Bob was a great sales person. From the time i met him, he was attentive, professional and not aggressive to just make a sale. He allowed me to take my time to find what i wanted and was just there to answer questions and provide guidance. Never once did he steer me away from the type of vehicle I wanted and allowed me to choose what I was there to take home. Thanks again Bob and financial department also for being easy going and friendly. Update: After almost a week I went to remove the front dealer plate that was added after I purchased it. When I initially saw the car on the lot there was no front plate but two circular tabs covering the existing holes which is fine since Arizona is a one plate state. So i take off the plate and notice there are now two newer holes above the two that were covered up. I don't know why they would damage my bumper just to add an advertisement plate to the front bumper. I get its for business but just use the existing ones. I now have to find a way to cover up all four. They didn't even give back the tabs for the original ones. So I have to look to cover all four now. I gave one star less because of this and not because of the actual sale of the vehicle. This is directed more towards the maintenance/detail crew hat ruin my front bumper. read more

Dealerships are always going to be dealerships, and personally I will avoid them as much as I can because there is really one thing they're interested in: your wallet. My wife however prefers to deal with them, perhaps she's not quite as allergic to BS as I am. Her car was totaled in an accident in May and it took a long time to get the settlement. By the time we were able to really look for a car, the used car prices shot up an insane amount. She really wanted the same make/model that she had before, even though it's not popular and was actually discontinued, so they're pretty hard to find. We had a horrible experience at Peoria Nissan with them trying to rob us blind, so we waited as long as we could. I kept searching for the right car for months. Finally one showed up at Jones Ford that seemed somewhat reasonably priced. It's not exactly the color she wanted but we can't wait much longer so we went and checked it out. Even though I felt that it was a little more worn than it should be, she liked it after test driving it, and she decided to get it. The staff there seemed fairly down to earth. I dealt on the phone and via text with Ted Witmer, and in person with Tylor. Negotiations with Tylor went fairly smooth and he didn't try to pull any insane shenanigans on us like the thieves at Peoria Nissan tried. The finance lady Justine (I think was her name) was also very approachable. I still was disappointed when I saw the "bottom line" cost but she didn't cram too much crap down our throats like other dealerships and was even get a slightly better interest rate for us than what I had prequalified for. Not sure if their "lifetime drivetrain warranty" is really worth much but oh well we got what we needed and were out of there in less than 2 hrs from the time we arrived. By comparison, Peoria Nissan tried to sell us the same make/model car but two years older and with a known bad transmission for the same price we paid for this one. (I know, sounds insane huh? they said "buy a transmission and replace the bad one"... and they said if we want them to replace the transmission it would cost us $9K OVER blue book value) So far, this one drives good. I will definitely update my review based on how things pan out with the vehicle. read more

The service department moves at the speed of sloth. Arrived at 9:30 a.m. to get new tires. I made the unfortunate decision to stay with my vehicle. Needless to say, I didn't leave the dealership until 4:30 p.m. I probably could have hit the road about 4 p.m. but I had to wait as there was only one person handling customers in the service department. 1/10 would not go here again. read more

What a truly horrible experience I have had on 3 separate visits to their service department. First time, I dropped my car off for an oil change and a complaint of the front door speaker rattling. 3 days later I had to call them to find out the status of my repair as they never reached out to me. They were looking into the speaker issue and the rattling in the door but forgot to do an oil change. I ended up getting the car back after an oil change and they replaced some clips inside the door but didn't address the speaker issue. I had to bring the car back another time and do a demonstration on the speaker issue. They ordered the speaker and I had to come back to have them install it. The rattling inside the door came back and I brought the car back to them only to have their service advisor look up my name and say I didn't have a reservation. THIS IS FOR A REDO ON S PREVIOUS REPAIR!!! They told me they couldn't look at my car for a week. FOR CLIPS INSIDE THE TRIM PANEL??? Good lord, I can't imagine if there was a bigger repair to do. They want to be out "small town dealership" but they treat people horribly. Plenty of other dealerships would want the business. read more

