They advertise Buffet on their door $12.99 but they do not offer buffet anymore after the COVID-19 started. The advertisement should be corrected to place your order which is 10.99 for a small plate with lil rice and 2 sticks of Kabob, no salad is offered. read more

Small restaurant, clean, very friendly staff. We were greeted immediately and shown where to get plates & cutlery. The kitchen is open to view and the food is put out in small fresh batches. The meat was all well spiced & the chicken had a bit of welcome heat to it. The chopped tomato/cucumber/onion salad was tasty. Both types of rice were fluffy & great with everything on the buffet. The yogurt/cucumber "sauce" (too thick to be a sauce really) was outstanding! It was thick, fresh and bright tasting - I would happily eat it alone! One of the dishes I tried (but did not ask the name of) was a soup/stew that was tomato based with lentils & meat - very nice flavor & meat super tender. They also have grilled veggies, which add good flavor & texture to the meal. After we seated ourselves & started eating, a gentleman brought us a plate of additional freshly cooked kabobs (ground meat - sirloin?) on a pita bread, with olive oil. This, in addition to what we each had plated! The buffet is small in terms of the variety offered, but there were things we didn't try this go around, so will be back. Biggest issue is that none of the food is labeled. Depending on what I was reading, the food was described as Kurdish, Persian, Iranian or the catch all term, Mediterranean. The menu didn't describe the dishes that were on the buffet & described a variety of meat, so having the food labeled would be a HUGE improvement. The only thing they have, that I personally do not like is the tea. The perception of taste is vastly different for everyone, so this is just my take on it. I know it has cardamom in it & as a tea lover (hot & cold), I was looking forward to it. It tasted & smelled like soap or a spray cleaner. I even added a tiny bit of sugar (not necessary because it isn't a bitter tea), to see if it helped. I had my son try it & smell it before I voiced my opinion, oddly he thought the same. I was really disappointed. The waitress asked if I liked it & seemed disappointed when I said no. She quickly offered to get me something else, which I thought was very nice. I think people should give it a try. It isn't mind blowing amazing, but it is good. $29 & change for 2 people, a water, a canned drink & the tea. Not bad read more

My friend was eating there with some other friends as well. They were going back for seconds when a Chinese lady (I'm guessing the owner's wife) yelled at them, asking them why they are eating so much. That is rude and it made me embarrassed for the owner. Will not be back. read more

Kabob house is some of the best and least expensive Persian food I've ever had. Their lamb kabob is so tender it literally melts in your mouth and is seasoned and cooked to perfection. All the meats they use are very high quality. Their koobideh is also delicious - not dry, and made with choice meat. The owner and his wife are so friendly and accommodating. They always greet me and my family and even go out of their way to make us items that aren't on the buffet. Don't forget to try the salad shirazi and hummus. read more

Went back before Covid started back when I was still on campus and this was the hangout spot for me and my friends when we wanted a fun and delicious meal after having some fun!! The kabob is unbeatable, and I have yet to taste a place with better kabob than here. Key word is Iranian, this place has the best Iranian kabob I have ever had. The buffet option just makes it all the more worth it!! 12 or maybe 13 dollars for the buffet I forget which but it is totally worth it...lots of varieties of Chicken kabob and beef koubideh kabob!! Also usually there's two soups and the rice is delicious!! There's usually two types of rice served along with two types of chicken and a beef koubideh along with a normal beef gyro!! There are also about 2 or 3 salad types, some yogurt choices and and some individual veggies!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOURE VISITING ARLINGTON OR EVEN DFW AND WANT KABOB!!! Ate here for dinner and enjoyed it. We got a complimentary salad and naan to start with which was delicious! It has pickled olives which I usually hate but really enjoyed it in this case. I may start eating them more often. Ordered #9 the ground beef kabob and it came with a lot of rice. The beef was a bit drier than what I am accustomed to however it was really good.
