The food was good overall, but the service was much slower than expected. If you're in a hurry, I would probably choose somewhere else. After we were seated, our drinks arrived quickly, but our food took nearly an hour. Maybe the kitchen was backed up that day I honestly don't know but the wait felt like an eternity. At one point I joked that they must have been out catching the cows or peeling the potatoes. The wait aside, the pastrami burger was absolutely delicious and definitely the highlight of the meal. The fries, however, were just average and nothing special. The prices were on the higher side, but that's to be expected for a restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. Overall, I'd consider coming back for the food, but only if I wasn't in a rush and had plenty of time to wait.

I been to the NYC broadway location many times and love it and I love their cheesecake so I was excited when I saw they had one in the hotel I was staying at recently at the Conrad I went first to have breakfast with a coworker and had a basic omelette with home fries which was fine nothing like ohhh ahhh but it had ham and cheese and the meal was alright it did the trick [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have plenty seating but you can also order to go specially the desserts like their cheesecake which I tried one night and I was not happy they had no soda fountain available which was a bummer[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They were unfortunately slow service at night for the cheesecake and they messed up a few receipts and couldn't give me mine so I had to take a photo of theirs [[HIGHLIGHT]]Otherwise they were friendly staff and it's open to the casino so it's got a good view of the casino floor[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I've been to Junior's about three times during my stay. The first visit I tried the French toast, which unfortunately was a miss--definitely wouldn't order that again. On my next two visits, I stuck with the avocado toast, which was consistently good and a much better choice. The coffee was solid, and the service was excellent every time. I'll just say that resorts world is my spot. I always stay at crockfords. The hotel and the food options inside the hotel are incredible. But i would blow this place up and start over. Juniors is just not good and ran terribly. Last year i ordered a slice of cheesecake to go. But when i got my bill from the hotel, there was a $187 charge from Juniors. I eventually got it removed. But it took multiple phone calls. So already on edge, this year i decided to come for breakfast while i was waiting for my room to be ready. The guy next to me was pissed off and as soon as i was sitting, he explained to the woman in the photo to the left, that the other people at the bar were sat after he ordered and he still hasn't received his food. Then there was an issue splitting a check with the other party. They sent a random hotel manager into juniors because it seemed they ever literally firing the woman who took my order and forgot buddies order next to me. It was so bizarre. They just stared and watched her. They could give two shits about quality service, just firing this woman. In the meantime when my food came, my eggs were wet and my English muffin was hardly toasted and not hot whatsoever. I asked the manager for the check while he was trying to learn the computer system to itemize the check for the other party. It took about 7 minutes as he stood 3 feet in front of me. I had cash. I wanted to leave. I'll never go back. Hope next time i come back, a more deserving restaurant will take its place. Or maybe a manager who actually cares and can teach a staff how to functionally operate a restaurant.

We came here for breakfast while in Vegas with my husband and in-laws. The place is beautifully decorated and the ambience is really nice, but it did feel a bit overcrowded and the seating was pretty uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the experience started off rough. The greeter, Jane, had a very unfriendly attitude when taking our name and wasn't attentive, which gave a bad first impression. Thankfully, our waiter Blake completely turned things around, he was AMAZING! Super attentive, kind, and honestly the highlight of our visit. As for the food, we ordered a classic American breakfast. It was good and satisfying, but overall pretty basic. One of our omelet had a lot of cheese, which may be great if you love cheese, but overall the food was just okay. In general, great service from Blake, nice atmosphere, average food, and a disappointing welcome at the front.

