Quality Thai food in Bothell! Great menu with all the Thai classics. The inside is clean and really modern feeling. Plenty of seating. It looks like they also have a back patio for outdoor seating in the summer. I tried the Cashew Savory as the cashew stir fry dish is one of my favorite Thai dishes. It was delicious! They include pineapple in theirs which I've found isn't common, but it was a nice touch, bringing a bit of sweetness to the dish. We were celebrating my friend's birthday and I let the staff know when we arrived. They surprised her with a cheesecake with lychee (?) or passionfruit (?). Not sure what the fruit was, but it was delicious and so refreshing. It was such a nice gesture and the fact that they remembered and I didn't have to remind them was so nice. Service was friendly and prompt. If you're looking for Thai in the Bothell area, this is the place to go!

This is one of my favorite Thai spots on the Eastside and I personally think it is worth it to drive and go here from Kirkland. Honestly everything is good and I have yet to have a bad dish here. Thus far we have only ordered takeout but the inside is nice too and I would like to dine in one of these days. On our most recent visit we ordered the basil fried rice with pork, pad see ew with beef, and yellow curry with chicken. Rice isn't included so we did make some jasmine rice at home to go with the curry. All three dishes were delicious and if you order them with some spice they do give you some spice which I appreciate! They also give you a solid amount of protein which is nice as well. I definitely recommend trying it out!

We were greeted with a smile and seated immediately at 5 PM on a Friday. Clean and friendly environment that has both booths and tables. A brisk take-out business observed as well that most likely contributes to the extra fresh and tasty ingredients. The yellow curry was spot on with flavor and a generous portion as well. The Phad Thai is worth the trip alone. We went with 2 stars out of 5 and that was sufficient for us, they have chili oil and spices to increase heat if so desired. Fried rice was delicious as well. We gave up on the previous owners and we're giving this restaurant another try after a couple years of driving right by. We are so glad we stopped to check it out. We will be regulars going forward. All 3 dishes totalled with tax $52 before tip, fair prices for the portion size for sure.

A cute, modern Thai restaurant with a charming ambiance that leans toward a light, European inspired white theme. The service was a bit slow we had to wait to be seated and to place our order. I tried the Pad Kee Mao at maximum spice, which definitely delivered on heat (I loved that), but it felt a little dry and could have used more flavor except heat. We also ordered spring rolls for the table, which I really enjoyed. Overall, it was a decent meal not bad, but not particularly outstanding either.

Cute and cozy little restaurant located in Kenmore. I was greeted by super friendly Staff, who took me to a comfortable booth as I got here a little early before a lunch meeting with a coworker. They have a very robust menu with plenty of traditional Thai options. I ended up ordering the pad see ew with chicken. You have a choice for your spice level anywhere between one to five. I selected a three, which gave my mouth and lips a very warm tingle. That is probably the highest spice that I can handle. The dish was very well cooked and the noodles were delicious. Great flavor overall. And the portion was very generous. Definitely worth coming back to try some of the other noodle or curry dishes.

Came here for an early dinner one day and it was pretty empty. Service was quick and good! Servers were friendly and checked in on us often and refilled water. The food was really tasty and fresh! We got the fried spring rolls to start with. For main, we got chicken Thai fried rice (spice level 3) and chicken pad see ew (spice level 3). Both were delicious! The spice level here is pretty authentic unlike many other places where a spice level 3 is like a 1. The spice levels here are pretty accurate so get what you can handle. Will definitely be back here to try other menu items!

Great place to hangout for a flavorful dinner. We had String beans as appetizers. Main course we ordered pineapple fried rice with vegetables and Thai fried rice with tofu and green curry. Green curry was star of the evening. Taste was bang on and also if you want to spice it up ask for the hot sauce, it is just perfect. Curry was presented with a gorgeous looking vessel. Also, don't miss the dessert, fried banana with coconut ice cream. It was delicious. Host was fantastic, very welcoming. Would love to go again and explore more entrees.

lovely thai ladies, good thai chef's orange chicken was the bomb with an actual orange unlike panda express -filipino (honorary thai) salamat!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hadn't gotten food here for at least a year if not longer because the coconut milk on the mango sticky rice was sour. I decided to give them another try this past Friday. There was this large piece of plastic in one of the crab rangoons. The size and the way it was folded makes it really hard to fathom how it ended up in there if not intentionally. Three stars because the pad see ew was good and the coconut milk wasn't sour.

