Although the manager of the store was very friendly and helpful, the food was terrible. The chicken was soggy and greasy, and the fries didn't even taste like french fries. I needed to get a bucket of extra crispy original fried chicken. It had been so long since I had ordered KFC that I needed quite a bit of help from the staff. The manager (Roberto? - I am not certain of his name) was so very helpful and patient with me. Another employee - Charlotte - had to step in to help for a while, and she was so patient with me, as well. In short, this was a great experience; I had thought that it would take quite a while, and I was prepared to wait, as I ordered a combination of white and dark meat. My family has not eaten KFC in a very long time. If we cone to this location it's to eat at the Taco Bell. We asked our son what he wanted for dinner and he said chicken instead of the normal pizza. It was either Church's or KFC. While the better deal is at Church's we decided on Kentucky Fried because I hadn't had it in a long while. We ordered the $20 Fill Up which comes with 8 pieces of original or crunchy 2 family sized mashed potatoes, a family sized coleslaw and 4 biscuits. The lady at the window gave us a slight discount for the wait which wasn't long at all. She was extremely nice. We got home and the food was hot and delicious. Stopped in here to pick up take-out chicken for my family. It has a clean modern interior. An omen was the man ahead of me in line who said he was actually in the take out line and was tired of waiting, so he came in to check. The server was very friendly and somewhat efficient. Then I waited. It turns out there were four indoor orders ahead of me. 9 minutes later, when my name was called, a woman who was waiting for her order when I had first arrived was still waiting. When I told a server this, she had to go through the TV menu screen. A worker had closed off her order, which was just sitting on a counter. When I got home, I noticed they hadn't included the biscuits that came with my order. I regret this KFC merits their overall low Yelp score. read more

We've been to this location a couple of times now and like going here because it's close to where we live. My hubby enjoys the fact that this location is a combo of KFC/Taco Bell (can kill two birds with one stone kinda thing). We do go inside the lobby instead of going through the drive thru, so I'm not sure how service through the drive thru is like. The first time that we were here, we had fantastic customer service and we got our order fairly quick and we received all the things that were in our order. My only complaint during that visit was that the floors were really sticky and it was a bit difficult to lift my shoes off the floor. The food that we received during this visit was good and satisfying. Our second visit we had ok service and it was a small wait. The food was good so no real complaint there. The store was cleaner this time around. Overall, I would say that this is an OK location. If you're in the mood for both Taco Bell and KFC I'd give this place a shot. read more

I had an inspiring communion at this KFC location. The service was impeccable and the food was tasteful. This KFC brought me back to a simpler time-- when America wasn't so divided and we could just sit around the table and eat chicken together. While it made me think of tradition, it also had a modern twist. I really enjoyed the experience of getting my hands dirty and turning on the soda machine myself, with the key that was left in the machine. The crustiness on the edge of the reusable mashed potato containers led me to understand the true essence of Colonel Sanders, and his deep environmentalist views. I use this reusable container every day that I go to work, in which I store hummus or mashed potatoes, and sometimes live sardines. Every time I put some food in there, some more of that mysterious crusty goodness accompanies the flavors that I decide to pack in there. Overall this was a five star experience, and I will be sad to see this restaurant get mowed down by a health code violation. read more

This place can be iffy. I have gone 2 or 3 times and they give me something wrong every time. Yesterday I went on my lunch break and granted they were quick to get my order out, but when the very quiet antisocial boy at the window gave me my drink it was dripping soda because it was over flowing. My car is a mess now because of the soda. The boy gives me my food and I leave. Once I get back to work to eat my food I open the bag and THERE IS NO FORK. This location is one of the KFC/Taco Bell combos! I usually visit this location because I get an entire meal for $3-$4 and they are pretty accurate. I don't eat meat so I substitute the meat on whatever burrito, taco, etc. I order for beans. They are usually pretty nice about substitutions but there have been a few times the employees have been more interested in talking to each or joking around when I pulled up to the window. Now, don't get me wrong, I LOVE a good time, but I also love my food to be meatless when I stressed the fact I didn't want meat. This is the only KFC / Taco Bell in the area. The food is what you expect. Just standard fast food. The drive thru service is the only problem. The line tends to be slow no matter how busy it is.
