There's an entrance to the back of the building, there's a few doors but look for the one with a mirror inside and only an elevator and it'll take you to June's. I forget if there were signs outside.. Been here twice and each time the bill was over $300. The drinks are not strong, for the price. The food is not bad, but it feels like I'm paying LA/OC/major city prices for the small portion. The octopus I had was literally one tentacle.. and it was $30. The beet salad was pretty delicious, my friend ordered the prawns/shrimp and she liked it. The drinks are a hit or miss, my friends drink which I can't recall now (I'll update when I remember) but it tasted like what used dishwater looks like. But!! Once you tell them they will replace it with another drink of your choice which I thought was nice, since they are expensive drinks that aren't even half the size of Heroes. The reason you come here is to view the sunset. It's beautiful and worth it, I think. Reserve a time for that! I couldn't afford coming here more than once a month or on special occasions but I've always enjoyed myself so it's a nice little treat. I couldn't believe a place like this exists is Eastvale. The place is stunning. Come here to take pics. But that's pretty much it. I was a little confused with the atmosphere. Looks fancy but waiters and hostess were in jeans and whatever random top they wanted to wear. Fluffy sweater, cardigan, completely random. No dress code whatsoever for workers. What!?!? Even fast food places dress more appropriately. We finally got our cocktails and drinks after over half an hour. Our appetizers came before drinks. We had to ask where our cocktails were. Our pastas were way too Al dente. No good. It was a good experience, but I wouldn't come here again for dinner. Maybe come to take pictures and have some cocktails. The weather has gotten nicer lately so we decided to try this rooftop bar for date night. The restaurant can be found on the left back side of the entrance to the hotel. There's a huge sign that says Junes right where the door that leads to the elevator is. Stepping off the elevator, we loved the vibe right away. The decor and design was really cute. It looked thoughtful and intentional. There were plenty of tables. I loved the variety of seating options. Managed to feel eclectic but also cohesive. We had a reservation and were seated quickly. It was still a little hot when we arrived but our server was on top of it and had an umbrella opened up for us. Even though there's glass along the sides of the rooftop, there's still a nice breeze you get. It felt perfect, honestly. Just the vibe we wanted. The music was catered to people in our age demographic and it wasn't too loud that you couldn't have conversation. It was just right. Even though there were only two servers for the whole rooftop, it seemed like there was good camaraderie between the different workers and we were always taken care of. They seemed efficient and like a good team. The food was a bit pricey but the portions were sizable. We got the focaccia bread which was probably the thickest bread I've ever had. We also ordered the popcorn chicken as a starter. We got the burger and fries. We also got the limone pasta. For dessert we had the peach sponge cake with salted caramel ice cream. You won't find gloom at June's because everyone is having a good time (me included)! Delightfully surprised is an understatement when it comes to my experience at June's. I stumbled across June's when looking for a restaurant to take my friend who was visiting from LA. We get dinner often together in LA and have high standards for our dates, so I wanted to find something that might be at least half as aesthetic and tasty. I managed to score one of the last reservations for a Friday night earlier on the same day, which was pretty providential. June's sits on top of the Staybridge Suites, and from my last hotel restaurant experience, I was not expecting much from June's. And the IE isn't really known for being big on the food scene (at least from what I've seen so far). June's has it's own separate elevator entrance toward the back of the building, which seemed a bit odd at first. But once we arrived to the rooftop restaurant, my jaw literally dropped. With the backdrop of the mountains, string lights, blasting music, constant chatter, I felt like I was transported back to an LA restaurant. My friend and I ordered a variety of plates, which are somewhat small (but what you can expect from a finer dining spot) and shared. The Spicy Pomodoro is quite SPICY just FYI. We ended up asking for extra cheese on the side to mix in. Our server did warn us initially that the pasta would be spicy, but we didn't heed her warning. Nothing was amazingly delicious but satisfied our palettes and scratched the itch for an aesthetic girl dinner. I did really enjoy my drinks though. I had the golden hour (coincidentally during golden hour!) and loved the vibes