I had a NO PRESSURE experience at Jones Ford with Bob. He approached us as we pulled in. I instantly said, "Hi, were just looking" because I just didn't want any pressure like I've had in the past at other dealerships. I knew what I wanted and just wanted to take a look. We had driven in from Tucson and had an appointment at another dealership in Surprise-which was good but I felt like they wanted to get me into anything, not necessarily the vehicle I wanted. I voiced my payment parameter and the vehicle I wanted. They said if that didn't work, they could "get me into something". No thanks. They were helpful in Surprise but when I wanted to walk, the pressure was on and it left me feeling like just a sale. I know dealerships are into the sale-that's how the business works, but I was clear on what needed to happen. I said I was going to Tom Jones Buckeye to look at another pre owned Grand Cherokee and to let me know if they could figure something out. I had to finally walk to the door and ask for my keys back to leave when we were there. We drove to Tom Jones, which was relatively close. Parents and family grew up in Buckeye and I had actually bought my first "adult" car there 15 years prior. So I knew the "home town service" would be there. We looked around and found the vehicle I had seen advertised, a beautiful Grand Cherokee. They also had a Wrangler I had not seen. We were greeted by Bob and he asked if could show us anything. I immediately said "no, just looking" because I didn't want a re do of all of my previous experiences. I found the vehicle I came for and the Wrangler. Bob drove around in a cart and asked if I had any questions. I said I was interested in the Cherokee and the Wrangler. He went to get the keys. Of course he gave me the Wrangler keys first, that's what I've always wanted. He asked for my license and said to drive and enjoy. I was taken aback, how wonderful. To actually be able to drive and talk freely about my thoughts on the vehicle without a salesman chiming in. We drove it, it was nice but realized it was probably not the vehicle for me. It was cold and windy that day, and when we came back he had the Grand Cherokee started with the heat, heated seats and heated steering wheel going. Oh Bob, you charmer. We then took it for a ride and I knew this was the vehicle for me. This vehicle was 1 year older than the Grand Cherokee I saw at the Suprise dealership but was PRISTINE! No signs of abuse, children or animals. The vehicle was in much better shape, it looks new. It did not have 4x4 like the other, but I didn't need it and didn't want to pay for it. It had the more ammenties, panoramic moonroof And not a single "ding". The tires were close to new, unlike Surprise and it was $5k cheaper. Black leather, beautiful, looks as though no one had ever sat in the back seat. When we lifted the tailgate, it was immaculate. No signs of abuse or dogs. There will now be signs of dogs . After my decision was made, 2 different guys from Surprise called. I told them I found what I was looking for and thanked them. They kept saying "what if we can get you here?" Answer was no but how did you get here when we were no where close when I was in person. They then asked "what did they offer you for your Mercedes? What payment?" "Well, we can do this and that". I said No, I've signed my papers. Just pressure and bizarre. And then another call after from someone else with the same questions. Anywhoo, I decided to move forward and it was fast and efficient. I was already pre approved at a rate but they found me a lower rate. Kuddos! We crunched numbers and I was firm on where I needed to be and they understood that. No "what if we can get you here?" I would have walked, we all are on a budget in life and I stuck to that. They gave me more for my trade here then they did in Tucson or Surprise and the tax is lower. Win. From the time I stepped foot on the lot until I drove away, it was only 2 hours, this included me test driving both on the freeway and getting all loan and papers done. As soon as I was done signing it was gassed up and washed for our trip back to Tucson. I would recommend this dealership but I honestly would recommend Bob to friends and family. No pressure, kind and knowledgeable. I would have not made the purchase that evening if it had not been the car I loved but more importantly, without Bob. Happily I purchased an almost new used car here for my daughter. Now that my son also needed one, I went happily went back last Friday to see if I could duplicate the deal. The lease return car that caught my eye was like the previous car that I bought in every way. Both price, size, equipment, mileage. Perfectly good transportation. On Saturday I went back with my checkbook and made them the same offer I had previously made when I bought the first car. My salesman was a very polite and considerate young man. My salesman took my offer to Monty Pierson in the "Tower." Monty was incensed by my $15,000 cash net offer for their $14,900 used car. He rebuffed my salesman and from the Tower to the waiting room I heard him shout, "No, I already saw that offer yesterday." I dunno what his hard-on for me was about, but my poor salesman was embarrassed. I told him, I'll go for now but if you think someone will change their mind, you call me, ok? That was at 12:30PM Saturday. Next I went straight to another dealer who had the same car. Year, make, model, mileage and condition. I bought it for $14,000.out the door, demonstrating that my offer at Jones was not intentionally insulting. I don't pretend to tell another how much they can charge for their hardware but in civilized company, one can make offers and counter-offers without getting angry... Because Monty Pierson and I do not know one another and since he and I have never spoken a work to one another, he must have been mad about something else. Possibly Jones Ford Buckeye is no longer the Tom Jones Ford LLP that I previously worked with... Things change. I'll go back one day, I'll negotiate, and there'll be another a-hole in the Tower than this one. Maybe that will turn out better for both Jones and for me since they bought their used car back from me for full retail with what???... hopes to sell to a sucker for more? That's just bad business. EXTRAORDINARY GREED!! I was traveling through the area and had the motor in my power seat go out. After 4 hours and $352 they diagnosed it as a bad motor (duh). Then they gave me the quote of $1062 just for the part and nearly $500 to install it. I talked to my usual (honest) mechanic in my home state and he said that same part cost him under $150 (and he double-verified it was the right part and the whole seat assembly). That's over 700% MARKUP!! I know they have to make a profit but that is just plain HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! read more

