A few months ago I stopped into Jordan on a whim. I was just curious what their prices were like, and I knew that i would soon be paying off my Hyundai Sonata. I spoke to Kevin Ball, who was great and actually had a deal for me by the end of the day on a certified pre-owned Camry. Unfortunately, i wasn't ready to buy at that time, because I wanted to pay off my Hyundai so I could give it to my daughter, and I couldn't afford the down payment anyway at that time. There was no pressure to buy and Kevin said he would keep me in mind. Every few weeks Kevin would call or email me just to see how things were going and I'd give him an updated timeline of when I was thinking to buy. Meanwhile, i watched the Jordan website looking for the car I wanted: A Certified Pre-Owned Camry XLE. As luck would have it, shortly after I paid off my Hyundai, they had a beautiful Black Camry XLE come up on the website, which I drooled over for a couple days, trying to make a decision, when Kevin called me and told me he had the perfect car for me. It was the same Camry I had been looking at online. I went into the dealership and drove the Camry and a Ford fusion. I wasn't sure if I could afford either, and then decided to come back the next day and test drive a couple of other cars. In the meanwhile Kevin encouraged me to fill out the pre-approval online. I went home, filled out the pre-approval and emailed Kevin to let him know I'd be in to test drive a few more cars around 5pm that next day. I had pretty much decided I couldn't afford the Camry or the Fusion because I struggled with my credit after a bad marriage and I doubted I would be approved. When I pulled up to the dealership, Kevin was actually cleaning the Black Camry and as I walked up, I joked, "Hey Kevin, you cleaning my car?" I was stunned when he said, "Actually, yes. I have a surprise for you!" He told me they were able to get me into the Camry at no money down, 2.9% apr and at a price that was $74 less a month than my Hyundai had been. I was ecstatic! I never thought I would be able to get the Camry and I certainly didn't think the process would be so easy. Jessica, who handled the financing walked me through the contract and the whole process was done in a matter of minutes. Best surprise ever! I can't say enough good things about Kevin, Jessica, and the Jordan Automotive Group. When I pay off this Camry I plan to give it to my younger daughter...and then I'll buy my next car at Jordan as well. I'm very happy with my new car and with my Jordan experience! read more

Five stars after eight years of great service and auto performance on the Toyota side of the dealership. I purchased a Prius in '08 and since then, every single planned and unplanned service visit has been nearly unbelievable in its efficiency, friendliness, convenience and quality. Price is what you'd expect from a dealer- more expensive than my corner auto repair guy, but Jordan always have the right parts, the right training, and the right fix. I actually enjoy going to their Toyota service department and waiting for service or repairs: a large comfortable waiting room with new/clean sofas, chairs, high stool/table (bar-type) individual tables, free wi-fi, free chair massages, free manicures, free fresh-baked cookies, free coffee, free bottled water. They are always ready for my vehicle at the appointment time, always tell me the estimated costs beforehand, tell me if anything additional is discovered in the overall/safety inspection, and never charge me for anything I did not know about and approve ahead of time. My Prius is enrolled in Toyota's "tires and batteries for life" program, and so long as I get my annual alignment and rotation done there, when the tires or battery need replacing I get a complete new free set. Which I'm now on my third new set of quality tires, and battery. Special recognition for Patty Thornberg, the Toyota service manager. Despite a very busy department (I think they worked on 64 different vehicles today, a slow and frozen January snow day) and no doubt stressful job overseeing every aspect of service, she is always friendly, visible, available, and instantly responds to any needs or questions I have had as she moves constantly between the phones, customers, technicians. The courtesy car service is awesome: all-day-long pickup and drop off delivery for customers at work or home. I rarely use this service, because I actually enjoy relaxing in the waiting room! And also, because the vehicle is always finished when they say it will be finished. I usually just take my laptop and a book or work to focus on, and next thing I know, the car is finished. Every customer gets a free car wash/coupon upon leaving, which can be used any time. Before I leave, the service rep. goes over every detail of the service done, the safety check/findings, and next recommended service. Whatever my next car will be, it will be a Toyota from Jordan Automotive. Why would I go anywhere else? I don't even live in Mishawaka, but in South Bend, further away. If you are looking for a place to buy your car, an experience as much as a great deal, the Jordan automotive group is a family that will take care of you. I went there to buy my last car. I was in such a jamb that I had to ride the city bus to my appointment with Shawndel Gordon. I panicked after getting off at the wrong stop and having to jog through Mishawaka in hopes of making my appointment. Finally, under the "Princess City Parkway" overpass, I called Shawndel and explain I might be a little late. By the time I finished explaining what had happened he was already on his way to pick me up off the side of the road, and thank God, because it had started to rain. This level of care began on the side of the road and didn't stop until after I, myself, was on the road. Headed into Jordan Ford, I had a strong idea of just what I wanted; this made me a tough customer, but Shawndel was patient. We must have toured their lots three times as I grew more comfortable with the idea of buying something other than the dream I envisioned in my head. I ended up buying a care that