No qualms with the staff or service received (have had flat tires fixed here before). The on-line booking system though needs work and a disclaimer. Maybe I missed it, but while I was making the appointment (for tire pressure sensor replacement) it was not stated that the appointment time is merely a time when they will expect you to arrive with the vehicle. Same goes for the confirmation e-mail. The work I had requested on the vehicle had not started within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment time (no fault of the staff). If the location already has multiple other bookings near the same time, the on-line booking system should not allow further appointments to be made (and put staff in a position where they cannot honor the time). At a bare minimum when the appointment is made on-line, the confirmation e-mail should clearly state that even though you have selected a specific time for the service, the actual start time of the service might be hours later. read more

I had to replace just one tire and should them a coupon and they said "no it doesn't apply to one tire" when it doesn't say that anywhere. I have been coming here for years. I have the alignment and rotation package and I always come here when I need air in my tires they have me pull up to the last door and they send someone out to do it. Have everytime no matter the temperature I've done it in wet snow before it has never been an issue until today 25 minute wait for air no thanks. Horrible service I know it's cold out but when my car is in a garage it doesn't need air in the tires when it's outside it drastically drops. Ack, we have a slow leak in our left front tire! That being said, we were already in the process of searching for new tires, but this leak gave us the kick we needed to get a move on with the whole tire-buying process. Though we didn't end up getting our tires at Just Tires, there's a good chance we would have given them five stars had we gone there. The service from the moment we walked in was fantastic! We have a tire budget and decided to price shop online to see what was out there. We found a pair of tires online, and we decided to see if Just Tires had them in stock and could price match. They are located close to our house, and we also thought it would be nice to shop offline and support the local business community. The manager behind the counter (can't remember his name), was super nice and looked to see if he could price match. He tried every coupon code out there, and he just wasn't able to do it. He told us that the price we were quoted was a great price and hard to beat, and he suggested we go with it. Everything else he had in stock was significantly more expensive and out of our budget. He then said if there is anything he can do for us in the future or if we had any questions, to please feel free to come back. This was my first visit. Fabulous guys! The way they talk to each customer, communication with next steps, wait time expectations, etc was fantastic. Very clear, respectful, patient, and connected well with every customer I saw while I was waiting. Nice clean, spacious waiting area with plenty of social distancing options. We took our car for tire change today. The manager in the morning was very cordial but when I went to pick up the car, the guy Dennis was total jerk. I had visited Scott last night to discuss what's needed (two tires replaced, keep the better tire for full spare, check the car for road trip, etc). Somehow Scott never put this on paper or told the mechanic and they discarded a decent tire! Instead of apologizing and trying to own up to the mistake, Dennis just told us that nothing he could do. When we try to reason, he got irritated and even use F*ck while my wife was still in the store! Some time ago I needed a new set of tires on a 2002 Honda Civic. Called them up on the drive over and got a decent quote on a full set. Checking out their pricing online (on my old crappy iPhone) I discovered it was even cheaper but I would need an online quote in hand to get it for the better price. So, found a place locally and printed out an online invoice. For whatever reason the counter guy kept trying to tell me not to use the online invoice. I would assume because he wanted to get a better sale record. It was about two hours to closing and they took the full two hours to complete the work. Sadly, they forgot to do the free tire rotation and advised that I should return on another day and get it taken care of. I wish they could have offered that I go into any of their other locations to have it performed as getting back out here would be out of the way. Recently I needed a nail removed and patched on rear tire. After inspecting, manager told me he wouldn't do patch because tires were worn and inside sidewalls were failing on tires. Quoted me approximately $1700 on a new set. I do acknowledge the tires have significant wear but tread is well above the wear bars. Went to a different shop--they advised that tires still had life on them, were repairable, and did not see damage on sidewalls. They seemed like nice guys and I imagine they probably do a decent job replacing tires-- maybe the Deerfield shop is under too much pressure to hit sales targets!! Beware. read more