From the moment we walked in, the restaurant impressed us. It's spotless, easy to find within the resort, and the menu is extensive -- plenty of options no matter what you're in the mood for. But let's talk about the food, because it genuinely blew us away. The portions are extremely generous, and the quality matches the quantity. I've had a lot of eggs in my life, but the yolks here were some of the most beautiful, rich, deeply colored yolks I've ever seen. And the bacon? Perfectly crisp, absolutely delicious. This is the kind of breakfast that makes you want to skip lunch. Now, the real stars of our visit -- our server Rae and her assistant Sophia. These two were the perfect team. Rae was funny, attentive, had wonderful suggestions, and was just a genuine pleasure to talk to. She made the whole meal feel warm and personal. Sophia was constantly in motion, going well above and beyond what was expected of her -- the kind of quiet professionalism that elevates an entire dining experience. I want to highlight one small moment that meant a lot to me. When I said "thank you" to Sophia, the response was "my pleasure" -- and if you've ever worked in customer service or trained others in it, you know exactly why that matters. "No problem" is a reflex. "My pleasure" is a choice. That choice tells you everything about the level of care being put into your experience here. Yes, the prices are a little on the higher side -- but I'd pay it again without hesitation. The food is incredible, the restaurant is immaculate, and the service is the kind you actually remember and talk about. If you're at Resorts World or anywhere nearby and you want a fantastic breakfast with generous portions and a staff that truly cares, Junior's is your place. And if you're lucky enough to have Rae and Sophia as your team? Well -- that just makes it even better. Enjoy!

Ah yes. The famous Junior's. The legendary New York name. The reputation. The history. The expectations soaring higher than the hotel's resort fees. What it lacks is the same deliciousness as the original in New York. Lunch was matzo ball soup and a pastrami sandwich combo. I was in a bit of a hurry because I had a meeting coming up. Perfect scenario for a deli, right? Forty five minutes later, my "quick lunch" arrived. Forty. Five. Minutes. For soup and a sandwich. I've seen home renovations move faster. Now, credit where it's due. The pastrami was delicious. Tender. Moist. Juicy. Everything pastrami should be. If the review stopped at the meat, we'd be writing a love letter. Unfortunately, the bun it was served on felt like it showed up unprepared for the assignment. Underwhelming. Just sort of there. Supporting actor energy. The matzo ball soup, though. Major disappointment. The broth was oily. The noodles were clumped together and somehow greasy at the same time, which is an impressive double achievement. The matzo ball itself was good. Not as fluffy as my wife makes, and let's be honest, her broth would put this one in detention. This needed salt. It needed pepper. It needed flavor. It needed a motivational speech. Because I clearly enjoy giving second chances, I went back the next morning for breakfast. Again, convenience wins when the restaurant is literally in the hotel lobby. If you order your bacon crispy, be prepared. They took "crispy" as a personal challenge. This bacon was so overcooked I found myself wondering why the pig gave his life for this outcome. It was burnt. Not "well done." Burnt. And they still sent it out like, yes, this is correct. The eggs were delicious. The fries that came with them were delicious. So the kitchen clearly knows how to operate heat. Which makes the bacon situation even more mysterious. Overall, three stars across two visits. Not terrible. Not great. Just... there. I would not go out of my way to eat here again. The only reason I ate here twice is because it was steps from my elevator. Geography is powerful. If you want the true Junior's experience, go to New York. If you want a convenient meal in your hotel lobby with a side of character building patience, this will do.

Stayed at the Conrad and this restaurant was right on premise. I was not aware of how famous Juniors was until a friend who lived in NYC told me about waiting in line for their cheesecake during the holidays. There are really too many dining choices in Vegas, but it was raining so we didn't feel like heading out and decided to try it. We normally see a queue every time we passed by but this night there was no line. We didn't see the usual smiling hostess, but another lady with no smile. Regardless we were seated. It was late and being in a casino it was quite noisy. Our server on the other hand was all smiles, answered our questions and our food quickly arrived delivered by a bus staff. We were really not too hungry but the portion was large. I ordered the open brisket but I was served the Brisket plate. I didn't know it was wrong and was lifting the pile of meat wondering when is the bread. Our wonderful server came over to check on us and noticed my plate. She acknowledged the mistake and asked if I would like some bread on the side. I declined as there was plenty of carbohydrates with fries and mashed potato. We could not finish but we had to try the famous original cheesecake. Again the sweet server picked the smallest piece knowing we were full. Overall the cheesecake was good, but not wait in line good. For convenience it was great but with so many other dining choices in Vegas this did not stand out. The food was 2.5 stars the cheesecake 3.5 and the hostesses 2, but our server was a 4 (we had to keep asking for water so not a 5)

Came in for breakfast and was greeted and seated right away. Service was great and the place was nice and clean. Junior's is located inside Hilton Resorts World. I don't usually eat cheesecake but those cheesecake was so good that I ate more than my kids. Hahaha. The steak and was well cooked and the home fries was crispy on the outside just how I want my fries. Loved the spinach omelette!

