This place has nice prices for tires, compared to other places. Service is decent. Nice thing about buying tires, here is you'll get a future free tire rotation, which normally would cost about $ 20 each time. Great Customer Service! I was in for a warranty repair that was arranged by Goodyear HQ, they scheduled me in the next day. Upon arrival I learned that the type of damage in my tire is not covered in the warranty and I didn't have road hazard coverage. I panicked as I budgeted for $400 for replacing 4 tires (one full price, 3 prorated price), now I am looking at $1,000 plus in total. The store personnel named Will was very friendly and patient with me, he introduced different type of tires and replacement options (1 set or 2 sets) to me to make me feel comfortable replacing 4 tires and not sacrificing the quality/safety. Although I ended up paying double than what I had planned but I did learn something about tires and know the importance of having the road hazard coverage. I see the willingness to help a customer and professional works done at a tire shop which we don't see much nowadays. I highly recommend this Just Tires location, I especially recommend Will and Steve to talk to. read more

My husband I took our cars to have the tires (purchased at this location) rotated . My front tires had an alignment problem which, in the end, required that they be replaced. The two men who helped us where kind, respectful and patient with our questions. The technician in charge of the alignment was especially great when explaining some of the reasons that may have caused the alignment issue. Came in to have the car serviced since one of the tires I had was wearing so much quicker than the others but was shocked to get a $2200 quotation and a recommendation to change all 4 tires because my car is an all wheel drive. I didn't go with their advice and took my car to an official service center (benz) and they told me that my tires were fine and doesn't need replacement. Don't get me wrong, the staff and the service were great but I just really was disappointed about their recommendation. It felt as if they were just trying to get some money out of us after getting a second opinion from the official Mercedes service center. Griff is always helpful and very knowledgeable. Full of articulated advice and recommendations, but not abrasive about it at all like the service advisors at the car delearship. While I was waiting for my car more than one customer came in asking just for their tires inflation to be checked and all were directed to a tire fill area and helped. I'm a huge fan of this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I have been there for oil changes, tire replacement and a brake replacement. Today, I can add battery replacement to the list! My car was acting strange and I had no idea what was wrong with it. I kept getting this strange error message and that the system was restarting. I brought it to John and his crew at Just Tires. Within a half hour, I had a new battery. I will use them for all my car needs! read more

called yesterday and spoke to manager, Hagoup?, and he took all my info and went thru tire options and prices. I choose the highest quality for my car, he tells me they're in stock and I make an appointment for today, Sunday morning. He tells me I'm the only appt at that time. Today I get there and the place is jammed with people. I get to the counter to check-in with the attendant and he has my name on file but nothing else. No record of my tire selection or address or anything. So we go thru that again and then he tells me he only has one type of tire in stock for my car and it's a lower quality tire. So I walked out. I don't have time to waste and I don't appreciate being B-S-'d by some tire huckster. If you want to deal with incompetence or maybe worse then go to this place. I'll never go back. Would be better if they just said they have your tires in stock or not. the 30 min guarantee is worthless, expect 1.5-2 hours at the least. you won't get the $20 credit advertised if they take longer either. They are tire changing specialists but evidently don't have a wide enough variety of stock wheel lock keys from any well known auto mfgs. (Make sure you get your wheel lock key back before leaving.) The price match is worthless, they will discredit a lower price from all but 2-3 online competitors as being "not reputable." Even when you find a lower price they do respect, they add in estimated shipping to make their own price look better (fair enough, but they also ignore the fact that you wouldn't pay taxes from most of the online competition). Clerk promised to amend the price ($3 per tire after "shipping") at checkout but then didn't. (I didn't pursue it since I just wanted to leave at that point.) "Didn't have time" to perform free alignment check (I'm actually thankful for this though), and asked me to come back another time (not likely). I skipped the hazard protection, which is probably a good move considering the above. Overall, I do like my new tires, but I selected them without their help and all they did was mount them. Again, this really isn't much worse than any other tire place, but if you're not going to honor advertised claims related to time of service, price match, free alignment check, etc. then maybe you shouldn't make them. I've been here for 2 oil changes, 4 new tires, and an alignment. The staff are always kind and careful to explain everything they find on their inspections. The website always has good coupons for standard services. In my experience the mechanics, staff and even the manager go out of their way to take care of any concerns. I've come in with and without appointments and every time the wait has been very short, they have 4 bays in their garage. I definitely recommend this location! read more

Went there to get an idea on pricing for some tires for mt car because my 3 year old tires were cracking pretty bad. Spoke to the manager and he explained why this could happen,(date of manufacturing) some companies have them sitting on the shelf for a long period of time before you buy them.... anyway, I explained what I wanted and needed and I was educated by him. I was very impressed. I am in sales as well and he was not pushy at all but very informative. I had looked on "tire rack" and knew of a few prices that I had seen there. He was very competitive with pricing and saved me a lot when you consider the shipping and mounting etc. I did the math and saw clearly his offer was better for me than the hassle of the other guys. Way too expensive, it is best to go to Walmart if you are on a low budget for tires however it is questionable whether or not Walmart has good quality tires. I bought Goodyears at Walmart for $446 dollars, Just Tires wanted to sell me Goodyears for $768 granted I went the cheaper route. read more

