Hadn't been to KFC in over five years, and my mom asked for some, so we gave it a go at this location. The service was very good -- fast and friendly, though they got the style of chicken wrong. The two-piece box was fine, the chicken still moist and the coating crispy. The tenders were almost inedible -- dry and tough, as if they had been sitting for quite a while. At $11 for six, they were overpriced considering the quality. With so many other options, I don't think I'll be coming back to KFC. The service here is horrible. Everything from the food to the workers. I ordered a 16 piece meal, and asked them to please try and give me legs and thighs because they tend to give you small pieces of chicken that don't even count as a piece. We pay for the food yet don't get what we pay for (and it isn't cheap.) not only were they rude about it, but they didn't even give me biscuits that came with the meal. This place is totally disgusting. They don't give darn about their customers if they're getting any kind of quality food or not after they gave my food away to the person in front of me in the drive-through, they finally got my order right I was completely polite to them. I wasn't mad that kind of thing happens when I get home. I have a bucket of petrified old chicken that's probably been sitting there for two days and a five piece chicken tender that only had four pieces that look like beef jerky. It was so disgusting I called the first kid that answered was real nice. Dear Management, My family and I came to this establishment on August 30, 2019 at 9:15 PM. Although there were 4-5 staff members working behind the counter, no one bothered to ask if we needed help. We were patient, friendly, and smiled through all your employees' whispers of "you help them." When we were helped by a young female girl, she proceeds to tell us that they are "no longer cooking anymore chicken for the night"!!!! Really?!?!?! It was evident that your staff was trying to close down early. Although I understand their intentions on a Friday night, there is still a business to be ran. I can take a hint when somebody is just lazy and doesn't want to cook fresh ones before closing. When I got to the window and tried to pay with a 20 she said she didn't have change for the 20.