Get this. We have for more than 10 years gotten all of our tires here. Today, I have tires with very low pressure on a cold day and also refused to fill the tires or allow us use of the the air pump in a hazardous situation. I was instructed to come back in an hour. I was fortunate to find a gas station down the street where I paid to use their air pump. I appreciate that you are busy but you have put us in a bad situation and really don't care. 5 stars because of customer service and honesty from Dennis!! I recently went to a dealership and I was told I needed two new tires and I had a bubble in another tire. I came to Just Tires because I bought my tires from here along with warranty. They checked my tires and told me new tires were not necessary, not yet. As for the tire with the bubble, they were going to replace it for me for free because it was under warranty. Not only that, but I was referred to someone that would be able to repair my bent rim that Just Tires noticed. I recommend Just Tires in Morton Grove. I've been to a few other locations, but this one is the best. The wait time was two hours but that's how it usually is at other locations. Thankful to have found this place! They saved me a lot of money and FYI, make sure you purchase warranty with your tires! It saves you a lot of money in the long run. read more

I would give them a zero if I could. My story begins when I went in on a Saturday morning to get all 4 tires replaced. I also needed an oil change so added that to the services needed. They started the procedure and during the process they found a tire pressure sensor corrosion, which I decided to add on as well. This all cost me $1000 dollars mind you. They were done within an hour and a half after drop off. When I picked it up I noticed right away the light of my tire pressure was on. I thought well it will probably go away while on the drive home. Wrong I was. All day Saturday and Sunday the light kept flickering on and off every minute or so. Called in Monday to see if I could stop by. The two guys who "helped" me through all this was also there. I thought YAY!.... Another wrong. They hid in the working station while they told this random dude to tell me the bad news: my car was broken and they can not fix it so now I need to take it to a dealership to see if they can fix it. I should have made a scene and I regret I didn't. Don't know what my dealership will say. Wish me luck and I wish you luck if you decide to use these guys. I've ventured to other Just Tires locations after having 2 sets of tires replaced by this particular location but I'm just not a fan of the other locations. My most recent experience solidified this sentiment. I went to the location on N.Broadway for an oil change, tire rotation (free since I purchased the tires from the chain) and battery change. They wanted to charge me over $220! I was frankly shocked and when I displayed that the guy applied a $15 coupon still making the total over $200. I'm not super smart with cars but I know a litle something and can change my own battery. But alas, when I popped into the local car supply store my batter would cost $145 because there's only one type to fit in my car. So I decided to go BACK to Just Tires, but to my original location. All-in-all I paid $160 for everything, still much cheaper than the N.Broadway location. Okay, you got me. I promise I won't go to another location. :-) read more

I've been a customer at this location over the years. This time they double charged me $474 for new tires. At the time, the employee had asked me to run my bank card a second time because the system was running slow & the Just Tires receipt wasn't printing. Both times the credit card machine said approved which I informed the employee. He said it should be ok but if there was an overcharge, it would be refunded. Sure enough my bank acct was charged $474 twice. I got a transaction statement from my bank & went to Just Tires this morning. The employee that I had done the credit charge with was there & I started to talk to him. Another employee named Peter (I asked for his name because he was extremely rude & dismissive) loudly jumped into the conversation & said that their records showed only one transaction on that day so in essence 'nothing we can do about it'. I'm stating that something has to be done. He said that he & the other employee don't own Good Year or the credit card machine. Said that his wife works at a bank & it happens all the time. The other employee tried to say they'll look into it with their acctg area and get back to me (which was all that needed to be done in the first place) but Peter talked over him & me. In all my 70 years, I've never had an employee be as rude & dismissive to me as a customer. Because of his "handling" of a problem, I will not have any more work done at this location & will not recommend it to others. I will be following up for my refund. read more

