I arrived about an hour before they closed for the day and asked if they could fix a flat. I explained that I had a 200 mile drive the next day, but the manager said they had a 10-wheel vehicle they needed to finish and that they couldn't get to it until the morning. I walked out and, while I was frantically trying to find a place that was open and would take the car immediately, the manager came back out and explained that he spoke to the customer who owned the 10-wheel vehicle and was able to push that vehicle's pick up time to the afternoon. My car was next in line - great news! All told, I was there about 25 minutes and he gave me a fair price on the patch and work. Highly recommended, for sure! read more

Mario refused to service my tire. I was expected to purchase a new tire even though I had warranty. He raised his voice, Told me I'm wrong. My opinion the customer is always right. If he felt my tire was not able to be patched he should of given me the worth of my tire. He had a cocky personalitg Asked to take the car down so I could leave. Gary, very nice, outstanding customer service, politely helped me. Analyzed the tire and gave me a great deal on 2 tires. Honesty if it weren't for Gary they would of lost a customer whom has been taking a Buick Enclave and Mercedes Benz there for 4 years. I will never deal with Mario again. I got a flat tire on a Sunday, and it was really difficult to find places that were open on Sundays. The few places I called took a long time to determine what kind of tire I needed, weren't sure about the price, and just generally didn't make me feel confident about going there. And then I called "Just Tires." From the moment I heard the voice "Hello, this is Mario, how can I help you?", I had a sense I'd be in good hands- And I was. The wonderful customer service started the moment he picked up the phone, and remained excellent throughout the entire process. Mario's expertise and competence came through over the phone, as did his extremely helpful and personable nature. Once in the shop, he and his team worked to do the best they could for me given my very tight budget. They were sensitive to my situation, didn't try to up-sell me, and explained everything to me clearly- Things that are important when you are a lone female trying to navigate the automotive repair world. Suffice to say Mario and his team went above and beyond for me at a time when I really needed some faith in good businesses. (David was also a gem!) This is a solid company/location with pleasant, helpful, dedicated employees. We have been coming to this Just Tires location for all of our tire needs for over 10 years. The service here is great and fast. On June 1, 2018, we discovered that all 4 of hour tires were flat. We called here after 7:00 p.m. Jose Aguilar provided us with an exceptional service. Not only he stayed after hours and waited for us to bring our vehicle, but he also placed a timely order for our new tires and ensured that we received our vehicle, equipped with the brand new tires, the following day. A nail punctured my tire and my dealership claimed that it could not be repaired. They claimed that they would have to order a new one for the next day for installation (quote: $260 for the tire and labor). My other alternative was to go to a dealership that had the tire in stock (which I did). The 2nd dealership said that the tire COULD in fact be fixed and redirected me to Just Tires. At Just Tires, they repaired the punctured tire, took down the spare and installed the fixed wheel FOR FREE. Their reason ? "Just because". I went in to Just Tires after noticing a nail in one of my tires. I'm standing in line and the person in front of me is being helped. I'm next, and then some lady comes and stands in front of me and pulls her purse out. I thought she was just counting money on the counter but then she stayed there. I didn't want to preemptively chew her out for cutting in front of me (maybe she felt entitled to do so because her car had been serviced and she wanted to pay it off -- regardless, I didn't really want to put up with anyone seeing as I had just gotten off work) until I saw her being helped first. Luckily, the employee Mario took note of this and mentioned that I'd been waiting for a while and asked what I needed. I let him know I wanted to see what was up with the nail in my tire and if it was patchable or needed replacing. He had his coworker come check it out, who kind of blew me off because he was about to clock out or use the restroom, something like that. He came and checked my tire and told me "it was hard to tell if the tire is ok". After he left I saw Mario and I explained the situation to him, and he came to see what was up with the tire. Within a minute or two, he glanced over the area, yanked the nail out, and let me know I was one lucky guy as the tire did not need replacing and was fine to keep. This guy saved me a bunch of money on his lunch hour. What a swell, stand up guy. If you need help on your visit to Just Tires, look out for Mario. Great service! The guys were really helpful and understanding. We had been trying out a new tire wrench we bought online and ended up rounding off the edges of the lug nuts and making the tire loose. And no place wanted to help us adjust it! They fixed it right away no questions asked and didn't even charge us for it. Awful! Stay away! They try and sell you more than what you need. I got my tires there for the whole free tire rotation when I get an oil change, now they won't do it. Paid $77 for an oil change so they could tell me after they won't rotate my tires! I just got them a year ago, have them regularly rotated except for last oil change because I went somewhere else, and they say they are too worn out. And the wait! Really?! read more
