We walked over here with our pups and sat outside on the side walk. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, giving them water and a dog menu. We quickly ordered some drinks and the coke was crisp and fresh! Top tier, in my opinion. We were undecided between ordering breakfast or lunch but once she spouted off the specials - we were hooked. We ordered the pride bagel sandwich and I'm still thinking about how delicious it is. We also ordered the biscuits and gravy which my husband polished off. We even got a little turkey sausage for the pooches as a reward for behaving! I love this place and will definitely recommend it to those in the area.

When we visited, it was very busy and buzzing, but the service never missed a beat. Our server was friendly, on top of her game and offered helpful recommendations. Despite the crowd, our food arrived in a timely manner and hot. My husband ordered the eggs Benedict. The eggs were cooked perfectly-when you cut into them, the yolk oozed out exactly the way a perfectly poached egg should. That said, he felt there wan't quite enough hollandaise sauce, and the sauce leaned a little too lemony for his taste. The English muffin also could have been toasted a bit more. The hash browns, however, were the star of the dish-perfectly crisp and well seasoned. I went with the Key West BLT with blackened mahi-mahi, served on a toasted sourdough with garlic aioli. The fish was blackened perfectly-well seasoned with lots of flavor-and paired nicely with the sandwich. I originally planned to order the house chips, but they were not available. Our server recommended the French fries instead because of their unique shape, and she was right-they were crispy and nicely seasoned. Most of the seating is outdoors under umbrellas, which adds to the laid-back Florida vibe. Overall, this is a lively neighborhood spot that feels full of locals who clearly love coming here. We'll be back to try more dishes.

That said, I can appreciate that with a team of just two people, they're clearly focused on maintaining quality over quantity. The space itself is absolutely adorable and very thoughtfully curated. During our visit, I realized the owners seemed familiar, and after chatting with them, learned they were behind a few other local restaurants I've enjoyed over the years. Small world! The restaurant is very small with limited seating, but that appears to be intentional and fits the concept. The wine selection was enjoyable, and I really loved the overall idea and atmosphere they've created. When it gets busy, it's easy to see how challenging it can be for a two-person team to balance service and hospitality while keeping everything running smoothly. Even so, the effort, passion, and attention to detail are obvious. Overall, a wonderful addition to the area. 10/10--we'll definitely be back and hopefully snag one of those sandwiches next time!

Everything is prepared in house with a focus on quality, the quality bread is imported from Miami, the portions are plentiful and the tastes are well balanced and delicious! Please note, seating is quite limited, so we (Peter N and I) made sure we arrived first, before they opened at 11am. I noticed they were at one point awarded best of the bay which could just be locals supporting local businesses which is typically how that list goes, because I would definitely not vote this as the best Cuban sandwich. Cute little local shop with mostly outside covered seating and a couple inside two seaters. This is an order at the counter restaurant near treasure island/madeira beach. Great flavor but where is the pork? The meats were limited and the most important one very scarce. They also want $11 for just the sandwich. Was it the worst I've had? No. Was it authentic? Yes. Would i recommend this Cuban sandwich? Sadly, no. If it were half that price and you just wanted a cubano I would say yes. But if you are looking for a truly good cuban sandwich because you've never had one or are craving one, I would not send you here. Decent. But not great. Price too high especially for the lack of meat. For that I give 3 stars

This sandwich is so on point words can't even describe it, so you would have to go and stop and try it on your own. My costar of the show is the order of rice, beans, and onions as a side. In a little container, the rice is on the bottom, yellow, not mushy not crunchy just perfect, with a beautifully baked beans on top, with a lovely, sweet, savory juice. Topped that all off with the crunchy onions and you have a winner of winners. Add the fresh fountain, drink, and sit outside under the cabana, and just take life and enjoy the lunch. Services with a smile, and they do take credit and debit cards also. I also noticed a lot of takeout happening when I arrived. When on Treasure Island this really is my favorite spot for lunch Easy parking both in the front, the side of the building and in the back. It's a little tricky backing out onto the main drag, but doable. Thanks again for a wonderful experience Floridian. You really are a staple in the community and much appreciated.
