Honestly- I never write reviews about restaurants but my experience here was extremely frustrating. On Sunday evening I was sitting at the bar area where my server named Manie (if I'm not mistaken) failed to take my order correctly. I asked him a couple questions about the menu to which he didn't have an answer to anything, and honestly he just looked confused. I'm not sure if he's new or something but even then are staff not trained to understand the menu?? Anyways, I ended up ordering a Caesar salad with STRICTLY no cheese- due to dietary restrictions that I made sure to let the server know about. And still to my surprise my salad came with cheese. The whole experience overall was shocking considering that I've never had a problem with any of the other serves before. Needless to say that I will not be coming back. read more

Great to see a rooftop bar outside of LA and OC! Located on top of the Staybridge Suites. It's such a beautiful place, especially near sunset. Food was not that great and a bit pricy. They also seem to change their menu often since the items I was eyeing on from recent menus were not available when I went. Risotto - with pine nuts and spinach. Not good. It was a bad consistency, salty, overwhelmingly herby, and more sauce than rice. Also presented poorly on a flat plate making it real unappetizing from the start. It reminds me of a green porridge ZA'ATAR popcorn chicken- juicy with light batter, flavorful and herby with a good ranch and jam dipping sauce. A bit salty though, and more and more salty as I tried finishing it Overall docked a star because food was not delicious and I'm going to assume everything else on the menu will be heavily seasoned/salty too. Easily one of the most aesthetic dinner spots in Eastvale making it the perfect spot for a date night or a gathering with friends. First off, the service was genuinely exceptional. Everyone we interacted with from the host to our server to the owner was incredibly warm and welcoming. We ordered a bit of everything. The drinks here are a must!! I highly recommend the Honeymooner and Black Dog, both were 10/10. As for food, I'd reorder the steak & frites, spicy pomodoro, and the za'atar popcorn chicken. Special shoutout to the fries, they were very crunchy. No need to order them separately if you're getting the burger or steak, as those come with a generous portion. Amazing Service & Beautiful Ambiance! This restaurant was recommend to me and it did not disappoint. The twinkling lights above definitely set a classy, romantic feeling. Our server, Josh, was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable of the menu and attentive the whole evening. He recommend our appetizer and my entree. The crispy potatoes were delicious, who doesn't love potatoes!? But the Primavera pasta dish was the highlight. The pasta, herbs, and veggies tossed in that creamy lemon sauce was delish! I give this place a 5 because what was good was other worldly . The sauce in the tiger shrimp should have its own entree dish paired with grits . It's so so good . I love the freshly made focaccia and I'm not usually a fan of bread . The taziki sauce that came under potatoes was so good , I wish it was also drizzled on top. The hamburger had potential but instead of medium well, it was well done and tasted burnt from the grill. The drinks were a little strong and can be better . It's windy so take a sweater . Came on a Sunday night. There was some people dining and a few just drinking, there was still a lot of tables available. We decided to sit on the lounge area since we just wanted drinks. Overall the place is very nicely decorated and the service was great too. We got a bottle of sparkling wine and two cocktails. I didn't enjoy my drink as much (steamed rainbow) since it was a bit bitter I'm guessing from the orange tonic. I really liked Homeymooner since I'm more into the sweeter drinks. We had high expectations for this place because something new to the area. The view was actually decent. We went at Sunset time. We did a walk-in just to have drinks at the bar area. Sadly, we had no server for almost 30 minutes. We had to walk up to the bar to order our drinks finally, a server came to us, but we had already ordered our drinks. Bartender was not friendly and we saw the server once during our entire time , we were there for maybe 2 hours? We might give it another shot to try the food and maybe sit down and have a dinner maybe the Experience will be better but overall not a good experience. New rooftop bar with potential! I'm just so glad to have something like this in the area! The furniture is very cute and boho-vibes, but it does feel a little bare at the moment. I hope they'll add some lounging areas and couches! It was a bit overcast and cold this evening but there were plenty of heat lamps around which helped. The staff were very attentive and friendly, checking in on us often. Food came out