We went to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and had an incredible time! The staff member who helped us from the beginning was very kind and attentive to everyone in our birthday group. Amazing place to go with friends definitely a fun and memorable experience!

It was my first time visiting this location -- I usually go to the Ontario one. This location is much smaller, and the wait was pretty long, but overall it was a good experience. We had a good time, the prices were decent, the track was clean, and the cars were in good condition. I'd recommend it for a fun time if you're in the area.

    see you on the track!

i was very fortunate to visit k1 speed on my company's dime :) we had a team building event at this location and we thoroughly enjoyed the racing and the food. we had the buffalo wings, barbecue wings, beef brisket slides and cheeseburger sliders. all of the food was delicious but the wait time was quite long. the racing activity was soooooo fun, we were all very competitive and loved comparing race times. i would love to have a party here, but be warned, the food will take a while. i quite liked the service. i was saying please and thank you to the staff, and one staff member said it had been maybe two weeks since they were last told please. cmon people!! these staff members work hard to ensure a safe and fun activity, the least we can do is have manners. all in all, i would recommend k1 speed.

Connor told me they had a promotion and said it to me after they made me pay and didn't give me the discount, CONNOR IS RUDE!!

I had never ever been to a K-1 Speed before. It was my friend's birthday and she had a party there. We went to the K-1 located in Burbank. The place was easy to find , kind if in an industrial area. The parking was not ample and the spots were very tight, but it was no biggie . There was alot of street parking but I didn't read the signs so I am not street if it was okay to park out front. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by staff. They had us come over to the counter and they checked us all in. We had already filled our waivers out online to the check in process was pretty quick. They were extremely thorough when going over the rules of how the cars worked and what behavior was expected from everyone. They put us in groups and we were in our way. At first I was afraid to go fast for fear of topping over but once I got the hang of it , I was on my way and I never looked back They have a pretty cool arcade with alot of old school games It's a bit pricey but hey you only live once I had a blast and I hope to go back soon with a bunch of friends Go check it out !!! I'm only giving 4 stars because of the lack of parking Everything else was a definite 5 stars Oh and the food was delicious!!!!

Can 3 year olds ride these?

Hi, Me! We do have a height requirement for our junior karts which is 4' (48") tall. We typically see more 5/6 year olds reaching that requirement. Hope we'll get to see you all soon!

They did have other unique things to see like the force perspective and sound effects but that's just it. You exit into a gift shop that is near entirely made of "Friends" souvenirs. You return to the main building for a small DC and Harry Potter section and then straight to the gift shop. I was fairly underwhelmed by it. I expected a bit more in explanation and showing things instead of here's so and so from this show. The museum portion was more of a photo op than anything. I don't think I would return.

We got the "early bird" ticket where we can enter the park starting at 2 pm. The fan fest night starts at 7 pm so we got to enter early to enjoy the park along with the public before the rest of the fan fest ticket holders. This experience was great and I would do it again. In between the transition, there was barely any wait for the most popular rides and I never waited more than 15 minutes for rides that normally would take 2 hours. They are building the fast and furious: Hollywood Drift ride here, which is a new roller coaster. It's supposed to open summer 2026, so we just missed it's opening. For fan fest, they had the Harry Potter theme, one piece, Mario/Nintendo theme, and a few others. The concept was pretty good and Nintendo Land had Mario characters, including Yoshi's, Mario, Luigi and toad. I didn't get to enjoy the one piece themed foods since we brought lunch in from the outside. Hogsmeade had a scavenger hunt also, but we did not participate. The butter beer always hits, and one of my faves. It's like cream soda on steroids. The rest of the park was normal. I liked walking around at night with less of a crowd. Best part was I did not have a panic attack this time. I also bought a robe, which I look forward to using.

