I honestly didn't have high expectations but this place is such a gem!! The banchan was simple but seasoned well, not too salty. I got the donkatsu bento and I was shocked at the accompanying dishes bc they served japchae and a seasoned fried tofu and they were all just as good as the donkatsu. We also got the beef bibimbap and the portion was huge and overall delicious. The service was also impeccable, they gave us multiple refills of the banchan without us asking. We will definitely be coming back and are so glad that a solid Korean restaurant opened up near us! read more

Came in with my husband and young son. The owners were super nice. Brought out a fork and spoon especially for my son. Ordered the pork katsu, soy garlic chicken and a beef bibimbap. The pork katsu and soy garlic chicken come as a huge set with rice, salad, japchae and a small banchan dish. The banchan that was provided outside of the set dishes were good and had a generous amount. The miso soup had a kick to it that snuck up on you. The food was delicious. The portion sizes are a lot. Their prices are really reasonable for the amount of food they give. I will gladly come back again. I hope business picks up for the nice couple operating this place. Only one other group was eating on a Thursday evening, but it might have been too early. read more

This was one of the best meals I've had in the South Bay ever !!! Food and Service A+. The nicest people you could ever meet. Cant express enough how much we enjoyed. They've been open 5 weeks and we I'll go back ASAP. We had Bulgogi, Galbe , Jinchape, sweet potato and shrimp tempura. The salads were amazing well. The miso soup we had with our meal was one of the best miso soups I've had in my life. My 10yr old never had Korean food her life and tried and enjoyed everything. Absolutely fantastic! read more

A coworker and I was walking towards Chipotle couple doors down for lunch. Noticed Kitchen Dosirak (opened 10 days ago) and saw they had a menu on their glass wall. We browsed their menu; a few stuff caught our eye so we decided to walk in and give it a try. They (I'm assuming they're the owners) were very nice. Even let me use their restroom. Thank you! Onto the food...We got the fried dumpling to share. Yum! We loved that they gave us each a dipping sauce; whereas, most places expect you to share a dipping sauce. We both decided on the Galbi Dosirak. Its very similar to a Japanese bento box that comes complete with a salad, side dishes and the main entree. It was the perfect size for lunch. We each devoured our dosirak. Yum! My co-worker don't usually like tofu but like theirs. Of course being a Korean restaurant we got the complimentary kimci, fish cake and mini potatoes. The lady that helped us was very attentive and quick with our request for kimchee refills, . I'm always supportive of the small mom and pops restaurant that delivers on flavor and glad they're a new addition to my lunch choices. I highly recommend you give this place a try. I will definitely go back and try their Pork Belly with Chives! read more

The food is amazing and the service is excellent. The restaurant is cozy and family friendly. I love the spicy pork bulgogi and fried rice. The complimentary sides of kimchi, fish pancake, and white rice are very tasty. There is an abundance of meat on each plate and the price is very fair. Excellent food and experience! The inside is cute and has a nice family vibe. Our waitress was very friendly and our food came promptly. I came with another person and we ordered the pork cutlet and Korean chicken sets. Both orders came with plentiful sides (as is usual with k-food but still) and everything was so delicious! Our server was a very nice lady who was incredibly attentive. After ordering from the menu, they start you off with delicious miso soup and unlimited banchan (side dishes). Today we ordered the soy garlic chicken box, fried dumplings and beef bulgogi. We've tried the pork belly fried rice, spicy chicken box and the galbi (beef short ribs).