quickly but there weren't too many parties dining in tonight, so not sure how they'll fare when it's busier. My girl friend and I got some cocktails and small plates to share. Unfortunately, our food did get cold really quickly due to being outdoors and it being a colder night. Not a ding against them, just something to think about if you're planning to visit. We got the fries, popcorn chicken, oyster mushrooms, and gnocchi. I enjoyed the gnocchi and the popcorn chicken but the fries were pretty standard and the oyster mushrooms were very oily (and really pricey for what it was). Overall, it's a solid spot. Vibes - 10/10, it was so beautiful on the rooftop of the hotel. It had lights and lots of heats to keep warm, I like the decor and the open bar was nice. Food was solid - so hits (Caesar salad & shrimp) and some misses (crispy potatoes that weren't crispy). My partner also got the risotto with steak and that was very tasty too. And we got the crispy chicken and it was seasoned different than I expected but it was still tasty and the cook was so good. Overall, I'd go back even just for salad, shrimp and cocktails. read more

I went to June's for the soft opening and had the best time! Good for small groups or large as they have a lot of tables of different sizes, and you can easily make a reservation on open table. The design and vibes are so well curated, and I truly think every seat on the roof is great (esp during sunset - I'd try to come then if you can!). It gets a little chilly once the sun goes down so I'd dress warm, but they have heaters throughout the space too. I'm obsessed with the N/A drink options, I think so many places overlook this part of the menu but I got the fig & tonic and really liked it! My favorite dinner dishes were the beets, roasted cone cabbage, and dark chocolate olive oil cake. Came for dinner tonight during their soft opening. Interesting to see this type of restaurant. Definitely not anything like this in the area. Dining is completely outdoors and the rooftop location is nice, especially during sunset. To start we got the smoked oyster mushrooms, which had a little bit of heat. Good flavor and good texture. Little gem salad was alright. Played nicely and the garlic vinaigrette worked well, though the dish itself seemed a tad ordinary. Popcorn chicken was our favorite dish. Really crispy coating with that hit of zaatar - the ranch and chili sauces were both delicious. For mains we got the ragu and pomodoro, sea bass, octopus, and steak frites. The pomodoro and the octopus were the standouts. Pastas were cooked al dente. Tomato flavor of the pomodoro had a nice depth. Octopus was delicious with what looked like a squid ink garlic cause. It came with roasted potatoes, which were really good, but the octopus/potato combo is a little weird, in my opinion. Maybe a garlic squid ink pasta instead. The sea bass ok - crispy skinned on a bed of white beans. The steak frites was pretty standard, the bone marrow demi it comes with is really good. I'd honestly like the potatoes that come with the octopus to come with the steak. Tried a few of cocktails and they were all good. There are a bunch of custom cocktails and if they all sounded pretty delicious. Nice glassware too. Overall really cool to see this in Eastvale. Only problem I see are the winds. The restaurant sits 5 floors up and so the wind up there is noticeably stronger than it is on the ground. Got pretty chilly while we were up there but they were kind of us to bring some heaters. I can only imagine when the Santa Ana winds kick up. Also, valet only, which is kind of weird. Staff was attentive and everything came quickly. Ambiance was cool, though maybe add some plants to break up the big open space and turn up the music really give it a vibe. Had a good time and looking forward to coming back. read more

Met friends for dinner on a Friday evening. It was just a tad breezy & chilly being that this a rooftop restaurant but there were plenty of heaters to make it nice. The service was great & they were attentive. The cocktails were fun & food was good. Herb Focaccia was delicious & the Calabrian brown butter was a perfect complement. There's an entrance to the back of the building, there's a few doors but look for the one with a mirror inside and only an elevator and it'll take you to June's. I forget if there were signs outside.. Been here twice and each time the bill was over $300. The drinks are not strong, for the price. The food is not bad, but it feels like I'm paying LA/OC/major city prices for the small portion. The octopus I had was literally one tentacle.. and it was $30. The beet salad was pretty delicious, my friend ordered the prawns/shrimp and she liked it. The drinks are a hit or miss, my friends drink which I can't recall now (I'll update when I remember) but it tasted like what used dishwater looks like. But!! Once you tell them they will replace it with