Most of my thoughts during this visit are surrounding FanFest so I'll add the details on THAT review later. Overall, my experience was amazing. The decorations, friendly service, and sheer awe of being in a movie studio while also enjoying rides is something unique to behold. The theme park was transformed for FanFest and here's to hoping it gets even better next year! The park wasn't deathly crowded, we got to enjoy our evening and reflect on how big USH has gotten. The merch was absolutely fantastic, I was so tempted to buy the whole store at some of the shops. I'm a huge movie/pop culture fan! I noticed the park was clean and still carries a retro Hollywood flair. I'd highly recommend visiting, I'm even thinking of getting a pass! Parking was meh, it's pricey but we felt our car was safe in the lot. Note, the parking garages are quite a walk away as you have to cross through CityWalk to make it back to base.

It was not too crowded, and there is a lot of parking on both the left and right side of the zoo, which made it easy. Before entering, there are many vendors selling food, hats, accessories, and children's toys. Children under 2 are free, ages 2 to 12 were $22, and adults were $27. I believe there is also a senior price, possibly around $24. We were able to go through the entire zoo in about 4 hours, and the kids spent some time at the playground, which was new to me since I had not been here in a few years. If you are going without children or with older kids, you could probably get through it faster. Some animals had been relocated to another zoo, and the elephants were not there, which was a bit of a bummer. We were told animals get put away about an hour before closing. I am not sure if that applies to all of them, since we still saw some animals out around closing time. We were able to bring in our own snacks and drinks, which was nice. They do have a few spots that sell food, drinks, ice cream, and other snacks, but they were a bit expensive for me. If your kid is a train lover, this is a great FREE place to visit. I still can't believe it was free lol. There's a play place for kids inside the museum, but you have to provide your own train toy for the tracks there. There's a gift shop near the museum where you can buy those. We bought our son one of those that you pull backwards, then it goes fast in forward motion on its own. Totally worth the $12 price tag because he hasn't put it down since, and even sleeps with it lol. You can't get into any of the trains, BUT there is a black one under the awning where many of them are that you CAN go up into. The kids were obsessed. There's plenty of space on the property to setup a picnic for the day that doesn't involve having to rent one of the covered spots. The whole breadth of travel town is available to be seen, including the many steam engines, miniatures, gift shop, and more. The train you ride itself is comfortable, covered, clean and well maintained. They make an excellent ride for a family. Our kids loved it! As with Travel town's sister railroad on the other side of the park, I recommend sitting near the back of the train to avoid the exhaust smell. The staff are very friendly and clearly love their jobs - I don't blame them! The rest of travel town is otherwise quite limited. Aside from a large number of locomotives, and nice areas for picnic, the museum and other sites are fairly limited. You come to travel town to see the big locomotives and ride the miniature train - that's about it. A playground would go a long way! Thankfully, admission is free and parking is plentiful. You need not budget more than two hours for your visit unless you are a true train aficionado. Nonetheless, Travel Town is an excellent, worthwhile stop for families and especially those with children 8 and under.

After living in LA for just under two years my wife and I figured it was about time we actually checked this place out. We came here with all three of our dogs on a Sunday morning and it was a really cool experience. When you arrive to Griffith Park all you really have to do is follow the signs and it'll lead you right to a small parking lot, usually also loaded with man-made signs for kids birthday parties and such. Once you park, you have to follow a trail and walk up a slight hill for like two minutes before you are suddenly staring at some old enclosures and such. These enclosures are fully open, meaning you can walk right up to them, inside of them, and check them out yourself. If you follow the path a little more you are able to go up a hill and explore behind the bigger exhibits (which I was unable to do this day thanks to some recent lung issues). I have no idea how big the actual old zoo area is, but the area we saw was really freaking cool and definitely has me itching to come back when I'm 100% in order to see everything. Overall, The Old Zoo is cool chance to go back in time for free and experience old some Los Angeles. The park is free, parking is free, and guess what? Checking out the old zoo is free too. You really can't go wrong with some slight exploration and cool photo opportunities. I look forward to coming back soon and exploring some more.