Possibly the best car buying experience I have had so far.... I was looking for a used F150 and inquired about one via there website within minutes I was contacted by a employee from Jones Ford. I spoke to a John Bolton, this salesman was polite and patient. He called when I was available to speak and didn't constantly call 4-5 times a day like another dealership (Midway Nissan). When I had the time to look he showed me the available vehicles and I test drove the one I was interested in. After realizing it was what I was looking for, I went through the most truthful and honest process I have ever experienced at a dealer. Long story short, I told Mr. Bolton the price I wanted to pay monthly and he came back and explained that he could do that and include everything I wanted (GAP insurance, extended warranty, etc). Which as most of you know turns into a bait and switch once you begin speaking to finance, but no, what Mr. Bolton said I would pay was what I was actually going to pay. Let me say Mr. Bolton is the best salesman I have ever dealt with and Jones Ford is lucky to have him as an employee. As far as the dealership itself is concerned, they have a great selection, professional employees, and not to mention prior to leaving the mechanics noticed some minor issues with the Interior that I failed to notice and ford has me scheduled to repair them. Usually car buying is a miserable experience of constant phone calls and back and forth wheeling and dealing but Jones Ford and John Bolton made it an enjoyable experience. read more

My husband and I had such a fantastic buying experience at Jones Ford Buckeye. We showed up looking for an F-350 that ended up being a no-go, and as we were preparing to leave, our salesman, Eric Morales, showed us another truck that he thought might fit our needs. It ended up being exactly what we were looking for an more. We didn't think there was any way to make the truck fit into our budget after running numbers, but Eric worked hard to make it happen and today, we are proud owners of a Diesel F-250 in excellent condition. I have to say, in 3 days we drove 1,000 miles looking for the vehicle that would become ours and we were very discouraged. Eric was the first person that actually tried to sell us something- most of the other places acted like they couldn't be bothered to help us at all, with a few bad experiences when we weren't interested in their offerings. There was nothing like that here; everyone was helpful and respectful without being pushy from the day we walked in the door. We came in strangers, and left with new friends. This review is primarily about the Parts and Service department of Jones Ford. Jones Ford has serviced my older and very high-mileage Crown Vic on several occasions, and located obscure parts for me. Their estimates (both cost and time) are always right on, and the work is always done right the first time - I've never had to go back and make threats, as I have at some other shops. The service managers are very professional and treat each customer as if they're the only ones in the shop (I've sat in the waiting area and observed them). They're never condescending or dismissive of even the simplest service requests from the most uninformed customers. I've had only limited interaction with the sales staff, but they don't give me the "OMG GO AWAY ALREADY" vibe that I get from other car salesmen. It appears to be a very simple and straightforward operation, with a minimum of let-me-talk-to-the-boss bullshit that's standard everywhere else. When I'm in the market to replace my beloved CV, Jones will be my first stop. Very highly recommended. read more