day, but I couldn't drive it off he lot because it had just been traded in by another customer and hadn't undergone the Jordan inspection. No big deal, Shawndel explained, it would be only a couple days. In the meantime, he drove me home and we even stopped to get dinner on the way, 5 Guys. True to his word, 2 days later, Shawndel picked me up from my place and drove me back to the dealership. I couldn't have imagined what I was in for. Shawndel and Hugh put my car in the middle of the showroom floor with a giant red bow on it. And the garage did such a great job detailing the car that it looked like it belonged there! I was blown away. Hugh gave me a crash course lesson in Kia's from his own experience as he explained all the intimacies of the car to me. I had bought the car, the check was theirs, but even then, it seemed like their kindness only grew; I was not just another customer to be gotten on the road; I was now a part of the Jordan Family, and it showed. Last but not least, I drove my car straight off the showroom floor that day. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. We have been researching vehicles since Aug of last year. When I finally narrowed down my SUV choices, I went where I knew my credit union went to search book value pricing- NADA.COM. This led me to Jordan Automotive Group. Now I'm not an expert by any means, but I know what I like and what I don't and I don't want to haggle to pay the best price (actual auto value) for a vehicle. I searched their website and fell in love with a 2014 Cherry Red Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Spoke with my credit union as they were closing at noon. We were in Rochester getting my son his driver's license, we then had an appointment at another dealership to get maintenance on my car. We get there and had already spoken to Wendi on the phone - she was waiting for us. Unfortunately, by the time we got there, she was helping another customer and we were introduced to Shawndel. My oh my, let's just say that I come from a very large, loud family and by the time we left that day, we had added more people to our family. These people went above and beyond - staying well after closing to make sure we not only got the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted, but also was able to beat our credit union's financing!!!! Where do I start, I do not have the best credit, and was scared about the thought of my old car passing on and being without a reliable auto. I started to do my research on different dealerships in the area, and settled on trying out Jordan. I was first contacted by Joe Hayden from the internet department, he was full of information and walked me through the steps that I would need if I moved forward with my search. I decided that I was going to hold off because I was nervous about my credit. Joe called me after I sent that email and asked that I come in and if nothing else, just speak with them and see where I would need to be at when the time did come for me to get a new car. I knew Joe honestly meant to give me as much information to help me as possible and I drove in. Joe met me with a welcome sign and was very helpful on getting me started on my drive for information. I was then taken to Casey Constant who would help settle my nervous while we went through some of the paperwork as well as show me a few cars they felt would be in my range and would allow me the best chance to rebuild my credit and get a reliable car. We settled on a 2014 Ford Focus SE. What a car! Casey talked me through the process and told me a few helpful tips to get me started. By the end of our time, I was driving away in my new car which I ended of leasing! I honestly can say if Joe and Casey hadn't taken the time, and risk, on helping me out, and giving me all the information and making me feel so comfortable I don't think I would have gotten the perfect car for me. I could not recommend Jordan enough! My father bought his Ford here 2 years ago, I bought my Honda here in September, my mother bought her Hyundai here in the fall and my husband bought his Volskwagen here today. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and salesmen and women at Jordan! They go above and beyond to make their customers feel welcome and at home. They're very honest, friendly, and (one of my favorite parts) not pushy. If you shop around to other places, you'll find the prices at Jordan are more than fair. Today's purchase for my husband's car was a perfect example of their exceptional customer service. Dennis Farrar and Hugh Janda were extraordinarily helpful in making sure we had the opportunity to test drive the car we wanted as soon as it was available. They even kept a close watch on it while we were en route to ensure it would be available when we arrived! The price we paid was very fair in comparison to any other dealership in the area and when we were ready to purchase, the sale was quick and easy (on our end at least :) ) And as usual, Mike Bishop was helpful with expediting the sale when I came in at the end of the day and they were super busy (I bought my car from him and he was one of the most fantastic salesmen ever!). Also, since they've remodeled, their waiting facilities are even more welcoming if you find yourself in there on a busy evening. I had been researching various vehicles for several months since our 2003 Malibu's air conditioner didn't work and since we needed more cargo space for trips. Our son-in-law had bought a 2008 Toyota RAV4 a couple of months before and showed us his. I looked online at various dealers' sites, but there weren't many certified Toyota RAV4's. When I saw the 2013 RAV4 online, my son took me to see it along with others at a few dealerships on a Sunday afternoon when they were closed. Jordan's had no-haggle prices marked on their cars so it was easy to know which ones we could afford. Their 2013 had a price much below Nada.com, and Kbb.com, and another source, but I wasn't sure that I could afford it. When we went to see about the car, Joe showed it to us and explained everything to us. He was not pushy