Visited with my friend for brunch. We each ordered different things so we could try more. The food was amazing. The service was fast. I enjoyed the outdoor seating area. After my first visit I have returned to meet with clients and hold business meetings. I definitely recommend for lunch even though they have great pastries and coffee drinks but also offer matcha.
Came here for breakfast on Sunday. For coffees we ordered the toasted marsh white mocha + pistachios and crème latte. It was alright, didn't care for the drinks. For food, we ordered The Lox + a breakfast croissant (Option A) that was avocado, spring mix, garlic aioli. Our food was really good!! I probably wouldnt come here again for coffee but the food was pretty good.
I've been really wanting to try this place and it is worth all the positive reviews! The outside dining is really aesthetically pleasing with greenery and a shaded patio. This cafe is more casual where you'll order at the counter first and then pick your seating. There's no host/server so it's really self service in terms of water refills, napkins, and Togo containers. You're given a number after you place your order with the cashier and they'll bring out your food to you. I ordered the quinoa salad with salmon (extra fee for protein). The salmon was cooked perfectly! It was tender, juicy and well seasoned. The salad was pretty good too; it's definitely on the lighter side with a vinaigrette dressing I believe. Overall my dish was worth the price, I got two salmon fillets and I could only finish one of them. I also order the strawberry matcha and man oh man was that delicious! The strawberry they put in the matcha tasted like strawberry jam. I was able to sub out milk for oat milk. The matcha itself was good as well. It was a good balance of matcha and strawberry taste. Overall, I would definitely return to this place and try more of their menu items. The food portion is good especially for the price. Their drinks are also good; they have an extensive coffee/drink menu that I'm excited to try next time. 10/10 ambiance 8/10 food Would definitely recommend!!
This place is my go to for any meet up. The food is perfect and the prices are reasonable. The staff is kind and accommodating and the whole ambiance is comfortable. Excellent experience guaranteed.
The hype here is their food menu... sadly I didn't get to try their food yet because I was in a hurry. Well, today I tried 2 of their drinks. Iced Matcha with 1pump of vanilla and Iced Crème Brûlée Late. And I'll have to say that they are alright. ICED MATCHA LATTE 16oz ($5.75) w/ 1 pump of Vanilla Syrup :: This iced matcha latte already comes with regular sugar pumps. I added 1 more pump of Vanilla syrup for taste. It does not make any difference. The matcha is not good quality. Their matcha reminds me of starbucks matcha quality. I felt like this matcha is more on the watery side than milky/creamy side. And the sweetness level is pretty light. RATE : 3/5 CRÈME BRÛLÉE LATE 16oz ($6.25) :: I was a bit shock of this drink. It taste like drip coffee. It's very thick. The bitterness is bitter but not supper too bitter too. It's just right. Same to the sweetness level too, it's perfectly sweetend. Not too sweet or too sweet. The drink was also soft and creamy too. I can't really taste the Creme Brulee but the drink have a little toasty flavor to it. Note: This drink reminds me of Iced vietnamese coffee. INTERRIOR :: It's a really nice little place but also is nice and clean from in and out. Indoor is modernly decorated and spacious. There's plently of out door seating. It's also nicely decorated with fake greenery. There's lots of shades as well. RATE : 5/5 SERVICE :: There's only 2 employees there. Service was alright. They're not very smiley welcoming... but they get it done. 2 drinks came out approximately 8 minutes long. RATE :4/5 OVERALL :: If would recommend to trying their food for the hype. The drinks are mid.
Kingdom Kafe remains in the rotation. I swing by every few months or so. I grew up having a lot of Armenian friends so I'm familiar with the cuisine. They offer Americanized dishes too but with their twist. The Armenian coffee strikes similarity with Turkish coffee- it is very concentrated and served in a itty bitty cup but it packs a punch. I also tried their matcha latte- the artwork on top looked like scribble, messy and it tasted like they made it in a rush. It was extremely busy during that time so that must be the reason. I recently tried their hibiscus honey tea called "faithfulness" tasty but a little too sweet, I had to dilute it with water. Omelettes are delish here especially the bacon and jack cheese. Yummy artisan bread used for their toast and high quality baked goods being served here. They have a lot comforting home style options like tomato soup, shakshouka and ajarski. They have a big, nice patio so this is a solid option for brunch or breakfast with family and friends during this temperate weather. The dining area is small. Restrooms are clean and stocked. Friendly service. Come check it out!
Everytime I go in I ask the barista what I should get and they have never let me down! I let them know what flavors I like and how I like my lattes less sweet. I would recommend going when you have time to spare, it does take them a little time to get drinks out.
Ajarski for togo. Taste was okay, the eggs were cheap quality considering the price of each is $18-$20, the size of ajarski was for kids size, my 4 year old finished it and got full and adults were still hungry LOL. We paid extra $1 for basturma, but it had only two small slices LOL We tried ajarski in LA for the same price, it was much bigger and had lots of cheese.
This place is super under rated! I've been here twice now and both times I ordered an iced latter w. cookie butter syrup, an avocado toast, with a poached egg, and a tomato soup with a side of sour dough bread. The staff are very friendly and will take the order to your table even if you choose to sit outside. Their outside tables are so welcoming, with greenery all over the place. Overall I love coming here and tell everyone to check it out!
Honestly, my visit was solid. Had lunch here with hubby and my son. Walk up to the business , they have a nice patio area for outdoor seatings. Entering the establishment it was nice and inviting. Clean, nice decorative space with a chill vibe. The order: first time here and we got the chicken pesto sandwich and 9.5/10 loved it. Nicely toasted bread, center has your pesto, chicken sliced/flatten style, tomato, and mozzarella. Super filling item, it was yummy. My husband got the Lahmajoon wrap and I loved it. Lahmajoon is their minced meat, typically beef or lamb. I think ours were beef. Everything in the wrap just works together for a delicious combination or texture and flavor. My husband enjoyed it a lot. Lastly, we got the blueberry cream cheese pancake and 10/10 I recommend getting this! I'm not even a pancake person but this pancake was amazing. It's light and airy almost like crepe texture, topped with your blueberry compote sauce with some whole blueberries topped and the cream. I devoured that. I also ordered a honey matcha that was quite refreshing! Not bad at all 8.5/10. The service was excellent, the staff that took my order found my little boy amusing and they have a cute interaction. The food came out about 10-12 mins. Clean restroom for customers. Overall, great experience.
Finally got to try this spot out after being open for a while. I don't know why I didn't stop in sooner. It's delicious. Breakfast wrap/sandwich option A: do not get the spring mix in your breakfast sandwich/wrap. It is so fresh and hot that the spring mix is wilted when it gets to you. Other than that very tasty. Highly recommend. High quality, fresh sourdough bread. Really good. (4/5) Shashouka: get this. If you want to try something new, try this. Tomato based dish with sunny side up eggs served with sourdough bread. Very warm, very comforting. (5/5) Brown sugar shaken espresso: yes, realllllllllly good. I could get this every day. (5/5) Overall I'd definitely come again. Probably one of my favorites. I had this Sunday morning and I really tried to come here again Monday. But my bf said no. But i definitely am still craving this. Their hours are a little weird, but I'm coming back.

