Alfredo would do both the installation and drywall work, great! Alfredo was very thorough from the start via text messages, gave us an honest quote, and sent over some links to several new exhaust fans The day of turned out to be the hottest day of this past heat wave, but Alfredo just handled everything like a boss and didn't cut any corners. He cut out the new ceiling enclosure, demo'd the old fan, installed the new one and patched up the gap, all while checking in with me from time to time to sync up on fan speed/light options/positioning, etc. A few days before he came, our bedroom electrical socket went on the fritz, and Alfredo replaced that for us while we were waiting for the patch to dry Overall great experience and solid dude, will definitely call Alfredo for all our electrical work!

Their warranty on workmanship is 1 year. I woke up to a burning smell in my garage as the plug for the EV Charger had melted. Luckily a fire did not result from this bad wiring. After having another company look at it, I was informed that a 40-amp wiring was installed in a 50-amp outlet and that an improper Eaton breaker was installed in a Siemens main service. I informed ZED of this situation (as I paid them about $1535 for this job). They told me that their warranty is only for 1 year. Wow...and my garage could have burned down. So, I'm not going to even bother telling them that the plugs they installed in my bathroom are no longer functional. I can provide them some grace due to the evolving nature of the EV technology...but the realization of the wiring and breaker was truly scary, and it cost me almost double to properly install a new plug with another company. So...I don't know...do more research and go elsewhere would be my recommendation.