This dealership is full of crooks. They have the 1 manual ecoboost mustang in the state of AZ, and want to sell it to me for more than $10,000 over what 3 other dealerships offered. Obviously, we walked. Two of the other dealerships we had been talking to tried for. a dealer trade, and they refuse to trade anywhere else. They would rather keep the inventory than to sell the car for a reasonable price. Will never buy a car from them, and would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! I bought an Audi not even 4 months ago fromXavier. At first it looked good. It was a good price and low miles. I get there, I drive 30 miles mi d you, and the test drive. Car drives ok. When I start the car it said that "service was due". I ask Xavier about it and he says it's no big deal. I ask again later after speaking g with someone who owns an Audi, and the advise me to ask the deal again, I do. Xavier then goes to inside to supposedly check with the service and he says it just an oil change, which you would think they would do before selling you a vehicle. Today my car is on the side of the road blowing smoke from the exhaust not functioning. This dealership doesn't check your vehicles before buying. They are so concerned with just getting a car deal and getting it off the lot that they do shady stuff and lie to you. They knew this Audi had issues and they still sold it to me. Partly my fault and should seen the red flags but I also had confidence that this dealership would do good business as retention and referrals are big for dealerships who don't sell many cars. I would give this dealership a NO STAR if I could! read more

I needed to buy a small, fuel efficient car for commuting (~30k miles / year). I went to Jones Ford because I wanted to buy the same car everyone else was selling, but without so much tax. That's what their ads say, so I headed out. I tested out the ford suite of products (C-Max, Focus, Fusion) and they ended up also having a used Prius on the lot. Great to compare them all side by side because my main need for a new car was fuel efficiency. Got a great price on the car I bought and I'm glad that the people I worked with at the dealership were patient with me while I decided. Now, that's a pretty normal 4 STAR review in my mind. But I had a 5 STAR experience with the dealership. I had some special needs for the car I bought, and my need for the car and timing for the financing didn't line up. Jones Ford worked with me and my bank and, working together, we were able to secure the car. This was a huge relief for me as I needed my car to start a new job. Nothing was pushed on me that I didn't need or want. Nothing hidden at the end like other dealerships. One of the smoothest car purchases I have ever made and I have purchased eight brand new cars over the years. Went through Internet Sales, did a custom order, and Ryan was great on keeping me informed on status changes as my vehicle was being built and shipped. We recently special ordered an F 250 truck from Jones Ford. We feel we were treated fairly and got a good price on our truck. It took quite awhile for the truck to arrive but this wasn't a big problem for us. We have one suggestion; before letting a salesperson do a walk through on a new vehicle, they should be sure they are familiar with the vehicle! We took our class C RV into Tom Jones Ford to have an  exaust leak fixed. We'd had it diagnosed at an exaust shop but they weren't equipped to lift a vehicle of this size to make the repair. That estimate was for 1 full day and $1250.00. We weren't shocked by Ford's $2100 and 1 week estimate but when it took 2 weeks. We had to cancel our vacation and were disappointed. The worst part was that I had to contact the manager to get information out of them, our advisor wouldn't call us back. And when we picked it up, it looked like it had been ransacked ! All contents of the "doghouse " or console were strewn across the floor, our National Park annual pass and book were even dumped out of their carrying case. And the bed--in the back of the RV was trashed. We had all the clean bedding stacked neatly on it. I don't know why they had to move that, but apparently they did. Ok, but, put it back like you found it! And the window molding on the bed area window was dangling on the outside. The cover on the skylight was on the floor too. And they'd removed the curtain tie backs and tossed them on the floor. I don't understand why they seemed to leave it a mess intentional. So, 1 star only and I hope everyone reads this and avoids this shop, which we expected more from. read more

