They looks like they have decent manicures but save yourself if you want a pedicure. My sister in law made an appointment for us. They took forever to seat us, helped others that came in after us, and then separated us. She seemed to have a better time than me. Once someone finally started working on me, it just kept going down hill. She decided to look at her friend while cutting my cuticles. Needless to say, a had a few toes bleeding. I should have walked away then. She cut off the entirety of my toe nails. Buffed the top of my foot. Not even sure she tried to make any shape of my toe nails. And barely touched my foot with the pumas stone on my left but pushed so hard on my right foot, it left me in pain. The nail polish is all over my toes. She fucked up my first design so now I have 4 coats of pink and 1 coat of clear so obviously a toe or two is going to smug. Once she finally got a design on I thought I would be done but she kept adding to it and now I have a marijuana leaf on my toe. Had I not gone with my sister in law I would have left the second my water got cold and no one helped me. Never going back. Save your money. read more

Very money hungry business. I spent 70 on a pedicure and the lady cut me terribly multiple times. Whole night I could feel my toes burning. Silly me went back for a full set with a different girl and she sliced my whole finger with her drill, I was in so much pain I couldn't even react plus my anxiety made it worse. I paid 100$ because I'm not one to make a scandal and I contact owner after infection for a refund and he was so rude. Will never do my nails here again. read more

I'm not sure if it's because I came in during a busy time or whatever but the lady who did my nails had very sloppy work.. the shaping was great but she was super sloppy with application.. my jewels are crooked, she got the bonding glue for them all over my nails, lines weren't consistent, and she didn't fix my cuticles after I asked her to a couple times. I would've asked her to fix it more but she already had someone else in the chair. I also came in for a pedicure but never got it because half of the staff went home or something and I was already there for almost 2 hours. This is review is strictly for the pedicure. Me and my sister come in on Sunday, June 13 at 4:15PM. I wanted a pedicure and got the one that was the top of the list that include: jelly feet mask, massage, callous removal, paraffin soak, honey leg mask. On top of that I asked for gel for pedicure which was another additional $10. The worker who was doing this did a TERRIBLE JOB. She finished this whole pedicure by 4:45PM. She was rushing the whole process and the total was $75! Which is ridiculous for only 30 minutes! She didn't even try to use the callous scrub for more than 1 min on each foot. I was baffled on how fast she did that so when she moved onto the leg massage I told her to apply more pressure since all she was literally doing was putting lotion on it...didn't even bother to attempt to massage only once I mentioned it to her. Usually this place has so many good reviews whenever I would ask my friends where did they get their nails and feet done. I should've read the Yelp reviews first because there have been way too many 1 start reviews prior to my visit. I understand that it was a Sunday, however I came in a whole extra hour and a half before closing. She rushed through the whole thing and her work wasn't even proficient. I'm very saddened because I was supposed to have a good time relaxing and my boyfriend paid for my pedicure, but this by far was the worst experience. I came here with my friend today and honestly, I will never come back here. I had Vy(?) or Vi(?) as my nail tech and she was so rude. When I sat in the chair, she was super nice and funny but her attitude changed faster than I could blink my eyes. She asked me what color nails I wanted and I said pink, and showed her a picture which was a nude pink... Then she only showed me options for hot pink, bright pink, etc. Way off, girl lol. She was literally getting frustrated with me because I wouldn't choose any of the colors she was showing me, but why would I if it wasn't even what I asked for?!?! I finally settled on a light purple color since she wouldn't allow me to get regular gel over my acrylics. She was also visibly upset after I said I'd only get a design on 2 nails instead of all 10.... Bruh. The entire process of her shaping and filing my nails was so interesting. She took out her frustration on me when she was doing my nails. She was literally pulling my arm and yanking it and being rough for no reason... Like girl calm down. I have never been in a nail salon where the nail tech has told me no & basically telling me that I HAVE to get a design on all nails. I am the customer who pays you, don't ever tell me what I can and can't do. I only gave this place 2 stars because even though this was probably one of my worst experiences, she did a good job on my nails. She was also talking bad about another customer in Vietnamese, which I'm not surprised because I know this is a common thing in nail salons.. but wow. All because this customer was being "difficult" (Vy's words, not mine) over how much her mani/pedi cost. Also, this salon is filthy and way too crowded. The dust from the filing of nails was EVERYWHERE. Old acrylics were literally scattered all over the floor, and the smell of the fumes from the nails was so bad I was getting light headed. I look around and there were 5 ladies sitting over in the corner of the pedicure chairs, eating, chatting, and on their phones?! I've been coming to this place religiously since 2017, literally every 2 to 3 weeks and my nails are always over the top. I used to get good service, but as time goes by I noticed I am getting charged more and more even for a less elaborate nails (probably because I never ask how much I need to pay, I just show them the designs). I stopped coming here this year and started going to Melissa in Perfect Nails. The treatment is so different. I always get laughed out for being intricate and wanting over the top nails by K3 though I pay $80 to $130 on my nails not including my $20 tip eacb time!!! read more

