When they handed me my frozen Coke, it was overflowing all over the lid, spilling directly onto my hands. I was also told they were out of sweet tea, which was fine, so I politely asked for a Diet Coke instead--but they still gave me a Dr Pepper that was filled only 3/4 of the way. Then, when they handed me my straws, the worker dropped them out the drive-thru window onto the ground, and I had to get out of my car and pick them up myself. Unfortunately, the food was even worse than the service. None of it was edible. My Big Mac bun was so hard it was basically crusted to the box, like it had been sitting there forever. The chicken nuggets had a mysterious black spot in the middle, which honestly made me question if they were even safe to eat. The fries were soggy and nasty, and my McDouble bun was completely soggy as well. They also forgot my sauce entirely. By the time I looked through everything, I honestly didn't even feel safe eating the food because I was worried about getting food poisoning. This was a complete waste of money and time, and easily one of the most disappointing fast food experiences I've ever had. I definitely will not be coming back.

And I went with potato salad instead of the fries. For about $11 with tip, great cheap lunch. My only gripe, and I know it's the norm now, is they ask for the tip in advance. Tipping to me is what you do to reward great service, in a traditional restaurant environment. Asking me to tip at a take out place before you give me service or my meal... it's never going to work for me.

It worked out fine and they knocked it out of the park by upgrading my pizza to a medium and even added extra cheese. The fries were delicious but that pan pizza was amazing!