Super cute cafe with tons of indoor and outdoor seating and parking. There was lots of people studying outside when we went. I was happy with the shakshouka, and we got the chicken pesto sandwich to dip it in as well. Highly recommend this duo! read more

Walked in and the place was clean and well kept. I came for a to good to go order. I got 3 different items for 6.99 plus tax which is pretty decent. I have no idea what any of them are except the banana bread The pie thing I give a 5/10 because it has nuts but it's well made. For someone who loves nuts that would be much higher. The banana bread I make myself so I rate kinda harshly but I would still give 7/10. Wish it didn't have nuts And the log thing was really good 8/10 Idk what it is but it's good. I would love to do this again and be able to try muffins and cookies. read more

Came here on a less busy day. Service could be better. Inside is nice, but take a seat outside if the weather is good! Outdoor seating is a vibe. For food, I tried the shakshouka, pesto sandwich, tuna melt, and the Armenian summer salad with salmon. I think my favorites were definitely the sandwiches. I really enjoyed both. Other food isn't bad, but nothing worth noting. For drinks, I tried the pistachio crème latte, and would give it a 5/10. Pistachio flavor was sorta lacking. My cousin got the honey hibiscus tea and would've preferred less honey. I thought it was fine, so it's really just preference read more

Found this spot on TikTok and checked it out with my sister the next morning. Loved the cute outdoor seating with hanging leafy decor. The inside was small but nicely decorated. I got the crème brûlée latte and my sister got the matcha latte--both were better than expected despite the low drink ratings. My coffee was a bit strong for my taste, but still good, and the matcha wasn't watered down. Service was great. Would definitely come back and try the food next time! read more

My wife and I tried this gem of a cafe for the first time today and totally enjoyed the experience. Wonderful traditional Armenian items on the menu as well as familiar American choices. If you prefer not to sit in the small cafe there is plenty of room in the shaded patio. Comfortable, inviting and friendly. Kingdom Kafe is in our Yelp Collections now. read more