Found to be very trustworthy, fine customer service. No upselling or work you don't need. Earlier in the year my regular mechanic said to check 2 of my tires before winter. Don't drive a real lot. Came in for an oil change and to have the tires checked. From online had already picked out replacements. Tires were reported with good wear left and so they just did the oil change. read more

Its been a couple of years since i've last been there. Great service, the guys really know their stuff, but like other reviewers have mentioned- they have very poor time management. In my experience, it always takes more time than they estimate. They always seem so stretched. Maybe its a sign of terrific business but it kind of peeves me. i found that I had a piece of metal in one of my tires at about 7:45 pm. called just tires and the manager said if i could get it there quick they would fix. got it there and they fixed it. My family had used this location a few times in the past. About a year ago I purchased 4 tires for my Audi. The bill I received had a $15 per tire charge for TPMS. That is "Tire pressure monitoring system". Problem is my vehicle does not have TPMS, not even an option for that model year. Called and was given a runaround. This irked me, but I had a lot going on at the time so the issue sliped off the radar. 200 miles later I noticed excessive wear already on the new tires. Fist response from Just Tires was no waranty unless the scheduled tire rotation was performed by them. Ok great only 200 miles I was well within that. Went in and was told that since they did not perform an alignment check at the time of install they could could not honor waranty. This service is supposed to be free acording to Just tires website. The tires these replaced ran for 4 years wearing evenly. A mechanic friend of mine works at shop and checked the alighment for me. It was all in spec. Just tires response "how do they know I didn't just have an alignment done after the uneven wear."....really? On to part two. My father unaware of my issues with Just Tires had them replace the 2 front tires on his Honda CRV last month. After this highway speeds had the vehicle seriosly vibrating. New symptom. He went in and was told no waranty had to be another issue apart from tires. Would the check the tires , sure. They were fine. My Father took the car to Cars of America in Glenview. Ran over a sharp metal screw last night so my tire pressure monitor beeped and lit up. This isn't a place I'd usually go (I'm a devoted customer of Discount Tires in Mount Prospect for purchasing tires and Cassidy Tires in Niles when I run into a problem I don't have time to drive to Mount Prospect for) but this was the only place open @ the time (going on 8 p.m.) They did a great job removing the screw and patching up my tire. I'm forever grateful that they were open, when no one else was, because my tire would have been flat by morning and I have no idea how to put my spare on. The repair cost was reasonable and the job was done quickly. Tire is still full of air today. But I have to say I'm a little disappointed in their lack of knowledge of cars. I drive a 2016 Mazda CX-5 and before I left their parking lot yesterday I noticed that my tire warning light was still on even after the repair. I got out of the car and asked why it was still on. I was told that once I drove a few miles and/or got up to a certain speed that the light would go off. So, I drove home but the light never went off. Before I pulled into my garage, I called these guys and asked again about the warning light. Again, I was told it would go off on it's own, that I probably hadn't drive far enough or fast enough for it to reset itself. It was explained to me that my tires didn't have sensors, that my car did, and sooner or later the light would go off. WRONG! Light was still on after I got to work this morning so I checked my owner's manual and read that I had to reset the tire pressure monitor. A simple task of pushing a button on my dashboard. I'm clueless when it comes to cars, and I'm an accountant not a car buff or mechanic, so it makes sense I didn't know this. But, come on guys, you work in a place that repairs & replaces tires. You didn't know that my tire pressure monitor had to be reset??? I'm driving a Mazda (a very common brand) not a Lamborghini. Just one more reason not to go to a place where inexperienced guys work on cars; which is why I no longer get my oil changed at "quick-fix" places. Only the dealer for me. You get what you pay for. I'd return here in a pinch - like I was in last night - but other than that I'm not sure I trust their knowledge of cars. read more

Don't waste your time, these people are not interested in helping, only driving up revenue. I showed up with a punctured tire and it was leaking pretty bad. It was 5:30 in the evening and instead of saying. "Oh let us try and fix it." The conversation was, "Thats too close to sidewall we cant fix, we would need to replace the tire." The tire still had 7/10ths tread depth and this clown wants to sell my a $200 tire at 5:30pm instead of putting a plug or patch on the tire. I have been around cars all my life and I told her this is 100% plug or patch-able. She didnt care for my opinion. I stopped at 3 gas stations to keep filling my tire on my way to Pepboys on Elston in Chicago and as always they took care of me with a smile and it only cost me $20, compared to the $37 they wanted to charge me initially. Stay away from these clowns they give the auto industry a bad wrap, and are only interested in driving up revenue and not helping a consumer or a car enthusiast! read more
