food. The pick-up time was scheduled for about 6 pm. It was somewhat of a lengthy wait as the entire staff looked to be mostly concerned with the drive-thru orders. Hamburgers are decent if you're into the McDonald's style. But can't go higher than 3-stars because the service is a tragic mess. Orders are more than often wrong or missing an item. There are also some odd things that occur when you go through the drive thru. One time, I tried to order hamburgers and they told me we had to come in to order those but we could order anything else. Huh? Anyways, it's worth going here for the food but be warned you may run into service issues. Inside the restaurant was empty just a few people sitting enjoying their meals. The garbage cans were filled to the top, and the rest of the tables were dirty. In my opinion, with the amount of workers that were there, there should not be a reason why the lobby was dirty. I've seen customers cleaning their own tables. We originally wanted to order the Aloha chicken sandwich and spaghetti and they were out of chicken breast for the sandwiches after paying for food we went to the soda machine to get our beverage and all Pepsi products were flat. I've been a loyal customer of this location, but I'm disappointed by a recent experience that happened not once, but twice. I used the drive-thru and attempted to place two separate orders under two different transactions--once for myself and once for my mom. The first time they refused my mom's second order. We let it go, thinking it might have been a one-time misunderstanding. But today, it happened again. The cashier, Darlene, told me I had to drive around twice just to place two separate orders. I decided to go in and the line was out the door, wasn't even that many people in line it's just that the store is tiny. Waited in line for about 10 mins to place my order,Just upon observing the place there is a lot of employees working at the kitchen and counter had to be at least 20+ wow I've never seen that many jolibee workers and they are all very diverse! I ordered bucket deal b w 6pcs spicy chicken,Family size spaghetti and 3 peach mango pies w large gravy,I also ordered another side of gravy for my daughter. Got my order in probably 10 mins so the wait at that time wasn't to bad. Now the spicy chicken is actually good well seasoned w spice very juicy compare to the other ones but the only thing is the skin wasn't as crispy as the other ones, my daughter said the gravy doesn't taste the same as the others but me and my husband couldn't tell the difference, Spaghetti was good and the peach pies always hit the spot. The whole meal cost $39.10 which isn't bad at all just wished they had those deals again that came w sides.The store is small so I probably would never eat in there because you will be seated really close to people.
