The super food salad had so many wonderful ingredients, including pistachios, different berries, and edamame. The steak itself was cooked perfectly, and the entire salad was very refreshing. I didn't order at this time, but they have wonderful pierogies and also some of the best calamari in town.

An agreeable server greeted us, ask what type of water we preferred, and let us know where we could find their signature cocktails. As we scanned the menu, we noticed the prices were quite high, and assumed the quality would equal the costs. $26.00 for a Tuna Tartare, and $28.00 for the Steak Tartare seem a little above market. Also, they were asking for $4.50 per half shelled Oyster. Again, pretty high for this area. I usually order a half dozen, but I was a semi cautious, having been burned by local restaurants serving very small oysters. This was no different. I ordered 4 Blue Points, ( .99 cents in the grocery) and was shocked to see 2 normal ( again, for this area) and 2 very small oysters. Burned. We also ordered the Tuna Tartare, and again, it was just ok. Uneven chunks of tuna, atop a strange scoop of avocado( which we had to mash ourselves in order to gain a reasonable mouthful. We decided to have the Tableside Caesar Salad, that's always fun. Most places that have this service, will have a dedicated Maître de or Host create this for you~ we had our over worked waitress. It was 1 1/2 hours between being seated and a salad. On a Sunday. And a VERY over rushed waitress. It wasn't pleasant, and we felt bad for her. Needless to say, the dressing was rushed, therefore the proper amount of ingredients were not acceptable. There was a shocking amount of vinegar and Worcestershire, but how could you tell this poor girl you can barely choke it down? A pork Chop was ordered, and the evenings 'special' a New Filet Trio with a 1/2 lb ( just a leg) of steamed crab- deshelled $60 for the trio and $80 for the leg!!! This is where my lesson comes in- ALWAYS ASK MRK prices, at unfamiliar establishments. My bad. We also order off of there side menu, since we were all in by now. We ordered the gloopy mash potatoes, the polenta they had to take off the bill since it was inedible, and the 4 pieces of grilled asparagus that came smothered in parmesan cheese?? (why on earth are your smothering fresh asparagus in shaved cheese??) My poor husband was 3 Barrel aged Old Fashions in ($18.00 per) and I was 2 Paper Planes ( $16.00 per and was meh) by the time was had our waitress box the entire meal, to be tossed out at home. Because we were embarrassed! At one point, a 'hostess' came over and said " sorry to interrupt, but how was everything??" Listen, she could care less how our meal was, because she directly seated herself in the 'private' dining area next to us, with a full compliment of wine bottles behind her and 3 glass walls surrounding her, and began eating her own supper. Closed off to any irritant she may experience. What absolute gall. Thank God the cappuccino machine was broken, it saved us $10.00 for one cup! Meanwhile, don't they require a dress code at his establishment? I won't say more... After paying our $500.00 bill ( for 2 ppl) we unfolded our coats, and proceeded out, with the 'hostess' engaged in what seemed to be a very personal, almost depressive conversation with a patron, and never bothered to excuse herself to send us off with even a 'thanx' ~ Oh KSL- Lesson Learned. And yes, the overworked waitress received a $50.00 tip. She was lovely and my only hope is she finds a better establishment to work in.