The star is only for MIO!!! I had booked my appointment with Jen, MIO, and any other provided for March 31st at 10:00am it was for me and my nieces. I got their and was asked who I booked with gave the lady the names and she walked us right in, they told me "JEN" was running late, and I was fine with that waited about 5 minutes or so, and was later asked if I was sure I booked "JEN", I answered yes. I had called Monday evening and unfortunately I did not get the name of the lady I spoke to but she verified with all nail techs that day I even heard her ask "JEN" specifically if she was available. I was later told by "BELLA" that I couldn't have booked "JEN" because she only books via text message and she was off that day (she made me feel like I was the one lying) totally unprofessional and her attitude and demeanor was off. (Not to mention I'm pregnant and hormonal, not pleasant at all) I just let the whole situation go and had my nieces finish their nails with the other providers, MIO was nice enough to sit me in her chair that day but to be honest the customer service and whole vibe was truly upsetting as I was sitting there another lady came in she had booked her appointment at 12:00pm with "MIA" I do believe it was an accident of pronunciation and she meant to say "MIO" ends up they were totally making her feel bad even telling her she called the wrong number the rest of the staff were so defensive and continued talking in Vietnamese and I know it wasn't friendly talk it was rude and unprofessional. We waited for about 10 mins before we were called up to a chair. I'm used to natural looking nails, not to long. I asked for tips with powder dip. My nail tech didnt like the fact that I kept saying 'shorter, shorter.' She literally said 'short nail no sexy' eh. The shape came out great..still not as short as I'd like tho. The service was super super fast and yet expensive. It took about 15mins to do my nails and cost $45. Again this is not my go too but it did its deed. The place is in need of an upgrade BIG time, also too loud for my taste. I dont get 'me' time much so when I do, I enjoy the quiet. The most important thing is...its not sanitary. When I look at my nails closely, parts of it wasn't even covered in gel. The evenness throughout my nails is totally off. K3 nails never fail to disappoint. As someone who is obsessed with big blingy nails, K3 has been and always will be my favorite salon. My favorite nail lady is Lily. Lily may be a little rough but she never fails to disappoint. I've shown her really hard designs and she has always been able to recreate them. Now, if you're looking to have more intricate painted designs, I'd recommend you ask for Mio. For example if you want panted flowers, etc... Ask for Mio! Mio really pays attention to design and in my opinion does the best french tips in the salon. Another plus is that K3 always has the trendiest decals to gems! Not only do also have a large variety of bling and decorations for nails they have a large variety of powder colors. Personally, I hate when my acrylics are done and painted over with gel, I like getting color powder so, this is a big plus for me. read more

I love going to this place but lately they've been doing a horrible job first I paid and my friend 65 for basic nails she got French tip supposedly that was at least 30 bucks Second I came back to remove my nails and they almost removed half of my real nail still made me pay full price I should've gotten it for free and I felt the right to not pay but instead I asked for a discount at least 2-3 dollars off they refused to give me a discount and two ladies hurt me at different times that day but yet my sister that got her nails removed paid less than me she didn't even get hurt. I have been here a couple times now- I usually only go when I need a more intricate design or fun nails that my regular nail salon can't do. They do designs well here but they don't provide services that other places provide with a manicure, such as cuticle cutting, pushing etc, but they do charge the same amount as a place that offers these little extras. They usually get pretty packed later in the day and on weekends, so even if you make an appointment you might have to wait a bit (I had to wait 1.5 without an appointment and 40 minutes WITH an appointment). Overall they get the job done and can make fancy designs but you'll get a watered down version of a manicure. read more