I have heard good things about this NYC based restaurant. However, my recent experience left a lot to be desired. We came on a three day weekend morning and the place was crowded. The host was friendly and we were able to get a table pretty quickly. This place has that nice diner atmosphere and is pretty lively. We were first greeted by the assistant server who greeted us and took our drink orders. She was friendly and quick. Our main server, Leticia, took a long time to get to us for our food orders. She never checked up on us and only came to drop off the check. She never refilled our water, asked if we needed anything else, didn't get us the condiments we asked for with our food orders. Maybe it was just an off day but probably the worst server I have had in Vegas. The food didn't help matters. The "home fries" were okay but they were like worse versions of potatoes that you get at Taco Bell. The Florentine Benedict was disappointing. I have never received a Benedict with such an overcooked egg. I just ate the egg white around it and it was okay I guess. Overall, I would not recommend this place for breakfast due to poor service and food quality.

Junior's is an epic fail. I ordered the chicken Cobb salad and the chicken smelled so bad! My husband ordered the pancake breakfast and let's just say don't bother... the positives were that they were nice and took my salad off after not seeing me take even one bite. Dennys or possibly anywhere else would be better option. @Junior's , just because you serve large portions doesn't make it taste good! Take a look at that petrified bacon and toast!

It looks like a Junior's, but can it taste like a Junior's in Vegas? YES. The pickles. Nuff said. Had the egg salad sandwich, fluffy egg salad on a hearty bread. But the motzo ball soup...so good I think it cured a future cold I was gonna have. And the cheesecake? Out of this world. You did it right, Junior's. read more

Personally, I loved the Fresh Strawberry Cheese Pie! I'm a huge fan of fresh strawberry pies, when they are in season, this was similar to that on top of a cheesecake. Thus, I enjoyed every bite and now wish there was a Junior's close to home. On one hand, I was told this was Junior's flagship cheesecake. On the other hand, I was told that some are put off by the jelly like texture of the glaze, but it was A-ok with me because my grandmother used to make some delicious jelly desserts I enjoyed very much. I also tried the carrot cake cheesecake on another day, as it was suggested I might like that one more, but I strongly preferred the Strawberry Cheese Pie. It was delicious! read more

Service- Ladies at the hostess table were friendly as well as Keli'i at the deswrt/middle bar area.. When seated, we waited about 15mins, and still no drink order taken or matter of fact no one stopped by to even say they would be with us in a moment. Then another couple was seated right next to us. They were immediately asked for their drink order as we sat waiting. The server finally came by to take our order, which we were only able to order lunch while others were able to order breakfast. Didn't know why there was so much inconsistency in this establishment. Our food- BLT was ordered, which my daughter said was okay. I ordered a medium well bacon cheeseburger, and this burger came out burnt. To the point of taking a bite, and it just tasted just like charcoal. Now its either my daughter eats by herself or her food gets cold while they remake my order. 2nd remake came out and still came out incorrect. I understand that this is located in a newer hotel, and service excellence is usually the main factor. Unfortunately, it felt like an overpriced Dennys with worse service. read more

