K3 Milpitas expanded and remodeled. It's nice and bright and has spa feels to it. Always welcoming when you walk in the door. Jen and staff are super nice and do great work consistently over the years! Always the newest styles and very detail oriented. You'll get what you ask for and they give suggestions too. Parking is available in the lot in back. Check em out! They're the best!

Always great service! Nice ambiance. Lynn takes care of me and Mio takes care of my daughter! And Ana does our pedicures! The price is in line with services and although we got short basic sets today please know that they rock long nails with intricate designs with ease and grace. I travel 45min just to come to this shop love love love our techs!!! Oh yeah and don't forget to tip nicely they deserve it

I came in a Friday to get my nails done. I was in the area so decided to come here ( I usted to come here a couple years ago ) Place looks really different it's newly remolded. You can go to the most nicest place but if they don't do a good job you just won't come back. That was my experience, my nails are super bulky and thick. My nails are lifting from the bottom near my cuticle and my hair is getting stuck under my nails. Awful job for $75 dollars Chau did my nails she was super nice but there's no way I pay 75 dollars for this work.

Came in and was seated right away. Surprisingly they're not busy. The vibe is casual and the ladies are just Chillin waiting for customers. I'm always happy with my pedicure.

Came last week, 5/23 for a new set and a pedicure. Today, exactly a week later my nails look like I've had them done for weeks. There are all kinds of snags and hard clumps of acrylic that was left under a couple of nails.. also, the acrylic is lifting and cracking all around my cuticles. The top coat has chipped off as well. Not the kind of job I expect for what I was charged ($85) very sloppy work that I would not recommend. It's hard to find a nail salon that delivers quality work. I may end up just going back to Press-on nails

I've been coming to Jen for my acrylics and I gotta tell you, she NEVER disappoints!! I always make an appointment beforehand to hold my spot since I know they are always busy. They do enforce safety measures, such as the screen, limited people inside while others are seated outdoors to wait their turn. Not only are her prices reasonable, the quality of her work is absolutely fantastic!

Got my gel nails on Sunday and this is 3 days later on Wednesday, it does not last cheap mail polish waste my money, not going back!

Cheap gel polish this is my nails 3 days after service l, waste of my money....it's already peeled off! Not going back!

    Nail art by Lynn

Lynn is my go to and gets my nails right every time! She is great with designs, and she is really nice and sweet. The interior is very nice and aesthetic, never too crowded in there. She's always on time and you get a complimentary drink when you get there. Been going to Lynn for almost a year now and I always leave satisfied!

White streaks left under french tip

I'll start with the positive; The remodel looks great and gives a sophisticated vibe. They give you a yummy complimentary drink and snacks. Cindy did a great job on my pedicure. They didn't rush which I appreciate. I will say that they had me feeling like they were laughing at my toes when putting the separators because I've worn small shoes which cause them to be close together, but I can't confirm because they talk/whisper in Vietnamese. I don't know the name of the lady who did my full set, and I didn't ask because I was just over it. First thing I asked was if she could cut my cuticles and she said "later". I have a lot of cuticles due to biting my nails, so I know that cutting them will reveal more of my nails... but I trusted that she knew something I didn't so I didn't say anything. She applied acrylic first and cut my cuticles as the very last step. She said she wouldn't charge for cutting the cuticles, and I'm glad because 1. she did a bad job at cutting them, 2. she only cut the sides, and 3. the acrylic isn't covering my whole nail so they look grown out a bit already. She also filed my nails after polishing so she filed off the paint on the tip of my nails and the sides. I have a tendency of saying sorry because I poked her a few times and she muttered "sorry sorry sorry" under her breath. While doing the french tip, I noticed that one of my nails was filed unevenly and another had white streaks under the tips from the cleanup process. She said she didn't see what I meant, and continued working. I asked if she would fix it to which she replied "later". Later later later. I try to be very nice and respectful, but I was now irritated and I think she could tell, which is why she "cut my cuticles" "for free". Now looking at them there's still white streaks under 3 of my nails and paint on my skin. This is my second encounter with this employee and I'm hoping the other employees have better work. Still not sure if I would come here again.

Love my Louie Ms. BheLLa girl! Best nail tech yet.
    Shari V.

Ms. BheLLa is the best nail tech! No matter the challenge or traditional nail job she is spot on, aims to please and is on point! I would not change her style for anything or any other nail tech. Stay awesome Ms. BheLLa!!

    Pedicure area.

Recently remodeled. Place is nice and clean. Has an elegant kick to it. The waiting chairs not too comfortable. Amazing pedicure service from Cindi. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Definitely worth it.

