This is not my first recommendation for KC Home Services, and the reason is that they are always professional and reliable. So given the rains and my older home, my drain for the kitchen and the washing machine gets blocked once a year and it happened again last week. I called KC Home and they were fully booked but Lia who answered the phone understood just how urgent this was ( without it I can't use my kitchen sink, run laundry or use my dishwasher) and she squeezed me into the schedule. Mike and CJ showed up close to 7pm after they had a very long day but were able to help me. Not only were they clean and professional but they were thorough, they used a camera and recorded the drain pipe so I could see what's going on. They fixed it before 8pm and I was good to go. I also spoke with Virginia in customer service to think about a permanent fix to this old drain clean out pipe, more to come when that does happen. I cannot say enough good things about this company from the way they listen and understand the problem and to the staff who came to my home, I feel safe with KC Home.
