It had cabbage, pork belly, onions, and cucumbers. It was good but kinda bland. Also, the noodles were overcooked. I typically eat the mandarin style zhajiangmian. Good portion tho, I had it for two meals. They have two types of banchan everyday and they rotate which ones they serve. Today they had kimchi and radish. They also have complimentary hot barley tea. Sorry I had high hopes for this place but the food was not good at all. We ordered bulgogi tacos, bulgogi sizzling plate, jajangmyun, Korean wings, popcorn chicken and dukboki which all weren't good at all. They do give a lot of kimchi and the service was great but that's it. The store itself was cute inside. The dukboki was old and the duk was super soggy and just watery, the bulgogi tacos were super greasy only item that tasted decent, the chicken was flavorless and just drenched in soy sauce and corn syrup, lastly the jajangmyun was too salty and sweet. Very average Korean "street" food. They've got a unique list of options to choose from, but everything we ordered was mediocre at best. On top of everything else, it took 30 minutes for only one of our dishes to come out, and it was definitely not busy at all when we visited. It was basically just us and two other tables. It took an extra 10 minutes for our other dishes to come out. We ordered the Chicken Tonkatsu, the Bulgogi nachos, and Tteokbokki. For the quality and amount of food we got, this place is a rip off. The food was edible, but nothing authentic tasting whatsoever. Everything was bland and extremely Americanized. 17 bucks for some over sauced Chicken Katsu. 16 bucks for bland Tteokbokki. And 13 bucks for non Korean tasting nachos. I would highly recommend just finding a normal Korean restaurant if you're looking for Korean food. Came here with my family and was blown away! The service was amazing. The staff are outgoing and positive! They were extremely accommodating and were speedy with service. Came in on a Friday night because we were desperate for some tofu soup. Place was practically empty besides two tables that were already eating. We ordered and waited 40 minutes for 2 Soondubu soups, one seafood and one pork. Unfortunately, both of them tasted horrible. The seafood one had tiny pieces of meat that were few and far between. It also tasted like an overly creamy bisque which is not the consistency or strong tomato flavor you want in soondubu. I couldn't tell if it was just bad, or if they were trying to go for some sort of fusion flavors. Whatever it was, it didn't work. We didn't even finish our food. Ate maybe 10% of the soup and left to grab Wendy's on the way home instead. Super disappointing, especially since this was the most expensive soondubu we've ever had. If you want to burn $40+ and leave unsatisfied, this is the way to do it! Needless to say, we won't be coming back. read more

They're really good, loaded fries and big portion - good to share between 2 people. As far as I know, it's probably the only thing here worth raving about. My most recent visits, I decided to try the tteokbokki with ramen noodles. It's honestly the worst tteokbokki I've ever had. I tried to give it another chance so I got it another time and it was still bad. It wasn't spicy at all and it had a really strong seafood flavor. I've lived in different cities across California, two of them having denser Asian populations, so I've had mind-blowingly good tteokbokki before. We've been here a few times now and every visit seemed to have gotten worse on my end. My partner always went for a sure thing with the veggie bibimbap and was always pleased - I on the other hand tried something new every visit. I've gotten the beef bulgogi bowl - it was fine, pretty similar to most Korean fast casual options. I've also had the bulgogi burrito - not so good, lots of rice, if you're looking for a Kogi copy this isn't it. And most recently I tried their ramen - this was awful, I got it to-go and didn't notice the noodles weren't separated from the broth. When I got home it was a clumpy mess of beef and noodles from what I suspect was an instant ramen priced up with some added toppings. You're better off making some Shin Ramen at home if this is what they're serving tbh. For what it's worth the staff was always nice, ordering to-go is easy, and the space is plentiful and clean. Lets start with the quesa taco they serve it with a spicy mayo, the beef had 0 flavor tasted like tv static it only has some flavor and was greasy tasted it was fried in old oil. if you dip it in the sriracha mayo thats the only flavor you'll taste they give you kind of a lame cop out for a lack of flavor. The regular chicken taco same thing as the quesa taco no flavor the only thing its leaning on is the spicy mayo. The bulgogi bibimbap i had it with spicy beef and again lack of flavor only thing it made it edible was the gochujjang and sesame oil. All the veggies were bland with no salt or anything usually there should be some type of seasoning on the vegetables didnt taste anything. All this food for 23$ dollars and some change. Portion for bibimbap was a bit small to what im used to at usual Korean restaurants. For the price and the lack of flavor probably wouldnt come back. It's in a cute plaza that has tons of offerings and the place itself is pretty simple. The menu does have quite a lot to offer. I got 2 bulgogi tacos, an order of bulgogi fries & my boyfriend got the kimchi quesadilla. It took about 10-15 minutes for our order to be done and we took it to-go. Once home, my mouth was salivating at the smell of the bulgogi. Interesting place i must say. The food was packed with flavorful and unusual dishes. That is not a knock, just different. The food is great though, the tacos are packed with generous portions of the meat you select and the veggies add a nice texture to the tacos. It was also the last thing we ate, so we weren't expecting much at all. The wings were second best. Super crispy and delicious. Was very disappointed in the fries.