UPDATE Today 10/21/2019 I received a call from the Jones Ford Service manager. Great guy, we talked about my concerns and what took place and he resolved my issues. I will for sure go back to Jones Ford with my auto needs. I had an appointment yesterday 10/18/2019 to check the driver side air bag light. I had a 9:00 appointment thinking I could get in and out. When I dropped off my Explorer Dennis the service guy told me they needed it all day? I was surprised for whats the point of an appointment if they want it all day but I said ok and took their shuttle home. I get a call about 2:00 ish and Dennis the service guy told me a new battery would fix everything. He then told me I would owe them $130.00 for the diagnostic test. He didn't tell me when I dropped my SUV off what they were going to do and what it would cost. I then told Dennis the service guy I had bought a new battery from them prior and thought it was still under warranty and that the receipt was in my glove box. The shuttle picked me up about 4:00 ish and when I got there Dennis the service guy told me the battery didn't match the receipt. I said umm, how can that be, I bought the battery from them in 2017, it was installed and they gave me a receipt which I put in my glove box for if and when I might need a new battery. He just shrugged it off and said if they returned the battery that was in my SUV under warranty Ford would kick it back. Something was definitely amiss for I bought the battery from them, it was installed and I had the receipt. Why didn't the battery and the receipt match? I ended up having to buy a new battery. read more

He was very helpful in listening to my current situation that I had been going through with another dealer. I had already picked out a truck and was going to move forward with it but just did not like the color and that it was missing a few of the options that I was looking for. Ryan quickly reviewed his inventory and found a truck that fit my needs and desires quickly and offered me an excellent price including ALL of the rebates plus one that I didn't even know was available. We settled upon that truck; but since I had to go out of town for the weekend, Ryan held the truck for me until the following Monday morning. We then signed the deal Monday morning and I couldn't be happier. All along, Ryan was very helpful and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. Long read but worth it if you're considering this "car dealership". I literally don't thing they do service inspections on vehicles before they sell them. The service here is so bad I literally took time to make a Yelp to warn others. I bought a used vehicle from them a little over a month ago. After the purchase I drove back to Ca where I live. A knocking in the glove compartment started (most likely door blend actuator). This was a few hours after purchase. Called immediately and they said they'd fix it and bring it in next Saturday. They only do oil changes on Saturdays... Called back to reschedule and they couldn't accommodate. Tried to reach the sales/service manager for weeks and kept getting tossed back and forth between them. Service manager then lied saying they can't give me the pre inspection. (Which I doubt they ever did). Then denied ever speaking to me. Now they are saying they don't know if that's covered. I don't see how it's so hard for me to just take the vehicle to a dealership next to me and have the invoice sent over. I've worked at several dealerships and none of them operate like this. Definitely go to the Ford in the next town over. Customer service is trash here. read more

I pulled into the dealership about 5pm looked at a pickup I seen online. Within about 5 minutes a salesman approached me with a friendly attitude. (Taylor) I discussed and got info about the pickup. I left and came back about 6pm and started the process of buying the truck. They were fast and very helpful. Answered all the questions I had and I was back home around 7:20pm with a new pickup. I highly recommend working with Jones Ford! Will do more business in the future with them!! read more

Unbelieveably HORRIBLE experience. Came in for routine oil change. Noticed prior to arrival there was a green fluid leaking from the front end. Told service advisor that I knew they wouldn't be able to fix anything same day but could they find out what was leaking to make sure it was safe to drive. He said "sure". 30 minutes later came out and told me my oil change was done and there "was nothing found to be leaking". Took advisor out to truck to look and what do we see but a PUDDLE of green fluid LEAKING from the truck. He then proceeds to tell me they will look again and found it "looks like its leaking A/C fluid" and that I "should probably have that checked". Ummmm yeah, YA THINK???!!! Thats why I mentioned it when I came in! Total incompetent service crew! Will NEVER be back. Oh and to go elsewhere to find out my radiator is cracked and leaking and will cost me 2k to fix! Yet you all checked out all the green boxes on my so-called 30 point inspection. What a complete joke this place is!!! They deserve ZERO stars read more