A hidden gem! Shared the yellow curry, garlic green beans, tom kha gai soup, and chicken satay with my husband, daughter, and mother-in-law. Everything tasted amazing. Definitely some of the best Thai food I've had in WA. Portions were perfect and we had a meal's worth of food leftover. Everything on their wine list is from the PNW, and I got a very generous pour of a delicious Sauvignon Blanc from Oregon. Our server was friendly and attentive. Food looks really good. Makes me wish I didn't have an onion allergy and could eat any of it. Its a fair amount of money and 2 hours waiting wasted. It's like they read my very specific 'no onion' note as 'extra onion'. I ordered an hour before closing and it took 1.5 hours to get here. They're closed now so I can't even call to complain until tomorrow. read more

This is such a hidden gem in kenmore! If you're looking for GOOD Thai food in the area, this is the place to go. The food here was outstanding. Not only were the portions a great size, the prices are very reasonable as well. The cashew chicken and Tom Yum soup were outstanding. Very small pad Thai serving despite the fact that rice noodles almost cost nothing no peanut sauce on the pad Thai no egg $8.50 for the 6 tiny spring rolls. However, the venue restaurant was OK for a date. Food rating at the Front door was also only Ok I really like pad Thai especially peanut sauce, peanuts nuts, etc. I went out and bought Skippy peanut butter to add to my dish portions here in spite of very good service read more

One of the best Thai food I have had in a while. The food here is delicious and so filling. The place is adorable, love all the plants. We had a tough time finding a good Thai place where the food was delicious and was quality. For a a short time there was a go to in MLT but when that left we scrambled and found this place. Our usual order is crab Rangoon, beef pad see ew, the egg plant dish, and usually a random dish. Everything has been so good. We haven't eaten at the restaurant but it's well decorated and cozy. read more

This was the most wonderful experience all around. The restaurant is light, clean, attractive and comfortable. Our service was impeccable...but the food...oh my....fresh, colorful, nicely presented and VERY tasty! The real clue to me that the food was exceptional, was that neither of us wanted to stop eating! But prevailed in order to enjoy one of their luscious desserts. We were not rushed and stayed and enjoyed a joyous meal and conversation. I can't wait for the leftovers for tonight's dinner! Food is fresh and excellently prepared, with exquisite sauces. Tastefully presented, like the restaurant itself. Even the outdoor area in back, thoughtfully covered by a canopy, was designed to be pleasant, surrounded by flower beds and twinkly lights. We particularly enjoy the curry dishes, and Pad Thai, but everything is delicious. Not too sweetly seasoned as some Thai restaurants do for their Western customers. Service feels like you've been transported to Thailand. The staff genuinely want you to enjoy yourself. And the ambiance is lovely, despite the nearby Bothell Way traffic. Ordered Pad Se Ew and Beef Satay for take-out. They were really far behind so my order took an hour. I ordered 1 star for the first time in my life (usually I have no spice). It was so hot my tongue and lips were numb! The beef satay was extremely rare. Tasted terrible and very chewy. read more

Decent little Thai place. I've personally been to most off the Thai places in Kenmore and can say this is probably the best. I ordered the red curry lunch special. Would highly recommend getting the lunch special seeing how it comes with a salad, pad Thai, white rice and your choice of entree. Service was decent took 10-15 minutes. The red curry was good with a little heat and as for the pad Thai flavorful but nothing to write home about and red curry was good. The salad definitely needs work seeing how it had virtually no dressing and was very bland. Thai ice tea was good with good flavor. The overall restaurant has a good atmosphere and was very clean and over all just a nice looking place. For $12 the lunch special is a very good deal for the amount of food you get. I ordered three items for pickup. I ordered a fried rice with tofu with was very reasonably priced and yummy. I ordered a noodle dish which was also delicious and reasonably priced. I ordered the fried spring rolls which came with 5 maybe more it's a good price just not my favorite spring rolls which is why I gave the 4 star review. Either way I was not disappointed and will be ordering here again! read more

If you are looking for a great Thai food, Kataliya has a diverse menu offering all of your favorite Thai classics. Our party of seven was seated quickly. surprising, since it was around 6:30 pm. each of us ordered a different dish for a family style dinner plus 3 different appetizers. Every dish was was distinct with its unique flavors and was some of the best Thai food to pass through my lips. Will definitely go again when back in the area. A must try! Service was great. Wow. Have been trying every Thai place in the metro area for 8+ years and was just blown away by our takeout meal tonight. Just another level above nearly every other place. Sticky rice carefully prepared, and even delicately packaged. Tempura breading shockingly light and flavorful (not the heavy pre-frozen stuff you see everywhere else.) This was the second visit for the 3 of us. Once again, everything we ordered was excellent. Among us, we've tried nearly a dozen dishes and haven't been disappointed yet. We have been impressed with the taste profiles, freshness, quality of ingrediants, presentation, and portion size of each dish. The service is exemplary! The server/co-owner is always accommodating and on-the-spot with all our requests. Both times, when we got home with our leftovers, I was pleasantly surprised that she had labelled each box (no more having to open each to peek and see what is in each box) she even taped each box shut to ensure none of them would pop open. I am blown away by this extra attention to detail! We are so happy to finally find a "go to" Thai restaurant in the area! read more

