So I needed a new tire right? After having having done my usual tune up at the dealer, I was told to change my rear right tire because of "severe" damage. The severe damage was a visible tear line above the rim. My schedule is horrible so I can't arrange my tire to get fixed till the weekend, 4 days of continually driving on the bad wheel. I'm freaking out at this point. So I'm in Glendale and it's late afternoon. These dudes conveniently were open late in the day so i stop by. I'm helped by Mario. He determined the damage was merely cosmetic and that I was fine to be on my way. I took his advice and the tire is in good standing 2 weeks later. Honest dudes running this place here. If I could I would give a -5. It's all a scam. I got a phone quote, which did sound good, but when I came in the basically doubled their initial quote. I ended up getting tiers anyways, since I didn't want to waste anymore time. Then after couple months one of my tires was keep loosing air pressure. When I took in my car they are charging me even more money. Stay away from this place. This is the last time I will do business here. read more

originaly went here to get a new set of tires. since then i've been coming back due to the peeps that work here; honest, friendly & great service. just tires has a great warranty that includes free tire rotation for the life of the tires purchased there. also get my oil changed at the same time to kill two birds with one stone. i like that i don't feel gypped when i leave. they are very upfront with the service costs. read more

good price. got the online advertised deal (though i had to ask for it - suspect i wouldn't have if i didn't ask). annoyed that website "online appointment booking" did not work. called in to check wait time. couldn't make appt, but their estimate was right on target. they recommended new tires when i was paying. i declined - no hard sell. went out to look at my tires and they do look ok. i think that i still have several thousand miles left on them based on their rating. the sticker they placed on my windshield that lets me know when the next oil change is due has the wrong year on it. so overall, happy with the spot. fast and efficient. got the job done. read more

Today I went in to see if could have my child's stroller Tire repaired. I met a gentleman named Terry. He was loading Tires and stopped to offer help. He repaired the Tire and put air in it as well. Terry was very nice when repairing the tire. I felt bad asking him because he looked extremely busy. None the less he put everything on hold to help out a customer. He did not charge me at all. I have been coming to this particular just tires ever since they moved from the brand location. This is the only just tires i will ever go to. All the workers are very professional and provide excellent service. The shop is also extremely clean for being a automotive shop. Prices may not be the cheapest however they do have the price match gurantee which they always beat for me. Would highly recommend. read more

Brought car in for a routine oil change. Mario called and informed me I needed both a transmission service and two new front tires. It's been a while since either were done and Mario even knocked some money off for me so I said ok. They did the work and when I went to pick it up I was told I was in "Desperate need of an alignment". When I asked why it wasn't done when they put the new tires on they said that they only do the alignment check for free. When I pressed further that you need to do an alignment when new tires are added the guy ringing me up just repeated that they only do the check for free and that Mario gave me a quote for the alignment. I told him Mario never gave me a quote for the alignment, the guy just shrugged and repeated they only do the alignment check for free. Now I have to go elsewhere to get my alignment done. read more

I took my vehicle in for new tires as we are headed to Big Bear for the week. I arrived at 545pm on Sunday. The store was closing at 6pm. I figured I would get a quote and schedule an appointment for the next day (Monday). I spoke with Mario and he took my information. He quickly found the right tires and wrote up an estimate. I asked if I could drop the car off the next morning. He looked puzzled and said he could have the new tires installed that day as well as an alignment. I agreed and within an hour everything was completed. Mario was a consumate prefessional. He was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to get the job done. I was going to write bad review about Jeffrey and give 1 star but Mario took care of everything and my car. Back in March 2016 I bought new 4 tires and 1 year tires alignment which gave me 1 free oil change. So I went last night to change oil. Gary the manager and Mario were gone for day so I spoke to Jeff. He right away said Gary is gone and cannot offer free oil change. Fine. I would pay. Jeff tells me $61. Wtf. $61 for Nissan Versa?? I pay $20 at pep Boys. He said he can only put Synthetic oil. Really??? I asked him it should be customer choice to put regular or synthetic but he just refused to put regular oil. Again this is for Nissan VERSA. I had enough of his bs and walked out and decided never to go back. Next day which is today I was going to pep Boys for my oil change but I decided to call Gary or Mario. Mario remembered me and insisted me to come down and he promised to take care of everything. Here I am back and he did honor free oil change and checked my car and took care of everything. Thank you so much Mario. Really appreciate your great service. As a female, one of our biggest fears when getting our car worked on is that we'll be taken advantage of. I went in to Just Tires this afternoon to get an oil change. Within 15 minutes they not only convinced me to purchase a more expensive oil change, but to get a new air filter as well. I went in thinking i was going to pay $21 and my new bill was now $60. They told me my oil change came with a "FREE wheel alignment check." So imagine my surprise when my total ended up being $122!!!! That's right. They apparently aligned my wheels WITHOUT ASKING! I was so pissed off. How did i go in there thinking i was only gonna pay a little chump change, to now I owe these people over $100! I feel taken advantage of and I will never go there again. I don't recommend this place, and I advise people to be careful to what they consider "free." I hope this incident doesn't happen to anyone else. After some arguing I was able to get my bill lowered (still had to pay over $100) but they offered me a free oil change for the next time. I expect them to keep their word or I will be back to blast them on FB, twitter, yelp and whatever else I can voice my opinion. read more

Stear clear of this place. Do not believe the 4 and 5 star reviews, they are planted. Read the negative reviews for the real deal. Went there today with a flat tire that had a nail in tread. Not the sidewall. I already had the wheel off my car. The mechanic in the garage told me it may not be fixable but that they would check. Long story short, they wrote up an estimate and told me to take a seat and they would confirm they could fix it. An hour later they come back and say it couldn't be fixed and they could order me a new tire. What a complete scam. They could have made that decision the first minute I got there, because as I said, i already had the wheel off the car and the nail was clearly visible. They also had already put my car up on the lift so what was that for if they couldn't fix it? Read the other negative reviews. These guys lie, cheat and mislead you. Do yourself a favor and go to Costco. read more