Tried out Kingdom Cafe this morning and was extremely satisfied! Went right at open and were promptly greeted. She gave suggestions and guided us through all their options. The inside area is small but feels like there's plenty of space from other patrons. Great use of space. They have an awesome outside dining area with tons of space but at 8am and 40 degrees it may not be the best. The latte and food were both delicious. I had the snickersdoodle latte and breakfast sandwich. Also want to highlight the worker. She was the only one there and handled a massive rush of people coming in by herself with kindness and promptness. Will definitely recommend and come back. read more

Breakfast joint with Armenian flare! Super unique and tasty. The line was pretty long since you order at the counter and the food gets brought to you. Although the food was tasty, the service was lacking. They accidentally forgot my partner's order and didn't bring it out until we were done eating. They did accommodate us by bringing out a free dessert and the workers were genuinely apologetic towards us which we appreciated a lot! The overall wait time for the food to be brought to us was quite long.. around 20 minutes. However it was pretty busy inside so I totally get it. Just wish my partner's order wasn't missed and I would've rated this place higher. The banana cream matcha was just okay. I only enjoyed the banana cream on the top, which was pretty much a small slice of banana cream pie (I think).. but once I reached the matcha it was lacking flavor. read more

I visited this morning to have a study session with a friend and I loved it. I ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich and a vanilla matcha. Both were so delicious I could taste the quality put into the ingredients. The service was quick and fine. There is a lot of space inside and outside for studying. There are limited outlets so I'd keep that in mind when coming here to study. read more

A quaint Armenian cafe located adjacent to the Karabakh Farmers Market. Their pastries, lattes, and breakfast plates are very popular. There is a small indoor dining area and very spacious outdoor seating equipped with heaters during the winter months and water mist during the summer. I enjoyed both the pistachio and cream latte and the creme brulee latte. Both drinks were smooth, creamy, and well-balanced, but were not hot upon arrival. The pistachio and cream came topped with an attractive microfoam art. The creme brulee latte, however, was more flavorful. The chicken pesto sandwich is a popular lunch item. I liked the simplicity of the sandwich and the chicken was cooked just right. The bread was toasted a little too long. The Armenian-style Sunnyside Up was amazing despite being a simple dish. It is a dish prepared with Jack cheese, basturma, tomato, bell peppers, two Sunnyside eggs, and served with sourdough toast. The eggs were perfectly cooked, paired nicely with the Jack cheese, tomato, and bell peppers, and all the ingredients were fresh. The dish was well-plated and aromatic. I notice they take their time to prepare the dishes, so do not expect your order to be ready under 15 to 20 minutes. Moreover, they screwed up on my order, so I had to wait an additional 20 minutes longer. One of the servers gave me a free cookie because of the screw-up but I was not a fan of it. What made matters much worse was a loud, very heated shouting match between two workers at the Karabakh Farmers Market ensued a few minutes after I sat down and you could hear everything. The shouting went on for a few minutes and made the customers uncomfortable. I was already annoyed my order was taking so long and now I had to put up with this? I do not know if the owners of the Karabakh Farmers Market also own and manage the cafe. Only a canopy wall separates them, so this is my assumption. The service I received from the young ladies who work here was friendly but lacked warmth and energy. I had to banter with the servers to get a smile and engage in substantive conversation. I wanted to return and try their soups, breads, and other breakfast plates but I probably will not after that unfortunate experience. A four-star rating is very generous and strictly based on the quality of the dishes and lattes I tried here. A return visit is unlikely for me. read more
So much potential. It could be a lot cuter, I see what they were going for with the greenery... maybe if they kept up with it? Looked like they kind of gave up on trying to keep up the appeal? Then again, it was my first time there so I don't know if it's always looked like this. The outside had plenty of seating, though there's bird poo on almost every area you look at (the ceiling covers were falling apart). Inside is cute, small. Limited seating. I was still able to capture nice photos of our drinks though. The service was alright. They weren't rude, but they weren't friendly either if that makes sense. Just there for the paycheck I suppose. My sister and I both got the Biscoff Latte. It was good, not the best. The foam was very thick... my sister literally choked on it lol but again, the drink itself wasn't bad. Didn't care much for the cookie on top (Hmm...maybe she choked on the cookie?). However, they do carry Honey Cakes and I've just recently been introduced to these a few months ago (home made honey cakes that were freaking addicting)... these weren't as good as the home made ones but they will suffice! Now I know of at least one place to go if these cravings ever come up!! Hope the next time I visit (for honey cakes) I can update my review for the better. read more