Today was my first visit EVER!!! Cashier girl at Beryessa 7Leaves had the cutest nails I had ever seen and she gave me the name and location of this shop. She highly recommended it. Thanks girly!!! Cons: I would've given 5 stars if it hadn't been for the wait. I called hours ahead to make an appointment, but whoever picked up the phone didn't write me in. I ended up waiting maybe 30min or less. Pros: My nails came out amazing!!! And made it worth the wait. The price was also A LOT LESS than other local shops I see on Instagram. Only paid $45 for my new set and nail removal, compared to $65 at another banging shop I went to in The City. Dan did my nails there. I have very brittle nails, and when my thumb nail was on the verge of ripping, he was very cautious and gentle the rest of my time there. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! First and foremost, I've been going to K3 for the past 2 years I've lived in Milpitas. Never had an issue, only went to their shop ALWAYS, but this past experience was my last straw. So I go in to get a full set and pedi, and 1) the lady who did my full set was rushing and complaining about my nails the entire time. 2) I went home, next day I'm playing catch with my son and I throw him the ball and 1 nail breaks. THE DAY AFTER GETTING THEM DONE. Didn't pay too much mind into it until I went to work and I was literally just peeling a sticker off a product when my thumb nail breaks! Now I'm furious. I go to get them fixed. They fix it but you can tell she used a different glitter then the rest of my nails (didn't mind it too much either). THE NEXT DAY ANOTHER NAIL BREAKS. At that point I was so over having fake nails overall. A few days past by and I notice a build up growing between my nail and the fake nail. (In pic attached) I am super over it, paid $60+tip literally just for these nails to not even last for a full day. Sorry but definitely never going back again. If you want a rushed pedicure and a bleeding toenail with paint on your foot then this is the place to go. I got here for my appointment and had to wait until I was able to come in due to capacity limits - which was fine. Throughout the service the pedicurist seemed like she was rushing. She made a mistake with the drill and touched my skin (which happens sometimes), then she started cutting my nails. I really don't think it was necessary to cut both sides of each nail, but she did anyway. When she cut one nail, it started to bleed and my nail kept bleeding throughout the entire service and she didn't understand why. Obviously she cut a part of the nail that wasn't suppose to be cut! To top it off, there was paint on my toes. She could've taken it off but she clearly had somewhere else to be because she left the shop as soon as I finished. I really could have done this at home instead of wasting $40 at this place. First and last time. I'll stick to painting my own nails until shops can actually be open instead of going to a nail shop that operates from an auto repair shop. read more

Jenn does amazing ombré nails!! I've come twice for her services and both times she did not disappoint. She works fast and efficiently, her shaping is even and the shape lasts for more than a week.. For other places, the nail techs paint the nails to the point where you lose the original shaping because they add too much polish at the ends... But Jenn makes sure the original nail shape isn't covered by the excess polish.. What Jenn also does that is different is that she makes a deep C curve when thinning the nail.. This also makes the shape last a lot longer than normal. You have to call in beforehand to request an appt with Jenn, she normally doesn't take walk-ins! I'm giving this place 5/5 stars for Jenn. But overall a 3/5 (I gave the average for the review) because the 1st time I went for a pedicure the lady that did it didn't do a great job.. she didn't smile the entire time and looked pretty annoyed at the fact that I requested to do French tip.. When I was finished and was waiting for Jenn I sat on a waiting chair that had fresh nail polish on the seat.. it got on my pants and hands. I moved to the next seat and told my pedicure lady. She handed me a small cotton swab for my hands but didn't wipe the seat I was telling her about. Some other lady sat on the same chair and it ended up getting on her too.. I ended up messing up my pinky toe from moving around.. the half dry nail polish ended up being scraped on top of the rest of the polish that was dry.. instead of erasing the nail polish and starting over my pedicure lady just painted fresh polish on top of it.. leaving my pinky toe with a small bump (which really bothered me) but I didn't say anything and just left.. I'd come back for Jenn, but will do my pedicure elsewhere. read more