I've been bringing all my vehicles to the dealer for service. My co-worker suggested this location saying he's had nothing but good experiences - and he couldn't of been more right! I had 2 tires installed on my BMW (my baby!) for WAY cheaper than the dealer. They offered a free alignment check which I agreed to and boy am I glad I did. My tires would've been eaten up within a couple months! The mechanic Chris is very pleasant and patient in answering all my nagging questions! Great guy! Took me about 2 weeks and 4 attempts to get a timely tire rotation, which never happened. Finally brought my car in today. After a 1-1/2 hour wait, which wasn't the 3 hours they originally predicted, they told me its not worth it to rotate them because they are at a "four". Like I know what that means. I'm a very long-time customer of this Just Tires (since the 90's). I've recommended them to everyone I know and all my kids go there. I guess I'm done...I do know nothing lasts forever. But today it was just like any other lousy place you want to avoid. I wasn't sure if I was going to purchase a tire (or tires) or if I needed a tire simply repaired. First they said, a tire repair is $35 (wow I thought it was cheaper the last time). But, I said OK. The service person of course gave me the "replace it" option, but I chose the repair. He said, the tread is fine but there's some dry rot (?). I never, ever heard that before. And he started to get a little pushy (I mentally sighed as that had rarely happened there in the past). I said I'd wait to replace till after "construction season". He had said that he'd quote me tires and I said "great", and I meant it. I sat down for the long wait. As for time .... it was 1:30 on a Thursday afternoon in mid-May but. It took what seemed like forever for them to check the tire and longer for them to fix it almost an hour and 45 minutes in all. (As I was sitting down initially I heard them send someone home because they weren't busy enough.) When finally done, he presented me with his quote for new tires. I know tires can cost a lot, but I rarely have spent more than $100 for a tire. The tires he quoted me were $146 each! I asked him if he looked at the tires I had now, he said no, I asked if he didn't think that was important. Honestly, he didn't ask me what I wanted, how many miles I drive my car a year, nada! He just quoted me some of the most expensive tires you could put on my car. OH, and the kicker is, when I got the tire fix bill, a tire repair was $19.95 NOT $35. He upsold me a balancing without even asking me if I wanted that added on. What an A$$. I'll never go back. read more

Called... I am a returning customer with a leaking tire. Can I make an appointment or come over. Them, we don't take appointments for that just come in. I drive over one person in the waiting room this looks fast. Employee it will take over 4 hours can you leave it. Me no. Why didn't you tell me I just called? Him.... Blank stare. Why can't I make an appointment ? Him company policy. So this might happen anytime I come back? Him... Yep. You could Try first thing in the morning but there is no guarantee, if we have other Appointments, it can still be hours. Me thinks they don't want to fix tires only upswell you new ones. You know when the manager helping just does not give a shit? Last tires by the way they quoted me were for the wrong sized tires their mistake. Took an extra hour and they tried to charge me a lot more. As a returning customer, I won't be returning. We need new tires on two vehicles. So there's that. Went to Walmart done in 20 minutes. I took my 2005 Mini Cooper into Just Tires in Morton Grove for new tires. This was not my first time there. In fact, I have been there several times. I purchased two Run Flat Tires and it cost me 300+ dollars to have them installed. About a week later, I noticed that one of my hub caps was missing, from one of the newly replaced tires, so I called Just Tires and spoke with the manager. In addition to that, I went by Just Tires and spoke with him personally. When I went by Just Tires, the manager checked the tire to make sure that it was indeed one of the new ones purchased and then he promised me that he would order me a new hub cap because they could not find the old one. After several phone calls and personal appearances at Just Tires, I still don't have a hub cap. What horrible service! Try another location! read more

I brought my suburban with a tire puncture, stated 2 hour wait, no problem, I'm a walk in and get the wait time, 3 hours later still not repaired. Additionally, while driving on the expressway I noticed a wobble. As it turns out; 1 - all tires not inflated equally, 2 - tire wasn't balanced, missing balancing weight?