I'll start by saying this is the second or third time I've been here and the other times were definitely different. This time I had the almond joy latte and my partner had the blueberry frappe. While the blueberry and crème frappe looked like blueberry, it didn't taste like blueberry at all. It tasted mildly sweet and nothing else. The almond joy tasted similar, nothing much more than a slightly sweet flavor. While the coffee shop itself still has a nice and comforting aesthetic, the baristas seemed detached today compared to previous experiences. read more

I was looking for a nearby cafe with breakfast food after getting a decent amount of blood drawn at my doctor's office and found this cool place by the mall. I consider myself a cafe aficionado (lol) and will go out of my way to my favorite cafe spots in Tower District & Clovis, so I wanted to explore other options that had good reviews. This cafe is attached to [I believe] an Armenian marketplace. This cafe is only open half the day and closed on Mondays. Outside has a nice place to hang out and dine in. When entering in, the aesthetics is pretty cute and expected of your normal cafe. I like that it has a corner for books to read. I ordered the Ferrero Rocher latte and a breakfast burrito (option A). I like subtle sweet coffees and desserts, so I asked for half-sweetened. LOVED the latte! It was a good flavor of mocha and hazelnut and enough to where the sugar wasn't too much. The breakfast burrito was delicious as well. It came with avocado, scrambled eggs, greens, and cheese (I added extra $2 for bacon). You can also have the entree as a sandwich or croissant. Because it was my first time there, the front staff were nice is explaining their popular drinks and foods. The background cafe music was also a good volume level to be able to converse or read a book. Overall, ambience and sevice was great. The absolute BEST cafe food i've had in Fresno so far. I crave their strawberry matcha latte & avocado toast all the time. Very high quality matcha & food. A cute & cozy spot to have brunch outside. There's plenty of space here, both inside and outside on their front covered patio. I stayed inside and enjoyed an iced americano and their cozy modern decor. They offer a ton of classic coffee drinks and some delicious sounding specialty drinks. Like Nutella frappes, Almond Joy lattes, and a toasted marshmallow white mocha. They do offer a full breakfast menu and a limited lunch menu with sandwiches, wraps, soups and salads. They stop serving food at 3pm and close at 4pm. The owners here also own Karabahk Farmers Market nextdoor. Now you can support two local spots with one trip! read more
First time, stopped by during lunch break. It is attached to a farmers market and right next to gas station. Plenty of parking. Cafe vibes, indoor and outdoor seating. Bathroom spacious, one men's urinal out of order but overall nice bathroom. Nice tables, one couch, some bar type seating with a small library. Christian music in the radio. I got the mocha and blueberry pancakes. Mocha was expertly steamed - best microfoam I've had outside of a major city. Blueberry pancakes AMAZING. 49 flapjack style with a soft chewy texture. Buttery finish with a delicious cream cheese sauce (I love cream cheese). Staff were nice, quiet types. I am definitely coming back if I get a chance. Easy 5 stars. read more

This is my second visit and I really loved it the second time around! Wait time was around 10 minutes for food and around 20 for the drink. Staff is really nice! It was busyyyy which is always a good sign. The interior is fairly small but there's lots of seating outside for when the weather's nice! Here's what we got + what we thought: Chicken Pesto Sandwich (5/5): Comes with pickles & jalapeños on the side. Pretty good portion & tasted great! Pretty sure the sourdough was made in house because it was so good. Shakshouka (4/5): I've been wanting to try Shakshouka for the longest time! It's really good but I do think it was a little expensive for the portion. I also wish there had been a little more egg. The sourdough was really great in this dish as well! I could probably write a whole review on how much I liked the sourdough but you get it-- just know it was really good!! Biscoff Latte (5/5): Tasted just like the biscoff cookies! I am utterly obsessed with the Iced Creme Brulee latte! It is my favorite. Their espresso is so tasty. I've tried their iced strawberry matcha and it was good. Wasn't really a fan of the strawberry puree at the bottom it was a bit jammy. But everyone has their preference! Also, the iced carrot cake latte was yummy. I'd love to try it hot during the fall/winter. Carrot cake was 10/10! Tiramisu was a 6/10 I love the vibe. Study friendly. read more
We had a girls brunch and it was so nice. Very chill environment, it looked like they were expanding the space. Our order took about 15 minutes to come, but our drinks were out quickly. I loved the matcha, it tasted so earthy and delicious. The food was amazing, I love that for the sandwich's they give jalapeños and pickles! The waffle was so warm and the toppings just melted it was perfect. read more
