"I'M OUT OF ALL ON THE BONE CHICKEN!" This is my closest location for the last 10 years. In that 10 years I have never once had a good experience here. My last time trying to get food here was beyond painfully slow. Literally 43 minutes in a drive through. That should've been the final time but alas, the chicken craving tonight was strong. Went to the drive through, immediately was greeted with, "what can I get you?" Not surprised at all by this type of unwelcoming tone and statement. I proceed to try to order only to be told, "I'M OUT OF ALL ON THE BONE CHICKEN, I only have strips." Ok if I go to Taco Bell, and they told me they're all out of tacos, I fully expect me to be on another planet. How in the universe does a location named Kentucky Fried CHICKEN have CHICKEN in their name, be out of chicken?!?!?!?!?!?!? I truly believe that whoever owns this location is intentionally trying to tank it like the Cleveland Indians owner in the Major League movies. Because if they aren't doing it intentionally, this is the saddest excuse of a KFC in the world and the person in charge needs to be sent back to kindergarten to learn the most basic of human skills as this is BY FAR the worst place to try to get food in any form around Northern California. I'm basing this off no rational reason other than the slim odds I ever come into contact with a worse restaurant/place to get food in the surrounding 250 miles. If there is anyone that can fog a mirror at KFC corporate headquarters that reads this....for the love of hungry/overprivileged people near this location.....bring in an entire new crew and owner. Just Houston Astros this entire staff and hire someone who cares 15% of the time and it will be worlds better than anything that's there now. P.S. I bought 8 pc meal and hot wings to take home today. After 30 minutes, we started eating the meal. It seems like the 6 of the 8 chicken piece meal and 10 of the 12 piece wings given to me were hard and seems like few hours old. KFC is putting few newly cook pieces on top of the old pieces so it's not obvious they are mixing old and new. Would not recommend to buy there again. read more

So after my last review KFC reaches out to me and gave me a free value meal coupon so I would give them another shot. So originally I rated them 1 star but upgrade them to 2 stars as the man working behind the cash register was very friendly. So we decided to skip the drive through since it took so long last time as we walked in they had a sign letting everyone know that their soft serve machine was broke.... that's to bad since they are also and A and W...but I didn't want that anyways. I used the coupon for the chicken sandwich value meal it's called the K4 so that was free, so that was nice. My wife ordered the chicken tender meal, we obviously paid for hers and she really enjoyed it. My food was just okay the potatoes were nice and crisp and hot so that was a plus, but my sandwich was just barely warm which was a disappointment. I was hungry so I still ate it as I wasn't trying to go order more food. Overall the store was a disaster, once again they were understaffed I even heard the employees talking about it. The restaurant was not clean and they had nothing stocked by the soda machine and spilt soda all over the floor. Now behind the counter where all your customers can see.... come on employees clean up after yourselves, I have worked many years in a restaurant so speak from experience that the health department would not be pleased. If you don't check what they hand you thru the drive thru window, chances are you're order is incomplete or you don't get what you paid for. The only reason we go to them is because it's the nearest one to our house. We bought drive thru tonight. I ordered 4pc chicken combo (chicken + side of fries + drink) and classic chicken sandwich combo (sandwich + fries + drink). Paid $21.10. My mistake, I didn't check the bag as my toddler was already crying. I get home and we got 4pc chicken tenders, 1 fries, 2 drinks and 1 sandwich. I'm thinking they're still open with all the money they get from people who pay more for what they actually get but don't want to be hassled with having to go back to the store to get their money back. At least if you order from them to DoorDash you can get your money back without issue if you make a complaint. read more

The entire corporate culture at KFC has NEVER put any emphasis on getting to go orders correct. Order all breast pieces, they will mix dark meat in. Order mashed potatoes as a side, they will forget gravy. Order three sides, you might get two. It doesn't matter if they are busy or slow, the one thing that KFC excels is is fucking a to go order up. I went here for a DoorDash pickup. They made me wait 30 minutes along with two other Dashers because they forgot about our orders that had been up on their screen for over an hour. They were unclean (wiping gloves on pants and reusing them for everything, wiping her nose and then continuing to empty the ice cream machine, and touching the door handles and counters and then bagging with the same ungloved hands). They were not in a rush, made customers in the drive through wait before telling them they were closed. They were awful and rude and I've worked in food service for years and have never thought to treat anyone like this. You need a rework of your employees and a retraining of all of them. read more

I wrote a review in 2019 where I gave this place two stars. The food has deteriorated from that below average review (it can be hit and miss, but this time was really a miss). We went through the drive through and I guess we were the suckers who got the oldest pieces of chicken. I'm not even sure that the "leg" is even a leg. Picked up an order of chicken strips and an eight piece bucket. The eight pieces were overcooked or old as they were extremely dry. I've never ever had a dry piece of thigh meat before, but it was tough and the skin was tough. The chicken strips were OK. The clerk asked me what sauces I wanted and I told him, what four I needed and he said OK I get home and of course there's no sauce. I'm sorry but I just HAD to come here one night because I was living across the street at the time and was craving some of their Potato Wedges. Of course these Potato Wedges were also going to be my dinner, so I had to get a side of Macaroni and Cheese as well to make it a balanced meal. I'm kidding. Kind of. So I ordered a Small Potato Wedge and a Small Macaroni and Cheese. Their sides comes in small which is good for one person, or large which could feed a whole family. Or one person, no judgement here. The drive thru was quick and easy and so I was out of there in no time. The employees were friendly and my order was completed correctly. I asked for extra Honey Mustard Sauce with my potatoes, and they gave me just enough. The Potato Wedges were good and I would get them again, but the Macaroni and Cheese wasn't as good as I remembered it (overlooked) so I probably wouldn't get it again. I took a bite being optimistic. It was one of the worst things ever. I had to spit it out. It indeed was covered in oil. My husband has a stronger stomach but didn't finish either. This is our local KFC so it is about the only one we go to. We dont come often as it is not the healthiest. People are friendly and the dining room is generally clean. Biggest gripe is that they run out of things often so the wait can be long. One time my husband just went for the two of us and it must've taken close to an hour because literally every thing we ordered ran out is succession. Now we go with the expectation that it might take forever or have a substitute item. I also don't dig that they charge for extra gravy. I dont mind paying maybe .50 extra but no they charge you for a whole another side. That is company wide so not this locations fault. read more