Juniors was our go to while staying at Resorts World. Their menu has a variety of options with great portion sizes. The staff there are very accommodating and provide excellent customer service. The first time we dined in we were seated right away and had Dream as our waitress. Dream was very attentive and anticipated our needs. It felt like she read our minds at times and I was impressed with her care. She was friendly, helpful, and a joy to be around. We asked for quite a few accommodations and she made them all happen. The BLT had a large portion of perfectly cooked bacon and fresh veggies. My avocado toast was delicious and had me energized for the day. You could tell care was put in while making our food which I greatly appreciate. The next day, we were seated right away and had Thomas for our waiter. Quite a few other staff touched base with us, including Dream to make sure we were being taken care of. Thomas has an upbeat personality and radiates positivity. His passion for his job is felt and his care is amazing. We both had avocado toast. I added an extra egg white, and my partner added an extra sunny egg. Both were cooked perfectly. When we were about to leave Thomas offered us to go waters since it was a hot day outside and he's a thoughtful person. Dream and Thomas are top tier. Thank you both for going above and beyond. You two are INCREDIBLE! Additionally, we did take out a few times. We ended up splitting the 1/2 chicken because they give you a healthy portion size. Another time, I got the salmon plate which was thick and delicious. The carrot cheesecake and plain cheesecake are a tasty treat. We will definitely be back. read more

My server, Veronica, and the bartender Juliane we're not only very accommodating, but just truly sweet individuals. Before leaving after breakfast, I got into a conversation about training and the fact that trainees do not get tips. It was mentioned that not only does one of the individuals give a portion of the tips to a trainee. She also buys them a meal and welcomes them to the family ( out of her pocket) I spoke to Gilbert the manager and mentioned that this is a great way to welcome a trainee, and I hope the company embraces it. read more

Great food, amazing service! You must insist Thomas as your server. In all of our restaurant dining over the years we have never had a more amazing server. It was our first time at Junior's and we were treated like royalty. Thomas made great suggestions, was thoughtful and concerned about our food allergies, and offered to bring us samples. 12-05-2023 1430 hours Had the brisket sandwich with coleslaw. Sandwich was good but I would pass on the slaw. Coleslaw seemed like it was sitting out for someone to order it. Dressing on bottom of bowl and dry on top. Wife had split pea soup. She liked it and I was not impressed. Too pasty for me. She also had a salad and she liked it. We both had a slice of plain cheesecake. Two thumbs up. I don't know why but they seemed better than the ones you get at Costco. We had a server named Juan who seemed busy with other customers. This review only pertains to breakfast. As a party of 6 we were quickly seated. Junior's was relatively empty being it was a Friday at 6am. The service was the issue. While the waitress promptly took out order, it took over 45 minutes to get our food--which was full of issues: First we ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, however, they brought an everything bagel and said they ran out of plain bagels. We ordered coffee with non-dairy milk. It took us asking the staff three times to finally bring it to our table. We ordered a side of grits. That item actually never came out. Eggs were not prepared as ordered -- scrambled as opposed to over easy. Water was not refilled as needed. We had to ask another waitress to get our waitress to bring us the bill. While all of these events individually were no big deal, it was just annoying because at this price point, you'd expect better service. Brooklyn would be disappointed.... read more

The food was great, but the service was terrible! They sat us and we ordered pretty quickly. She brought our drinks and never left straws. We had to flag someone else down...not a big deal. Someone else brought our food to us...not a big deal. Our waitress never came back, until we were done. When she did we were finished and wanted the bill and boxes. The food was really good. I usually do not dine in but recently did with a friend. Our server, Catalina, was exceptional! My buddy had a deli sandwich which he thoroughly devoured and enjoyed. I went very old school and enjoyed the matzah ball soup. The cheesecake options are all amazing and you can't go wrong with any selection, but the chocolate mousse cheesecake is imo the clear winner. This dessert alone justifies a five star rating! Enjoy ! read more