of the restaurant so much that we ordered a second round of drinks (I got the Palermo that round). We ended up just loving the vibes so much we kinda overstayed our welcome at our table, but our servers never rushed us out. After about 2.5 hours of being seated, our server kindly let us know they needed the table for the next reservations but encouraged us to stay in their lounge/bar area. We came here tonight sunday April 19th to celebrate my birthday. I called to make a reservation but was told for a big party, I had to send an email. I sent two emails and had to call to get any ki d of response over a 5 day period First, why cant reservations for big parties be taken over the phone ? We arrived and were fitted fairly quickly. But taking our drinks took FOREVER. So long, that i asked my boyfriend to call Heroes to see if we could move our dinner there. Finally someone came to take our drink orders. Drinks took forever to arrive. Didnt come to check on us again for a VERY LONG TIME. So long that when the last 2 people in our party arrived, i wanted to order both appetizers and entres while ordering drinks. The caesar salad was not good. I didnt know it was vegan and missing the anchovies but you could have added salt or wven carry lemon pepper. And the salad wasnt even cold. The ribs supposedly came hot, so hot that i shouldnt touch the plate. I moved it with my bare hands. Our entre was barely warm. My friends asked for soda when the food arrived. My husband, daughter and I visited June's for the first time the beginning of April while my cousin was visiting from out of town. We stumbled upon this gem from an IG post someone made. We did not make a reservation and when we arrived, were told there were reservations arriving and we may not be able to be seated that evening. We told the host we were willing to wait if tables would be leaving in a reasonable time and Addie so kindly fit us in. We waited in the bar area while she cleaned a table herself to accommodate us. The ambiance was so so nice, great vibe. The food was delicious and Erika was our server, who took great care of us. We had such a great experience, that we inquired on how to reserve for a large party a month later. We were told to email the manager with details for large parties. Vinisha was great in getting our reservation complete and had excellent communication. We celebrated my mother-in-laws 80th birthday with a pre-fixe menu and group of about 20ppl. Everything went so smooth! Vinisha even printed menus customized for our party with a cute header. The staff was attentive, the kitchen did a great job of getting our food out in a timely manner, the bartenders had the drinks on point and our server Vanessa was fabulous!! I wasn't even aware this restaurant existed. What I can say about June's is the food is spectacular, especially for a suburban restaurant. The city of Eastvale has always been a "master planned" community. Very cookie cutter, homogenized subdivisions with little character and power drunk HOA presidents, you know the type. And the same can be said for the dining choices: bland, season-less, boring. But not June's! The food was succulent. We had the salmon and the short ribs. The short ribs are an absolute must and the salmon is no slacker either. Very well seasoned and proportioned. Best broccolini I've ever had and the Caesar's salad was good as well. Cocktails were interesting and delicious and considering the location, the rooftop dining experience was quite nice. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. This was my first time trying Junes. I can see how it feels tricky to find but nonetheless, we found the door that has the elevator to take you up to the roof top. I arrived shortly after they opened so people were trickling in. Got sat right away by the host. Got acknowledged and greeted by my server in a timely manner. I first tried the golden hour drink and I was taken back by how great that drink was. I love a good clarified drink and the foam was Delish! Went perfectly well with a bite of cocoa nibs. Focaccia was crunchy on top, soft and bouncy in the middle-perfect. I opted for the salmon with had a beautiful crispy outside and tender inside. The vegetables were OK, personally a few carrots would have been nicer than cauliflower but it was fine. I did order the lychee martini which was good too but slightly sweeter than I imagined- still a great cocktail for those who like sweet cocktails! This is a hidden gem in East Vale. it was able to create a creative space with food and Custom drinks. The service is amazing and able to accommodate such a variety of which flavors and profile. It was really great at creating a third space as well without traveling very far if you're near by. It is family friendly as well. They have a wide variety of mezcal and tequila. This is a great place to come on date night! Especially closer to sunset. You get the nice views of the mountains and the freeway