I arrived and went inside and was helped , in a few minutes I was able to pay for the services and was able to relax in the waiting lobby. All was good It took about 2hrs and I received my car, and drove off. I went home to wash my car and noticed the horrible job they did. They left glue from the previous weights used to align my wheels everywhere (keep in mind I keep my rims nice) I began to notice the words FRONT written on the chrome rims Big in green streak on the inside of the rim , which was clearly visible when my rims shine. It was written on both front rims. That wasn't the worst part , around the area that the old tire alignment weights were removed , they left deep scratches as if they used a flat head screw driver to get of those old tire weights . My rims are ruined , they obviously didn't care about my car. I can't believe the amount of carelessness and poor work that was done to my car. If you have a nice car I wouldn't take it there. Every-time I wipe down or shine my rims , I cringe at the site of the scars left on the chrome , which use to be flawless. Here's a few pictures of the careless work these haters performed. Y tires in Alhambra gets a F minus and 0 stars from me. Never again will I trust them with my car. I hope this review can help others that value quality service , to look else where , this is not the place to go to gain peace of mind. 1 star is to high of a rating.

My mom brought her car here to get an oil change on November 13, 2025. When my mom got the car back, she instantly noticed that the car looked like it had been searched--it was all disheveled, compartments were open, and none of it should have looked like that since they were only supposed to do an oil change. My mom kept an emergency fund in her car, and she noticed that it was stolen. There was $800 missing from her car. When we called Firestone a few hours ago, one of the employees told us that the owner was not in today but that he would be in tomorrow. I called again just a few minutes ago, and to my surprise, Art answered. So in addition to being thieves, the employees here are also liars. When I told Art the concern we had, he laughed in my face and told me he highly doubts that this had happened because it had never happened before. And that his technicians wouldn't do this. So instead of taking customer concerns seriously, he decides that it didn't happen and that you're a liar. When the members of his team are the ones who lied about him not being in today. Of course I know you shouldn't leave valuables in a car, but who would have thought that a "reputable" company like Firestone would employ technicians that would search through someone's car for valuables or cash? I certainly never thought so. Rest assured we have contacted the area manager and filed a formal complaint on Art and this location. We have also filed a police report.

The mom kindly greets me once I arrive. She takes my keys and drives the car in to get the oil changed by the dad. The oil change takes less than 1 hour. I'm not sure exactly sure how much time they take because I usually walk around the area. I love the location of this place so that I never dread coming here. I can grab groceries, a meal, or boba. I felt my tires were a bit "bald" a few months ago but they told me I easily had several thousand more miles. That honesty was appreciated and I'm sure other places wouldn't have been that honest. One of my family members had a vehicle that had sit in a garage for years and the transmission fluid had never been flushed. There were concerns about needing a new transmission. Thankfully we were able to try flushing out fluids first and potentially keeping the original transmission as opposed to jumping to a transmission change. I feel like other shops would probably push the transmission change and not even offer the fluid flush. Finding a tire place that is responsible is pretty important because they can ruin your rims by carelessly taking off the tire. You truly get what you pay for here.