On 01/26- I walked up to Anthony (The GM) and asked for a booth table. He said "sorry, we usually reserve those booths for larger groups. I can sit u at a table in the middle, right next to the TV's". My wife spoke up and said "well I saw a booth table for 2 people on the other side." He gave us the table my wife asked for. Upon sitting down, I noticed that 3 out of the six booths (I first requested ) had 2 people sitting in them. One table actually had 1 person. 3 out of the six booths were empty. He could've accommodated us if he wanted to. It was not busy and there were plenty of empty tables everywhere. I instantly felt bothered. I couldn't figure out why he denied us the table but clearly had other groups of 2 sitting in the same booths. To make it worse, about 10-15 minutes later he walks a Caucasian couple to the booth I originally requested. That made me feel like crap and my blood started to boil. I hate bringing race into it but it clearly felt like we were profiled. It's stupid too... it's just a diner. No need for this type of behavior. I called him out on it as we walked out the diner. Stopped in for burger and beer. Sat at the bar with some great bartenders very personable and attentive. Burgers were HUGE, moist and tasty. The bright and open atmosphere was a nice feeling. Yesterday we had a great experience! We had our grand babies with us which is probably unusual for Vegas but the staff here was exceptionally welcoming! The server Viena went out of her way to answer our questions and double checked with the chef (who checked with the head chef) so we could avoid allergens. Viena checked on us throughout the meal and was over the top helpful. Huy who busses the tables was so gracious and really helped us feel we were on vacation! The women at the front desk were welcoming (I'm sorry I forgot their names) And the food was so good!!! All in all 5 stars and we are coming back! Finally tried Junior's at Resorts World and it was worth the walk! My husband and I split the Combo Rueben sandwich and a piece of Original Cheesecake. My photo only shows one half of the sandwich, one order is plenty to share and the piece of cheesecake is huge. Both were so good! The sandwich was as good if not better than Greenberg's Deli at NY NY and the cheesecake is better than The Cheesecake Factory too. I must mention that the service was excellent, our server Robert was so nice and friendly also. Definitely will be coming back! read more

I came in not expecting much - just be grossly overcharged for Vegas food like usual. I was dining alone as my fiancè was out with a bachelor party and just needed something to eat. I ended up selecting the steak burger (ended up not being my favorite, should have stuck to a classic burger, oh well) which came with two onion rings and some steak fries. It only listed tomato and lettuce for the toppings so I requested pickles on the side. They brought me 3 pickles (aka my favorite food) and to my delight, they were identical to a pickle that was made years ago in Portland, OR that was a local favorite, Mrs. Neusihin's Pickles. It was like a trip down memory lane and getting to have several was such a treat. Another bonus, they serve Diet Coke. But the absolute cherry on top is the delightful staff. I've stayed and dined at many hotels on the strip and the Resorts World staff is top tier! A gentleman served me initially and was nice, polite, and hooked it up with the pickles. Stopped in right before heading to NAB. Being from back east I know Junior's very well and it didn't disappoint. The bartender Eric recommended the pastrami omelet with swiss and it was amazing! The bar was slammed and he managed to make sure my coffee cup was hot and full , along with everyone else's beverages! The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

When I've been here in the past, it's usually a lot more crowded. The inside is so dang cutely decorated and super welcoming. I love that they had old cartoons on the TVs while we were there. They also do have a small patio, however it was way too hot to be out there this day. We were seated immediately when we walked in. I knew I wanted something sweet for breakfast because I'm pregnant and that's all I've been craving lately haha. I got the nutella pancakes with strawberries added to it and a side of the sausage links. Then my husband and I also split a churro waffle. He got something on his own, too, one of the skillets and really loved his meal. He said it was delicious. I've been low key dreaming about these nutella pancakes for dayyyyssss now. They were SOOO FLUFFY and they were stuffed with nutella. I definitely think I'm going to need to go back here again and get this ASAP. The churro waffle was also incredibly delicious and something they're known for. I liked that the sausage links were a big size, too, and came with two. It was good to get a little protein on the side with my sugar haha. Our server was so sweet and took such great care of us! I definitely would come back here again and definitely recommend this spot. There's so many items on the menu to choose from. And I can't wait to try their breakfast cocktails after I have this baby haha.

Had to pick out all the chips that had too much sauce. I'm would order this again but maybe I'd ask for light sauce or sauce on the side. Both the katsu dynamite and the furikake chicken, I'd give a 6/10. Honestly maybe even a 5/10 They both were too saucey. It wasn't enjoyable at all. I would NOT get these again. However, I would come back & give this place another shot but most definitely will be try something else next time.
