If I could describe the service provided on this location, then that one word is 'great'. The personnel are more of a service consultant than a salesman. The parking lot is tiny though. There is a tiny restroom for customers. The location is close to perfect. A gas station across the street. And multiple restaurants and food places to eat while waiting. Back to the provided service. Up to now, only Mr. Jimmy bothered to make my vehicle up to manufacture's specifications in regards to one overlooked item on the vehicle. The dealers that I went to in the past never bothered about it. I just know some things but not everything. But if you meet me in person, I look clueless. One almost always overlooked item is the parking brake. Per the manufacturer's specification for my vehicle, the parking brake should be within 4 to 5 clicks to effectively engage the brake. However, I have to do around 8 or more to effectively engage the parking brake for the past years. The only mechanic/technician who bothered to fix and set the parking brake to manufacturer's specification was Mr. Jimmy. Kudos to Mr. Kin and Mr. Jimmy! give thses men a pay raise JustTires. read more

I can understand why this place has such terrible ratings and review for the store. Just stopping here for about ten minutes left a really bad taste in my mouth. I know I have a partially flat tire that needs patching. This was the only place around the area that is open later than your standard shop. So I thought to stop by to see if they can patch my tire. I stopped and asked someone if they can patch my tire because I know there's a nail or something that's causing air to leak. They told me that they're not sure if that can happen because they're short staffed, and walked away and left me there. I walk inside to the store and ask the other attendant there - he told me they're really busy and he needs to 'clear out the shop before they can attend to me'. Fine, I asked for a time estimate, or an appointment for later - I was trying to see if I can actually get this done today. Well, he said it'll be at least an hour and walked away. We had a nail in one of our tires. It wasn't on the sidewalk so it was patchable. Recommend calling in before you go to check if they can take you! They usually can but if it's towards the end of the day, they maybe slower and send their mechanics home early. Anyways, we called in to see if they are available to patch it up. Brought the car in the same day and they told us it wasn't necessary because of how the nail went in. It was basically ran over and not punctured. Saved us a couple bucks! The nail hasn't caused any problems. read more

Honestly, not understanding the negative reviews! My wife and I have been coming here for years and had nothing but positive experiences. Like any other chain they inspect the vehicle, tell you what's wrong and try to talk you into doing the work with them but all you need to say is "No" Jiffy Lube does the same. I went in today to replace my front tires with new ones. They tried to talk me into all the extras put of course I said the magic word "NO " this kept the price low. They also did the aliment for me and when they tried to talk me into the extra stuff I again used the magic words "No" Overall, I had a good experience in dealing with staff. So I came in to get my tires swapped on my wheels.. cause i needed them on my stock wheels for the time being, i was recommended to this place, I even called ahead of time and told them I would be coming and they said to come down, they can do it. I was on a deadline so i was relieved they said they can help me.. I drove my car in and unfortunately but understandably my car was too low for their ramp. So I told the guy i can get the wheels off and bring them back within the next hour and he said no problem. Go there as a last resort only. Had a flat tire on Christmas Day. They were the only shop open in my area the next day. 1. They first put a tire with the wrong speed rating. At least they caught that one. 2. On their second attempt, they put a different brand from my three other tires. I caught that one as I was about to leave. Requested that the same brand be put on but they did not have it in stock. 3. They told me to come back 2 days later. Five days later, they still had not received it despite having made an appointment. They had to make a "special" trip to get it. 4. Finally, they added road hazard protection without asking me first. In a nutshell, just stay away from this place but if you have no other options, just triple check every thing: their invoice, your car, the quality of the tire. read more