lol...this place is located around the corner of the Staybridge suites. You don't have to enter the hotel. If you go to the left of the hotels front entrance, there's a parking lot where Junes is located, then you enter a door and the elevator is right there, it's on the 5th floor. My husband had made reservations so I do recommend doing that if you're going over the weekend. You'll be greeted by the host right when you get out of the elevator and she'll sit you. It's got the trendy ambiance, a bar with solid drinks, and just enough city view to feel like you've temporarily left suburbia... even though you're literally above a Staybridge Suites. Yep, the restaurant is on the rooftop of a hotel. Open only in the evenings, and once you're up there, you get a decent view -- think: soccer fields, mountains (if the smog behaves), rooftops, and the freeway. It gives you Mediterranean lounge vibes... minus the ocean and, well, the Mediterranean. Now, let's talk food. We started with the Za'atar fries. Crispy? Yes. Memorable? Not really. They were fine, but the flavor didn't quite show up to the party. Next came the Bourbon Glazed Peaches and Burrata, served with about 5-6 pieces of endive. The combo of sweet, creamy, and slightly bitter worked. Honestly, that dish was a win. Then came the Grilled Octopus and Mushroom Risotto -- chef's kiss. Perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and probably the stars of the night. For dessert, we ordered the Peach Pound Cake -- which took its sweet time arriving. To make up for it, the team comped us a chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. Both were tasty and hit the late-night sweet tooth spot. As for drinks, I had the Honeymooner (a fun twist, very drinkable) and my go-to Lemon Drop -- which I always order when there's a bar. It was... okay. Not bad, just didn't stand out. The hostess and waitress staff, except for our main waitress Erika who was fabulous, were incredibly rude. We made reservations almost 2 weeks ago as we were looking forward to finally trying this place. We arrived early and the restaurant was almost empty, yet we were told we could not sit at a requested table. However, they eventually said we could sit at the table and proceeded to seat us. After sitting there for 10 minutes or so, another waitress came over to tell us that we could not sit there because she had reserved the table for another party. This was so strange as they've already seated us and there was no one else waiting for a table and there were plenty open tables. We asked when the reservation was and she did not respond. She accused us of leaving another table and sitting where we wanted. We told her that we simply requested the table and the hostess said she could seat us at this table and proceeded to do so. She was rude and kept saying she reserved this particular table making us feel completely unwelcome. However, as we were about to simply get up and leave, she (the waitress) just promptly left. We finally got our drinks only to find hair, deeply embedded in one of the drinks! So gross!!! They did not come back with a replacement for over 10 minutes when we finally asked our waitress Erika. I made a reservation for 8 pm for my three friends and I. We were very excited to eat at this restaurant due to the hype on social media. Shame on us for believing in the hype. We arrived to an almost empty restaurant with no host to greet us. Furthermore, we waited 10 minutes while the host and servers were too busy socializing. Once we sat down we all put in an order for 3 cocktails, a Diet Coke, and the focaccia. The focaccia was the only good thing about this experience that came in a timely manner. The 3 cocktails took 25 minutes to come out and the Diet Coke took another 10 minutes to reach the table. The wait for the cocktails makes sense, but the wait was not worth it. How does one mess up an aperol spritz? The server recommended the mas o menos.... Yeah on the menos parts. Basically just tequila and honeydew syrup. You want me to pay $16 and expect me to drink a** in liquid form. Yeah that's a no from me. The server(wish I got her name) was passive aggressive and checked up on us once in a blue moon because she was too busy being a social butterfly in the back with her fellow coworkers. Furthermore, orders were messed up and one of my friend's dishes was messily presented. For a restaurant to try and claim to be up-scale the food presentation was juvenile. They switched two of my friend's orders and forgot meatballs for one of them. How are you going to charge an extra $10 and forget the meatballs.You bring the meatballs at the end of the meal and you don't even offer to comp. Please don't come here unless you love being ignored and not experiencing any customer services. Almost felt like I was back in my situationship with the way I was being ignored. At least that was fun and reciprocal. This was the worst rooftop restaurant experience ever.
