I was in Orange County and needed a place that apparently specializes in BMW's but... They charge way too much for an oil change. Double of what other places would charge actually. I mean if you want them to give you a run for your money then go here otherwise find a place that isn't so fake. Just suggestion. Service wasn't so great. Kind of feel they tell the customer what they want to hear and then don't follow through with what they claim they can offer. Oh, and the people here are kind of pervy. My husband and I came here hoping that they would be able to fix our mini cooper. Celso, one of the mechanics, kept looking at me inappropriately. We sat down waiting for them to look at the transmission. After 2 hours they had not looked at anything. Don't be misguided by all the 5 star ratings. For all you know it's family upping the ratings. I swear these guys are the Masters! They can do it all from the complex engine swaps, engine rebuild to bringing your broken car back to life to your simple oil change. So how good are these guys? Well, they're so good at what they do that the other mechanic shop(s) owners next door have KarKrib work on their cars! Now tell me if that's mind boggling or what? If you don't think it is well then slap yourself. Celso and Gil have the knowledge, the skills and most importantly the patience to work on your car. BMW Master Techs? Yes. Can they fix your Honda? Yes. Can they flip that thing inside and out with their eyes closed? Yes. Oh and don't be afraid or feel intimidated because they're very humble, kind, funny and super laid back. They are a BMW specialist and they have the BEST pricing around irvine, lake forest and mission viejo area. They are also very honest, they will show you the brand new parts that they will put in your car and they just didnt sell me any additional services, just did what I went there for. THey also fixed a noise problem that has been going on for at least 5 months and seemed to be getting worse..... so far the noise has stopped.. and best of all, it was FREE of charge!