and asked if we wanted to see any others. After we decided to buy the vehicle, he went the extra mile and was always anxious to satisfy us by having a second key made for us, by ordering a roof cover part and an owner's manual that were missing. He even offered to bring the part and manual to our house. Overall, our experience was excellent. My son traded his 1999 Buick in to help lower the price for us, and Jordan gave us a good deal for it too! We definitely recommend Jordan as the best place to buy a car. Ford service saints! Service dog had toenails ripped off on escalator at my college graduation in NY. On the way back home (3,000 miles away in CA) and in my parent's new RV, the AC went out in intense July summer heat -- quite literally adding insult to injury. Unsafe to continue in the heat, we drove 8 hours to Campbell Ford arriving at 11pm and staying the night in their parking lot with dreams of being seen as soon as they opened. In the morning, Campbell Ford refused to even hear our plight or take a look at the new, warrantied Ford gasoline engine. A service advisor told us to try a different dealership because our 29ft RV wouldn't "fit on their lift" (rather rude about it as well...). The manager said the same thing. Then we found Jordan Ford in the next town over. Despite being buried in service orders, Jeff brought us into his office, heard us out, and without making any promises told us he would do his best to take care of our family. Our tech, John, made friends with our poor pup and worked through lunch to help get us on our way (without any "hydraulic RV lift") -- clearly explaining each step along the way. We hit the road later that day with 54 degree AC and minimal interruption to our trip. We'll never forget all that Jeff and John did to help out a couple of stranded strangers and their mangled mutt from California. Thanks guys! read more

I could not be more thrilled with the service I received in the Jordan Collision Center! I was in an accident the morning of Wednesday, March 8th, 2017. My husband and I leased our Corolla with Jordan Toyota and wanted to have the repair work done with them. I called the Collision Center right after the accident and they told me to bring it right over and they could take a look. I was still in tears when I walked in and the entire staff made me feel at ease. They explained everything they would do to repair the car, how the process would work involving the insurance claim, and assured me everything would be fine. I called the insurance company from the waiting area and the entire process had started within just two hours of my accident! The Assistant Manager even offered to have a staff member take us to get a rental car. Several thousand dollars in damage was done, and lots of little pieces were ordered for the repair, including a special edition rim and new paint and Jordan had our car ready to go on Tuesday, March 14th!! Less than a week later and I was back in my car, before I had a chance to get used to the rental car. I have told all my family and friends about the great experience I had with Jordan already, and will definitely continue to recommend them to others! read more

From the first step of searching on websites for a pre-owned, certified Ford Explorer, Jordan Automotive was the dealership we wanted to do business with. When we arrived at Jordan Automotive we did not see the 2013 model Explorer in their Certified Used Lot. Wendy met us with a smile, not with a "pushy salesperson attitude". She was very informative and located that SUV we had seen on their website, it had just been taken in, had not gone thru the service check-up yet. Wendy brought the SUV up so we could take it for a drive. This was exactly what we had been searching for. Wendy answered my husband's many questions and in less than 4 business days we had possession of our beautiful Ford Explorer. It was now a Certified Vehicle with a Carfax that met our expectations. We were astounded that when we picked up our Explorer not only had Jordan's service department put on new front & rear brakes (like they had said they would) but also new roto's, new front and back wiper blades and a new battery. After 10 years of experience in dealing with auto repair shops (I am 27), I can say that the service department at Jordan has provided the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I own a red 2003 Toyota Tacoma, and over the past year, have needed to have belts, a front boot, and a water pump replaced. I also needed a 190,000 mile checkup to be performed. Their team would always promptly return my calls when I had questions, they accommodated me when I needed work done quickly in time sensitize situations, and they spent time researching my truck's actual needs rather than making recommendations about work that didn't actually need to be done on my vehicle. They also would always outline my options clearly, ensuring that I understood when it would be necessary for stock parts and when aftermarket options were a suitable alternative. In addition to all of this, when I was price shopping and obtaining estimates they provided some of the lowest quotes, and their work has always been professional and of a superior quality (I've never had any complications to date.) I can say that their service department is excellent and that I will continue to have most if not all of my vehicle's needs attended to by their staff! read more