Basically, for anyone who still believes that the Magic is real. And I'm going to let me let you in on a little secret.... It is, very much Real. So pack your bags, head to Platform 9 3/4 and get on the Hogwarts Express! ALL ABOARD!!!!! To The Wizarding World of Harry Potter @Universal Studios Hollywood we go! --------------------- It was May 23rd, 2026.... We were celebrating my oldest daughter's Birthday who just turned 8 a few days prior. As she recently got into watching all of the Harry Potter movies and being that we hadn't been to Universal Studios in several years, none of us had experienced the Harry Potter World before. On the day of our visit, my oldest wore her Harry Potter outfit (Team Gryffindor, of course). I don't know who was more excited, her or me... But she looked Awesome and her beaming smile said it all! We were at the front gates at opening and our 1st stop was The WW of HP and upon walking through the gates of this Magical Land... We were all immediately transformed into another world. A world of Magic, of Mystery & of course Wonder. It was something special that only you seeing it for yourself will you truly understand the Magic. And as the wise Albus Dumbledore said himself, "Words are in my not-so-humble opinion, our most inexhaustible source of magic." Yes, the true magic are the things that can be said about this place; the stories told, the memories created, the experiences shared by those who had yet to experience it before. And our experience was nothing short of Pure Magic. The Hogwarts Castle is absolutely Breathtaking; I simply could not get enough of it. Yeah, as we walked away for the final time that morning, I just couldn't stop looking back at it as I was filled with joy. From the.... Train conductor at the entrance who posed for a picture with my oldest was in character the entire time and he was a pure gem. To the themed shops, the butter beer, the interactive spots throughout the land were so much fun and it's definitely my new favorite spot within the park... And of course, the themed rides that absolutely did the movies justice and were extra fun because it was our first time. We had a blast! But the most magical part of our experience was the wand shop presentation where a child is selected from the audience as the "chosen one". My daughter was randomly selected as the "chosen wizard" and was pulled front and center to be apart of the wizardry show. It was experience she will hopefully never forget... I know I won't! A huge shoutout to Universal Studios and everyone behind making this place as real as our imaginations imagined Hogwarts would be.... You ABSOLUTELY Nailed it! Until our next adventure..... May the Magic in your heart, the imagination in your head and the hope in your spirit stay young forever.

The attention to detail throughout the entire area is incredible, from the architecture and music to the little interactive elements hidden throughout the land. Even if you're not a huge Harry Potter fan, it's still an experience worth visiting because the atmosphere alone is so immersive. One of the best parts was how well the staff stayed in character and interacted with guests. Team members were friendly, helpful, and did a great job managing the crowds, especially around the more popular attractions and shops. Even when the area became busy, employees kept lines organized and answered questions without seeming rushed. The rides were definitely the highlight. Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey was one of the most impressive theme park rides I've experienced. The wait time can get long very quickly, especially in the afternoon, so I highly recommend going early in the day if possible. Universal's app was helpful for checking ride times throughout the day. Flight of the Hippogriff had a shorter wait but was still fun, especially for families or anyone wanting a lighter ride experience. Food and drinks are expensive, but honestly the themed snacks and Butterbeer are part of the experience. Butterbeer is a must-try at least once. The frozen version was my favorite, especially in the California heat. Seating around the food areas fills up fast during peak hours, so timing your meals earlier or later than normal lunch times can help avoid crowds. The shops inside Hogsmeade were extremely detailed, but they do get packed. Ollivanders was one of the busiest areas during my visit, and there was a wait to get inside. If you want an interactive wand experience, be prepared for the wands to be pricey, but the interactive spell locations throughout the land make it more fun and worth it for fans. One thing visitors should know is that this area gets crowded very quickly, especially midday and during weekends or holidays. Taking photos can sometimes require patience because there are constantly people walking through the main pathways. Early mornings and evenings seemed to be the best times for photos and shorter lines. Overall, this was one of the most immersive themed areas I've visited at any park. Universal did an amazing job bringing the Harry Potter world to life, and it truly feels like an attraction you could spend hours exploring. Definitely worth adding to your Universal Studios Hollywood visit.