Was in a pinch to find some tires for my truck that I guess no one carries in stock. The guy at the service counter, Robert I think, helped me out and was able to find the tires I needed. They didn't have them in stock but he was able to get them for me on the same day. Also had a pretty good price compared to the other shops I checked with. I came back later once he called me to tell me the tires were ready. They did the install pretty fast and everything seemed great. I'm extremely happy with the service I received at this Just tires location, I had a reoccurring problem with my tires and it was truly frustrating for me going back and forth with the issue. The tires I had chosen (Lionheart) ultimately had a manufacturer defect and so I had to ultimately upgrade to a better tire (Bridgestone) since I no longer trusted the Lionheart brand due to the repeat issues and visits to the shop. The purpose of this Yelp is to commend the staff especially Richard the assistant manager for such exceptional customer service and caring treatment. It was not in my budget to spend an additional $200 but Richards treatment and respectful service made it all worth while. This review is based primarily on the price quote I received for front wheel tire replacement NOT their service. I had spoken to Albert over the phone prior to coming in for their assessment of my tire and their level of customer service was professional and well. He took the necessary time to give me different tire-brand options to choose from and their price point. It was HIGH! For one tire, it was going to cost me $361 with installation for Pirelli brand. The other options were averaging in the mid-$240's...so I had to think about it and I'm glad I did. He was very helpful in this regard, but when I called to Tire Central--I got the same tires for $160 and I'm very happy with their work. I also called another competitor, American tires and spoke to, Gus, who was also friendly and helpful over the phone and gave me a quote for $210. I even went to Costco and they were pricey--$191 I hope this helps someone who's price hunting as I was, i didn't expect to get a flat tire and it sucks to go buy them out of emergency or accidental situations but life happens...so call around local stores, go online to reputable sites like tire-rack.com, etc and check the prices. Found a nail in my tire after getting out of work. Drove in when they were just getting ready to close, and they were nice enough to offer to swap out my damaged tire for my spare. Not sure how he got such a good look at my brakes by changing a tire, but I went to get a second opinion and was told the brakes were fine. Don't go here!! Worst customer service. Not every customer is the same. They only care about you if you are buying new tires, otherwise, be prepared for rude service and hours of waiting. Came here to get a flat tire fixed. Was helped by Tom. He told me I had 4 nails in my tire and company policy was that only 2 nails can be repaired max on a tire. He quoted my $30 for repairing 2 nails. I told him ok, go ahead. Then he changes his mind and says, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Now he claims he can't fix only 2 nails on a tire when there are 4 that need to be repaired. WTH?? After that, he refused to talk anymore and kept telling me to go elsewhere. He obviously did not care about helping me. At least offer to sell me a new tire. Emailed complaint to corporate and they have not responded. Guess what? I went to America Tire and they fixed all 4 nails for me, FOR FREE!!! Go to any America's Tire or Discount Tire and they will fix you flat for free, whether you bought your tire from them or not. Verify the policy on their website! Don't waste your money here and don't waste your money paying $17 for the warranty. Other place will check your tires and repair it for free!! read more

Every attempt today to just have a smooth trip was foiled somehow. Not the least of which was the task of getting an oil change. I had tried to go to H H Motors down the street but they were busy until 4pm. They suggested going to Western Union Motors but I pulled into Just Tires instead due to their huge green and yellow sign because I guess I'm just that attracted to bright colors. Oil change was $31.07, a full $10 more than H H. I asked them to check my tires and they told me that one of them had a nail in it, and that they can't repair it because the tire was so worn it would fucking explode if they tried to touch it. They proceeded to put on a song and a dance about how the tire was so worn and old and laughing at my fucking tires. Who does that shit? They were like, "these tires would not work in the rain, and LA is expecting lots of rain in the next few months." Really? Just because I have MA plates on does not mean I have not lived in LA before. It almost never fucking rains here and even if it does, my tires are fine. And even if they're not, I would take them elsewhere to get fixed or replaced. HELLO Costco! They quoted me one tire being $90 something, and then 4 would be somehow over $500. Prices have a weird way of going up here. Oil change was marked as $26 but then... somehow $31. They have posters of military everywhere with huge quotes of "support our troops" and when I asked about a military discount, they told me there were none, the posters are for every tire you buy, they donate a dollar to some military fund. Because that makes fucking sense. When I was paying for the oil change the guy behind the counter was asking what I was planning to do. I told him I was driving cross country. He was like, "your car would never make it. Even with new tires, it would never make it." Ever since I was in middle school, all these fucking haters all around me has been telling me how I was never going to make it, or how it would not work, or all the good reasons why it can't happen, why I shouldn't try, why I would fail, and I'm so fucking glad that I never listened. This is the worst experience I got from a tire shop. My porsche rear tire had a nail. I took it there to fix. Thinking this place would do a good job. Boy was I wrong!! This manager came out to greet me, and he didn't know a thing about tires. He said this is a run flat tire, which was not. Then he said it would cost $25 to fix a flat, which was quite expensive for a flat. I could have gone to any tire shop to do it for $10. But I was like, ok, let's give this shop a try. The mechanic, which was an old man working there, and the only mechanic there, took out my tire. Since my tire is 295 width, they had trouble even taking the tire out of the rim. The mechanic was struggling to take out the tire. He was prying and doing all he could. I was scared he might just rip my tire off. Then the manager came out, and he screamed out "We are not responsible for the damage since our machine can't do the job" I was like, what!!?? How come you didn't tell me earlier? To make the long story short, I didn't get my job done, and wasted two hours there. I do not recommend this place to get any tire job done.