We were traveling through from Seattle to New York, taking our son to college, when we lost the rear wheel on I-90. After being towed in (which the JAG phoned in for us), we received bad news on the status of the vehicle: The repairs would cost more than the car's worth. Needing to be on the road ASAP, the team at JAG did everything to expedite the diagnostics and prepare to get the parts needed which would have been days out... Vincent was a real saint, and totally compassionate to our dilemma. The young mechanic who walked us through each problem with our car did so with clarity and confidence (when I asked him to shave the repairs down to the minimum required, he spent time on it, and came back with a response that was based on our safety, not $). Our eventual decision was to scrap the car and get a rental. What did the team at JAG do? They helped us with the process, and even drove us to the car rental place. We got great service at the rental agency, and even a free upgrade. We were never pressured, and ALWAYS helped. We recently bought a 2016 Ford Fusion and it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We were forced to car shop suddenly due to an issue with one of our cars. We came in looking this past Saturday and Anthony came out and gave us great customer service without feeling the pressure at all that you normally get when buying a car. We were able to shop and get a price estimate all within 20 minute and left knowing we would come back to buy at Jordan. When we came back on 3/21 we met with Anthony and he provided amazing service during the entire buying process and finding even an extra rebate we did not know about saving us more money. We also dealt with Mike from financing who was fantastic and helpful on getting everything done and explained in a helpful and timely manner. Through the whole process we did not feel pressured to buy or pressured to pay more for something we did not need. I really cannot say enough positive stuff about the New car buying experience I had at Jordan Ford. The moment I drove on to the lot and started looking around I noticed the difference. It was so comfortable and laid back. The associates are really there to help you make an educated decision about what vehicle is best for you. Although Patrick Dresser did the most for me as far as taking me on test drives, providing information, and processing my purchase, I was actually shown around the Ford dealership and introduced to many of the key members of their team. I am so impressed with the way things are done at Jordans. Everyone truly works as a team there. The dealership, and even the service areas, are meticulously clean and well organized. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and things proceed at a pace that inspires a sense of confidence in how you and your vehicle will be handled in the future. We purchased my Camry from mike Gaffney on May 23. Not only did Mike answer all questions he talked to ME. I have been to dealerships where as a "mere female" I was virtually ignored. Appreciated it Mike ! What I REALLY appreciate is when I called Mike on June 13 and asked what I needed to do to have my car repaired -preferably before I had to tell my husband I had scraped the side of the new car. He had me come back to the dealership and TOOK me over to the body shop and waited until Shawn Wise was able to give me an estimate. He could have just said "Take it to the body shop". Thanks- you know I was close to being a basket case. Before he gave me an estimate, Shawn tried removing the scrape with rubbing compound thinking I might not have actual damage. That was beyond what I expected. The office staff were very courteous and helped me get all the insurance paperwork done.(Wasn't their fault the insurance company sent my husband a copy of the estimate.) While I hope I don't have to do business with them again, it's reassuring to know if something happens I know where to take my car. I looked at different dealershiops, for suv's and pickups, and actually began in July of 2012. I looked at 10 different dealerships in the area and was treated decently at only three of those (how do the others stay in business?). Jordan Ford was one of the dealerships that I wanted to return to In March of 2013. I was at the dealership 4 different times, and for 1-2 hrs. each trip before deciding to purchase there. Tom Kaniewski was patient with me, and was more than happy to see me each time, and to answer all of the questions that I had for him. There were no devious tactics, I got a fair trade-in value for my explorer, and the no hassle pricing was easy and the best price for my purchase in the area. When I picked up my vehicle, Dan Bowman taught me how to use every single feature of my F-150 Lariat ( that was a big job because there were a lot of features and I am technologically challenged). I decided to visit Jordan Toyota after working with Gates Toyota and them trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Being a female, I was expecting to have to "show them who's boss," however, that was not the case here. After test driving a couple of Toyota's and wanting to also take a look at a couple of Ford models, I was "handed" over to Christian Varga at the Ford lot. Let me tell you that I was blown away by the courteousness and professionalism that Christian put forth after explaining what I was looking for and the circumstances around it. Christian worked diligently with me to get all the information I needed in order to make the best informed decision (Brittany Molnar was also very helpful when Christian was unavailable). After reviewing all options available, I returned to the dealership and got the ball rolling on leasing a new vehicle. I was kind of nervous about going through the process of buying a new car because I had never done it before. After one lousy experience at another dealership, I decided to try Jordan. I had heard positive things about Jordan from both of my parents who have purchased two cars each from them. Cory Cuskaden was my sales rep and I couldn't have asked for a better one. He made sure I knew the price wasn't negotiable and that the listed price was as low as they would go. I was a little worried about this at first but honestly, it made the process so much easier/fun. You don't have to deal with the constant back and forth when it comes to the price; you know what you're getting into when you go. Another thing I really appreciated about Jordan was that one of the first things they provided me with was a full service report. Coming from a family with two mechanics, I knew this was important. The previous dealership I had been to told me they couldn't provide such a report for me. I would 100% recommend Jordan to whoever is looking for a new (or used) car.
