This is not my first time here and I don't come very often but this has been the worst experience of all. Arrived at 10:30am. Told a 35 minute wait but was actually an hour wait because they skipped our name. Then our party sat waiting another 30 minutes, no service, no order placed, no acknowledgement. Different servers walked past several times. It was as though we we're invisible. After literally flagging down a server, our order was taken a little after 12noon. Sad part ... None of the servers had name badges. If I could, I would name the servers who ignored us. I would also name anyone who was HELPFUL. Was a bit busy on Saturday at 1:00 but the wait was well worth it. Had Denver omelette which was spot on, large pieces of ham, peppers, onions. Wife had pancakes, eggs and corned beef hash. She really enjoyed the pancakes, the corned beef hash was ok but just like the canned brand. Service was great, always come here when visiting. read more

They got our order wrong. We both order our sandwiches w/o bacon. Both came with bacon. We sent them back. As I was eating I see a small piece of bacon on my sandwich. I DO NOT EAT PORK. What the cook did was remove the bacon and sent it back out. They better be glad my request for no bacon was not due to health issues. Later that night my niece was eating her sandwich, guess what she found.... bacon. Again, the cook had simply "attempted" to take the bacon off instead of making new sandwiches. read more

This place is delicious! Service is fast and their menu has so many unique options. I've tried different things both times I've been there and it was all soooo good! Definitely a great breakfast place but lunch is also very good! Not sure if I would recommend to anyone on a diet but there are definitely some healthier options ! Stopped by Kick Back Jack for a quick breakfast pitstop before hitting Palm Springs and it did not disappoint. Everyone's service was impeccable and although our food did take a little bit of time to come out it was well worth it. Portions are very generous and worth your money. The hot chocolate is delicious here. If I ever need to make a pit stop in the Rancho Cucamonga area this will definitely be it. read more

Was out this way and decided to stop for a bite to eat. Restaurant is roomy and didn't have to wait to be seated. The staff is friendly and bring your appetite. We've been to this location for breakfast many times, Claremont once. I always get the same thing Raspberry-Stuffed Belgian Waffles, my youngest gets either the same or Raspberry-Stuffed FlapJacks, my oldest gets a burger or Bacon and Eggs, and my husband gets some combo with pancakes. Pancakes are huge and nearly always shared. I don't share my waffles, it's always perfectly cooked with a blintz-like cheese and whipped cream and powdered sugar. They also bring butter and syrup, which I skip. Reliable, reasonable, noisy, good to excellent service, what more can you ask for? read more

Always make a reservation if u come on the weekends or prepare to wait ahah the portions r always huge so it's ok to share most plates and save some money since it seems the prices can be a wee steep on some items. My first time here was a very dissappointing experience. We decided to try the Dirty Donuts that were advertised on the menu only to be told they had been discontinued. Why are they still listed on the front page of the menu and advertised on the employee uniform shirts? So, we decided to try the cinnamon pecan roll instead. After placing our order, the server returned a few minutes later to inform us that no cinnamon rolls were baked today. Not a promising start. I ordered sausage and eggs for my breakfast and the sausage was pretty poor - not flavorful at all. My wife ordered the Bahama Mama Skillet. Each component tasted OK by itself but the ingredients together just didn't work for us. There must be some better items on the menu worth trying but based on our experience this morning, I doubt we will return. read more

Had the pancakes they were delicious, bacon was fried way too hard as it was all curled up. Home Fries are always good. My waitress appeared to be very sad, but nice and polite. This is the second time I've dined here on a Sunday and my waitress was melancholy‍. I pass by this place everyday and I have noticed the good reviews and wanted to give it a try. I have decided to make this review shorter because my battery is going to die. Food: Eggs Benedict: the eggs Benedict was actually pretty good. I liked the flavor of the ham and the sauce was not too overwhelming. I ordered home fries for my side and that lacked vision. It was just potatoes with....well...thats it. Not really seasoned and kinda burnt on some bites. I think good sides are super important because it brings the plate together and while not everyone is going to order the same main dish, many will order home fries on the side. Pet peeve: the coffee comes in a glass mug. I didn't like drinking coffee out of a glass mug. Haha its like the difference between drinking coke from a styrofoam cup as opposed to a can. Its just different. (I know some of you will feel me on this) Coffee was good though! Edit****: So I was contacted to give this place another try by a customer service rep and so I did. Service was actually much better this time (which I didn't even mention in my original review). I got a vegetable skillet and my gf got the omelette version. This time the home fries were much better. Nothing burnt. A new girl was assisting our main server and they were both super nice and attentive. Very fast paced but friendly atmosphere. A waiting lobby is off to the side that has a coffee bar and tables for you to sit at until your table is ready. Food portions are huge. Shared the Huevos Rancheros with Carnita and peach flapjacks. The huevos rancheros were good but I think I'd ask for it without the salsa that tops it next time. It was a little too sweet for my liking. The flapjacks were good, no syrup needed. We waiting a while before our order was taken but we took into account how busy it was and our server was really nice and accommodating when she did take our offer and checked on us so that was a plus. read more

Went for breakfast this morning; food was okay, but nothing special. Toast was cold as if it had been sitting a while. The service was another matter altogether however. We had the misfortune of being assigned to one of the most inattentive servers we've ever seen...maybe the worst ever, top 5 for sure. We were sitting near the kitchen and could easily observe a group of servers animatedly chatting through much if not most of our time in the restaurant, and unfortunately our server seemed to be the main talker (we were that close). The restaurant was not busy, so maybe the employees were taking advantage of the lull to converse...who knows. At any rate we waited a very long time for the server to come by and check in on us...my wife's cold toast was dry and she needed some butter. Got that then we were on our own for quite a while. After another pretty long interval the server finally returned again to check in on us, but this time with a smile and the check. We won't be back. read more

We sat at the bar by tv so we could eat and watch Sunday football. We also avoided the wait by choosing to do so. Cool spot in the back. This is for my experience today, I've been coming here for almost a year now and never experienced such disrespect. I waited to be seated for at least 5 minutes multiple waitresses looked at me and not once offered to find the hostess to have me seated, it took the gentleman cleaning table to seat me. I sat and sat while the waitress in my area helped 3 men, mind you these 3 men were not eating together. She walks past me several times even offers the man sitting 2 seats away if he wanted a refill on his coffee, me she didn't say a word. I had to get up and ask what was going on, I came in at 830am and 9am I am sitting in my car trying to find another place to have my breakfast. If you can't staff large events to support your regular customers then close the restaurant during that time so our experience isn't affected. Thanks for wasting my morning read more