another drink of your choice which I thought was nice, since they are expensive drinks that aren't even half the size of Heroes. The reason you come here is to view the sunset. It's beautiful and worth it, I think. Reserve a time for that! I couldn't afford coming here more than once a month or on special occasions but I've always enjoyed myself so it's a nice little treat. You come here for the good vibes, wish they would have a live musician or something! That would make this place much better. The weather has gotten nicer lately so we decided to try this rooftop bar for date night. The restaurant can be found on the left back side of the entrance to the hotel. There's a huge sign that says Junes right where the door that leads to the elevator is. Stepping off the elevator, we loved the vibe right away. The decor and design was really cute. It looked thoughtful and intentional. There were plenty of tables. I loved the variety of seating options. Managed to feel eclectic but also cohesive. We had a reservation and were seated quickly. It was still a little hot when we arrived but our server was on top of it and had an umbrella opened up for us. Even though there's glass along the sides of the rooftop, there's still a nice breeze you get. It felt perfect, honestly. Just the vibe we wanted. The music was catered to people in our age demographic and it wasn't too loud that you couldn't have conversation. It was just right. Even though there were only two servers for the whole rooftop, it seemed like there was good camaraderie between the different workers and we were always taken care of. They seemed efficient and like a good team. The food was a bit pricey but the portions were sizable. We got the focaccia bread which was probably the thickest bread I've ever had. We also ordered the popcorn chicken as a starter. We got the burger and fries. We also got the limone pasta. For dessert we had the peach sponge cake with salted caramel ice cream. We enjoyed all we ordered. No complaints. We would definitely come back. It seems like a great venue for having a large party. read more

You won't find gloom at June's because everyone is having a good time (me included)! Delightfully surprised is an understatement when it comes to my experience at June's. I stumbled across June's when looking for a restaurant to take my friend who was visiting from LA. We get dinner often together in LA and have high standards for our dates, so I wanted to find something that might be at least half as aesthetic and tasty. I managed to score one of the last reservations for a Friday night earlier on the same day, which was pretty providential. June's sits on top of the Staybridge Suites, and from my last hotel restaurant experience, I was not expecting much from June's. And the IE isn't really known for being big on the food scene (at least from what I've seen so far). June's has it's own separate elevator entrance toward the back of the building, which seemed a bit odd at first. But once we arrived to the rooftop restaurant, my jaw literally dropped. With the backdrop of the mountains, string lights, blasting music, constant chatter, I felt like I was transported back to an LA restaurant. My friend and I ordered a variety of plates, which are somewhat small (but what you can expect from a finer dining spot) and shared. The Spicy Pomodoro is quite SPICY just FYI. We ended up asking for extra cheese on the side to mix in. Our server did warn us initially that the pasta would be spicy, but we didn't heed her warning. Nothing was amazingly delicious but satisfied our palettes and scratched the itch for an aesthetic girl dinner. I did really enjoy my drinks though. I had the golden hour (coincidentally during golden hour!) and loved the vibes of the restaurant so much that we ordered a second round of drinks (I got the Palermo that round). We ended up just loving the vibes so much we kinda overstayed our welcome at our table, but our servers never rushed us out. After about 2.5 hours of being seated, our server kindly let us know they needed the table for the next reservations but encouraged us to stay in their lounge/bar area. We are local and had to check out the only rooftop in the area. Had the house red blend and old fashioned. Drinks were solid. Onion dip and homemade chips were delicious. Has some heat with the chili crisp. Steak frites was ok. Ribeye was too fatty and over priced. Chocolate mousse was good. Great views. Not too windy. No bugs. Cool LA vibe. We asked for An umbrella as it was still quite warm which the server got for us. We ordered water and it took some time to arrive while we decided between starters. Finally once we ordered food it was all delivered randomly and not played equally. The flavors weren't but they used an oil or spice in good amount of the dishes that wasn't very good. We also found a hair in one of our dessert plates, which was extremely off putting.