To top it off red lobsters missing items no lemons or drawn butter in the entire bag. The filet and tail- the FILET was MISSING which was the only thing my husband truly wanted. No Broccoli, again. Walts shrimp- was missing sides. Red lobster was completely incompetent and I refuse to take responsibility over the 143.51 overcharged for the ultimate feast and the filet w/tail. Dinner was completely ruined. We barely had enough dinner between us both. The bag was sealed so the driver isn't responsibile. I need resolution for these extreme oversight that caused our dinner to be so so disappointing. The good news is: They do take credit cards The restaurant is wheelchair accessible -- but only if the correct parking spot is open. Once the lot fills (about 10 cars), the incline makes it nearly impossible for a handicap van to park safely. My burger, fries, and cup of water came to about $15. Overall, I'm not sure I'd return. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that immediately made us feel at home. The service was exceptional - attentive, friendly, and accommodating staff who went out of their way to ensure my father's birthday celebration was truly memorable. They even went the extra mile to personalize our experience, adding thoughtful touches that made the evening even more special. As for the food, it was outstanding. The seafood was incredibly fresh, prepared to perfection, and bursting with flavor. We went to Kingfish tonight for the first time. It was amazing. Huge wine and cocktail list, excellent personable service. We had a gluten free person in our party and the staff went above and beyond for her. We had multiple staff members check on us throughout our time there to make sure everything was great and our table was always clean. Best service I've had in a restaurant. Now on to the food. I personally had the cornmeal catfish which was amazing, especially the shrimp etouffe that came with it. Everyone was so impressed with their food we all tried each others. Hand down the best scallops I've ever eaten. To top it off we were celebrating our engagement and they brought us out complimentary dessert. I was expecting a brownie with ice cream or something like that. I was dead wrong. They brought us creme brûlée, cheesecake, and key lime pie in a jar. All of them were delicious. Yes the menu looks pricey but the food is worth every penny. If you're one of those people that don't mind paying for good food, this place is on par with Lola for the best food I've had in NE Ohio. We visited Kingfish for the first time and were genuinely impressed. Don't let the location near major chains fool you, this is top-tier seafood that rivals any high-end coastal kitchen. We started with warm sourdough (complementary, which is not always the case) and oysters, followed by a seafood trio of lobster, scallops, and shrimp. Every piece was perfectly tender and incredibly fresh. The efficiency here is unmatched. Even with a packed house and us ordering four courses (appetizers, salad, and dessert), the service was so seamless that we were out in just over an hour. The staff was incredibly personable and even surprised us with a complimentary crème brûlée for our first visit. We also grabbed a Banana Foster cheesecake to go, which was a dream. This restaurant is an upscale facade upholding the patriarchal values of white supremacy, racism and sexism. My wife and I attended this restaurant for a happy hour special and were denied entrance due to a "strict enforced dress code" where no hooded sweatshirts are allowed. As we left the restaurant there were two white males who entered wearing hooded sweatshirts and were not asked to leave. This is a disgrace and reflects poorly on Kingfish's worldview. I went with my absolute favorite, "Lamb Chops" Herb Crusted Dijon Crispy Gnocchi Green Peppercorn Jus. So did my brother. And his wife ordered the "Sea Scallops" Roasted Beets Humboldt Fog Pistachios Orange/Saffron Butter. Everything was exceptional as always. KUDOS to the entire kitchen staff. We followed dinner with a fine cup of coffee and shared a couple orders of "Whipped Chocolate Mousse" infused with chopped hazelnuts... fabulous. Sixteen people joined us on the patio last evening. It took forever to get a first and only rounds of drink arrived in about 40 minutes. The food came out at about an hour and a half. We were missing salads and side dishes and the usually amazing fried chicken was overcooked. One of my friends called there at 5:30 to have a bottle of wine delivered to my table. He tipped the hostess $10 for the service. As we were leaving at 7:30, our waiter brought the bottle over. The wine went home with me. Fortunately, the patio was a great meeting spot for my family. Everyone had fun despite the problems in the kitchen. I hope that things get better at Russo's. My friends and I were planning to go there on Thursday, too. Not going to risk it again.

Shrimp was cooked to perfection and so often when you try these boil houses it's over cooked . Crab was fresh and easy to come out of the shell . I was skeptical at first because some of my favorite seafood places are ones close to oceans such as eateries in DC, Florida etc so the bar is high. I would recommend this place and come back. We had very kind waitress . She was sweet. Will be back. Had coloring where children can draw directly on the table my daughter loved that.

When we 1st arrived the server (we had many times in the past) politely greeted us & asked about are day. We could immediately see that she was upset & on the verge of crying. We told her we weren't in any rush & if she needed some time for herself we would be ok with waiting while she took the time to get herself composed and she could get back to us afterwards. She immediately started to cry & thanked us before heading to the bathroom. After a few minutes she came back to the table. We asked her if everything was ok. She explained, the family that just left (before we entered) left without paying their bill. This family had gotten FOUR King Crab Meals, each costing $109. The total bill being over $400. The sever went her management about this issue & they informed her this was her fault, she would responsible to unpaid bill & it wouldbe coming out of her next pay check. Another table directly beside us also witnessed this and these kind people gave the server alittle money to help cover the cost of the unpaid bill. But ultimately this server was left paid this bill costing her over $300. Management treated this poor girl so horribly, they held her responsible for such a high bill & then told her to stop "crying about it"! This was absolutely disgusting!! Why is the lowest paid person responsible for this?? I felt so bad for her!! I know it would take every bit of her tips for the day, plus some of her pay check to cover this unpaid bill. Until today, A Plus Crab was one of our favorite places to eat. The servers are always so pleasant & the food is fantastic. But after this experience we are now rethinking EVER going back to this establishment and Ill be sharing this experience with anyone I can, as an example of how NOT to treat your employees & people in general. I CAN NOT support any company knowing this is the treatment of their employees. I dont know how she didnt just walk out & never look back.