There is a reason why I never cheat on my beauty team, but desperate times call for desperate measures. Had an appointment on Monday, April 4th to get a gel manicure and pedicure. They began my appointment on time which was great. Although I didn't expect the salon to be busy on a Monday. When it was time to pick my color they didn't have my first or second pick gel polishes available so I went with black - not a big deal. When the lady was done painting my nails they were so bumpy and uneven. She applied an excessive amount of base coat/polish. That's when I knew I made a mistake. Anywayyyy it has only been 3 days and this afternoon I noticed my ring finger had a large piece of polish missing. It literally came off in one large piece - not hanging or anything. Just gone. I went back to the salon today and a random nail tech fixed it and I went on my way. Fast forward to tonight and now I have three other nails that are peeling. This gel manicure didn't even last 3 days without falling apart. $40 down the drain. Never had such a terrible gel manicure before. This place sucks balls!

    Lucia S.

I've been coming here for probably over a year now. I make the trip down from Fremont because it's the closest salon that does trendy designs. If you can't call to make an appointment you can text them but don't expect an IMMEDIATE response. Sometimes they respond in 10 minutes, sometimes they'll respond at 11PM. They were accepting Venmo/Zelle for awhile but last I went it was cash only. Luckily they are located next to a BofA and a Chase as well as having an ATM inside. Pros *I usually go to Mio for my nails and she pays attention to what she's doing. So does Diane (the woman who's always wearing long sleeves mo matter the temperature). Jen is great and so is Dan. *Yes on wait times but I've never waited more than 15 minutes. I understand that maybe the previous client came a bit late or maybe someone is doing a design that is super detailed. *Got a pedicure from this woman that I cannot remember her name and she really took the time to shape my nails and clean them. And she made sure that my chair was on. Con * my main concern is that they do their nails pretty thin sometimes which means less durability. So if you want them nails to be stronger, ask them kindly. And Ofc take care of your nails. * sometimes inconsistency. Nail length is pretty on point. It's the thickness from either over filing or under filing sometimes.

I left a message around 4:38 PM today, requesting a 7:00 PM massage appointment with a specific therapist. I received a callback at 4:41 PM confirming both the appointment and therapist availability. However, at 6:30 PM, I received another call saying they had "just received" my message and asking if I still wanted to book. When I explained that the appointment had already been confirmed earlier, I was then told that the therapist had been booked for another client about 10 minutes prior and asked if I wanted to move my massage to 8:00 PM instead. My answer was no. Situations like this are the easiest way to lose long-time customers. Confirming an appointment and then failing to honor it less than an hour before scheduled time reflects poor customer service and poor coordination. While I have enjoyed coming here over the years, there are many other places offering the same service with far better professionalism and reliability.

She was very thorough, asked questions without being intimidating and explained every step as she went through the process. She was even apologetic for being so thorough, to which I would say, it's great when you have someone who does than not, so the client can be an informed and active partner in the treatment process. The staff stopped me to demand a tip, even though I had already prepared 20% in cash. After I handed it over, there was no "thank you" and no professional acknowledgment. Instead, I was met with a prolonged silent stare that felt completely hostile and awkward. I went in for therapeutic care and was met with physical pain and unprofessional rude behavior. I will absolutely not be returning.

I was giving chances in hope I find a good therapist while filling my visit stamp card. One of the biggest challenges has been communication. I often find it difficult to effectively communicate the specific areas of pain and the massage techniques I need for relief. Even when I carefully mark the body diagram beforehand and explain my preferences, I leave uncertain whether my concerns were fully understood or addressed. For example, I specifically requested upper-body work using NO elbow pressure, but those requests were often disregarded. They also glide against my back so much I felt bruised. I also found that the combination of deep tissue and Swedish massage was not performed effectively to work on the fascia and remove knots properly. Instead of experiencing relief, I frequently felt increased soreness and discomfort within an hour after leaving my appointment. I was also disappointed by an experience with red light therapy. Before booking, I asked how the treatment would be incorporated into the session and was told it would be used throughout the full 60-minute appointment and moved to different areas. In reality, it was only used for approximately 30 minutes before being set aside for the remainder of the session. From a patient's perspective, understanding pain patterns, anatomy, physiology, and proper therapeutic techniques is critical to providing effective treatment. Based on my experiences, I often questioned whether some staff members had the level of training necessary to deliver personalized therapeutic care, esp when it is hard to be understood. Another difficult aspect is gratuity. At the end of a session, I often feel obligated to leave a tip because the service moment. However, after reflecting on the experience--or after the pain and discomfort set in later--I realize the treatment did not provide meaningful relief. This leaves me feeling conflicted, both for the therapist and for myself as a customer. Ultimately, when seeking massage therapy, health and well-being should be the priority. I hope management takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve therapist training, communication, and treatment customization so clients receive care that truly addresses their individual needs.

I received excellent firm pressure from my masseuse as she did a thorough job working on the typical areas (back, shoulders, arms, calves), as well as my hamstrings, head, and a little bit of my feet. The use of her forearms and elbows was effective, and she even found and focused on the knots in my back. Service involved minimal communication, with limited english spoken, both at the front desk and during my treatment. I paid beforehand with a credit card, which included a $2 fee, and tipped in cash afterward. A pretty straightforward process. Parking in the Milpitas Square plaza was a pain. If you have an appointment on a weekend, I recommend coming early and giving yourself enough time to secure a spot.