I ordered Pad Woon Sen with the crystal noodles (high protein/low carb) as take out and the portion was huge! My not spicy request on the order was honored too. Very tasty & the staff were welcoming and friendly when I went in to pick up the order which was ready on time. Looks like a cozy ambiance inside & has been remodeled since the last owner. I've only ordered the Pad Woon Sen because I need to cut back on carbs and rice & others noodles are high carb foods. I think Kenmore is lucky to have this Thai establishment! read more

just ordered takeout dinner from the gym yesterday: Pad woon sen w/ chicken and it was delicious! Large portion w/ the crystal noodles & w/ no stars/hot spices as specified in the order. It was ready when i arrived 15 min later. Will definitely go there again and then some! So glad we have a new Thai place in Kenmore now. A friend of mine told me how much she liked their curry so i decided to try the place out myself. read more

The murals drew me to the restaurant but then the food is even more amazing. As a Thai person, the food is authentic. Nice decoration. Staff are friendly. The food price is the same as other places. I ordered Pad Keemao, fresh rolls, duck curry, seafood hot plate. All delicious. read more

New chef and management .. very kind and warming host. Neat ambience. Food was made fresh and taste was just perfect with fantastic flavor and spice level. We got the wonton soup , pineapple fried rice , potstickers and spring roll. Potstickers could have been less oiler but overall great food. Definitely recommend. read more

I had lemonade, edamame (which we were supposed to share), and the eggrolls. There was leftover edamame and lots of leftover curry with tofu which my friend was happy to take home with them. The eggrolls were wrapped like spring rolls, which threw off my friend who is currently choosing not to eat meat. (I grew up on the East Coast, where eggrolls are different at Asian restaurants.) The menu is extensive and we would return.

We got our 2-for-1 on the rice, and the portion is pretty big, so we will get at least 4 servings out of this. Tofu mushroom soup Ordered 4 stars, and there's actual noticeable kick to it, which not every place does. Excellent flavors. For $25, 2 little cups doesn't seem like much, so if I see that 2-for-1 again I might put it in on the soup instead of the rice. We're trying to think of delivery these days as a rare treat, and this place more than met the mark. We had a dozen other dishes in the cart before we could make up our minds, too. He raves about it and is the type of food I adored. So we finally got together to try it as his treat to us. All of us ordered the same thing so no menu pic! Actually there isn't much of a menu as they use the electronic screens over the counter for just pictures??? And the menu is a dingy paper menu off to the side. This is not the typical Asian restaurant as it's a counter run by two young white girls and I'm assuming a chef in the back cooking the food. Ordering was simple and pay at screen. Food came up fairly quickly but you pick it up in individual trays with condiments at the counter. There is really no service here so wonder about tipping beyond standard. We had to take our trays back up before finishing our discussion as they were closing and both ladies were sitting at the other end of the counter scrolling their phones without getting up or acknowledging us really. Yet it was close to closing so I thought this was very odd compared to most Asian restaurants with hardworking staff. The noodles were cooked good and a very tasty rich broth that didn't need the soy sauce packet provided but it did need the chili sauce given! Pork belly was truly tender and the fat cap melted in your mouth. Only a small bit of bike choy which could have been more robust like I'm used to elsewhere. My big complaint is so simple! Little plastic western style spoons! It's so hard to eat all this broth out of a huge ceramic bowl with these and either the plastic disposable Asian spoons or reusable plastic Asian spoons need to be implemented before I come back or I'll bring my own! Really a pain to deal with that without bringing the whole bowl to your mouth in public. After reading reviews of this location vs their brick and mortar mothership in Edmonds, this one gets dumped on because of what's perceived as rude or poor service and high price for experience. Yes this is a little high on price per the experience but not extremely so. And honestly the service and its format was not impressive but I didn't find them rude. Perhaps complacent and disengaged as it's just a counter job for this staff and not real table service etc. After looking at the Edmonds reviews, the product offerings are far more varied then this little food counter and it seems that there's is a gracious owner/operator there and better food and beverage options! I'd prefer eating there I think if it weren't for the fact that I can almost see this food court from our house. 4 stars is a bit generous but they executed a good pork belly noodle soup ultimately.

Even after a 40+ minute drive home, the moment I took my first bite... it completely blew me away. Every ingredient worked perfectly together, yet still stood strong on its own. The balance of flavors, the depth, the execution -- all of it was exceptional. Between that dish and the level of service, this is easily one of the most elevated teriyaki spots in Washington that more people need to experience. Ranging from nigiri to sushi, from tempura to the soup, bento boxes have a special place in my heart. Yet, I feel like Nakagawa's bento boxes have sadly missed that mark. The protein (chicken teriyaki/katsu) tastes old and oddly mushy, and the portions are quite small, just leaving me wanting more. Don't get me wrong - the fish is still good. Solid place for seafood, paired with a lengthy wait. But Nakagawa just lost its touch with us, and driving that 30-35 min trek is not worth it for us anymore.
