I vividly remember this location as Dripp Coffee Bar formerly before it was renovated to be another Klatch Coffee location. I love Klatch Coffee especially the San Dimas location near home. This location is okay. My first time coming here I opted for a hot chai tea latte and it was made too sweet where I couldn't finish the whole drink. I wrote a review of this place when it was Drip or Dript I forget....I came to meet up with a friend here and to my surprise it was the Klatch I had my friend meet me at.....Nothing against Klatch in fact I've tried their coffee numerous times at Yelp events so finally getting to a location was good...and the coffee up to par with the pour over drip! I also had a latte and was good as well....They have indoor outdoor and upstairs indoor seating. I was lucky to find a table as somebody left. Way back when, this spot was a Peet's Coffee... then a Dripp... but I am so glad Klatch has made its appearance here at the Shoppes. It's my now go-to coffee place in the Chino/Hills area. The entire staff is kind and polite. I've never had a bad customer service experience, even in the most brief of ordering conversations. I've only tried one or two food items- their Nutella toast. I was fairly disappointed that it seemed like there was equivalent to one strawberry sliced on top. I've had their scone with butter and jam, which pairs nicely with any of their hot lattes that I usually get. The coffee is definitely what I come for here! Only noteworthy interaction I can remember is with Parker, I normally order the Hazelnut latte and he recommended the Hazy Days, which I really enjoyed and probably would have never ordered otherwise unless the drink was explained to me! Was very sad to see Dripp go, but got super excited when I noticed a Klatch was opening here! This is my favorite coffee chain and getting a location in Chino Hills is just awesome. I stopped in a couple weeks ago before a nail apt and got my usual iced Crème Brule. Line moved pretty quick and everyone was very friendly. Lots of seating, inside, outside and upstairs. Yes they have an upstairs! The man who made my drink was making small talk with everyone and just asking how our day was going and what plans we had. Just a great spot to be around. The San Dimas location is closer to where I live so I go there more often, but love the ambiance here and will definitely be back more often. read more

Just finished a delicious iced pumpkin oatmilk latte made by Brian. Definitely one of the best cups of coffee I've had in town.

I don't live close to a Klatch coffee but when I'm in an area where there is one, it's my only go to place for an iced latte with oat milk!! I love everything about the type of espresso beans they use and the taste is unbeatable! This location has a very open space vibe with an upstairs that has seatings. I always attend Klatch to study. Today I was extremely disappointed by the customer service. I ordered a pumpkin crème cold brew, and to my dismay the cold foam was not on top. I politely asked the barista if the drink is supposed to come with cold brew on top like the picture on the menu shows. He said yes. I asked if he could add the cold foam to my drink and was told yes very rudely. The barista had an attitude and did not want to be bothered. My favorite coffee roasters finally arrived in Chino Hills. Service is excellent. Has always been no matter how busy they get. Regardless of which particular nearby site you are at: Ranch Cucamonga, San Dimas, Redondo Beach or Ontario. Pasadena will be next on my list to visit. Menu is small has the right amount of items but they do the basics well and have a few unique surprises that you should try out if you are in the mood. The bakery items here are a welcomed break if you have a chance to try. The scones and muffins are my favorite. My recommendations. Give the Bru-bar or any of the expresso drinks a try. You can't go wrong with any of them. My go to drink is the Cold brew, Cappuccino or the Iced latte. The #1 Bru Bar option is usually a great deal for the quality that only Klatch coffee can give. If you are feeling adventurous, try the #2 or 3. And on a special occasion, try the Geisha. For the Coffee enthusiast, you can learn from their knowledgeable staff or if you are lucky from the family. Check out the website. My wife and I have had a chance to participate in a taste testing and an anniversary event and meet the family a few times. You can tell that how enthusiastic they are about their product when you speak to them. You can tell that they care in how much meticulous detail they they tell you about each and every variety. This Klatch is I. The old Dripp location. I'm giving three stars because I think they have brightened up the place and now has a nice ambiance. However, I judge everything coffee by the iced Americano. With that standard I would give them two stars. Their Americano is bitter and taste burnt. It's equivalent to a Starbucks version, but current styles have changed and Iced Americanos are smooth and creamy these days. I would suggest Canabru coffee or Lucky's. read more

This Klatch location has replaced Dripp coffee and I'm so happy to have a solid third-wave coffee shop back in Chino Hills. This location has tons of space if you're looking to study with a seemingly good amount of power outlets for students. We tried the Oat Milk capp on tap and the seasonal pumpkin cold brew, which were both delicious! The pumpkin cold brew is similar to the Starbucks foam drink but the pumpkin flavor in this one tastes a little more...natural(?). Regarding drinks: I thought this place had better drinks considering the marketing it had and the beautiful location, but my friend got the Matcha Latte and I had the Chai Latte- both were powdery. I didn't like how powdery the drink was because I thought I could've just made it myself with powder at home.. and while my friend felt the powder too, they were okay with it so it's just up to personal preference. Regarding the indoor: it was very crowded/busy and there aren't outlets in all the seats so we had to wait for a seat with an outlet to be open which were located right in front of the cashier. I wouldn't come back here for for studying because of just how crowded and small this place is, but maybe I'll try a coffee next time! read more

Communication and timeliness is really lacking here. The coffee/lattes are weak in flavor, all I've tasted the past few times is milk and sugar. Even more disappointing when I have to order an add shot to try and taste the flavor of espresso and my one small order was lost behind the other orders after mine. So far I've tried hazy days (literally taste like you're drinking a ferrero rocher in drink form but not overwhelming sweet) and their vanilla BEAN latte (love that it's not just an ordinary vanilla latte) which was delicious 10/10 recommend. Perfect balance of sweetness and coffee flavor. Next time I want to try their creme brûlée latte and some of their food/pastries. Only reason I docked 1 star is because I wish there was more seating downstairs but other than that, I would highly recommend coming here for a solid cup of coffee! read more

I didn't remember it being so sweet tho! I even had it less sweetened too :/ Last time I had it in Ontario and it's been years since I had Klatch. I was so happy seeing Klatch today and had to get something again. Maybe I had a sweet tooth before.. ayy. Next time I know to get half sweet.. Regular Latte - 4.5/5 It's a classic latte with half and half. Maybe I should get whole milk next time. It's not as smooth as I liked. I got this non-sweetened so there's nothing to complain about this haha. Just a bit strong for a latte. But that's probably good knowing it's real coffee. ^^ Cinnamon Twist - 4/5 It was great when I took the first bite in the car. Super textury and crispy, I love it! The girl at the counter said they bake it fresh each morning, and even toasted it for me. I have gotten coffee here a few times. It's definitely better than that other coffee place with the mermaid but it's on that same level. The coffee is okay but their drinks are overly milky and sweet for me. I have to get extra espresso shots to balance out the milk but it still seems overly sweet to me. I suppose if you're into sweet milky drinks more than good espresso this would be a good place for you. I personally enjoy coffee more than sweet drinks. Perhaps I just haven't found the right drink, or right way to order a latte. My husband who doesn't drink coffee as much as I do enjoys the coffee here. I am willing to try a few more times to see if I can find a drink I enjoy more. Klatch in Chino Hills is very close to my home. Parking was a bit difficult to find since it's in a rather busy plaza. I expected for there to be more outlets on the inside, but they only had it by the chairs on the bottom floor and on the side of a wall by the windows. The top floor only had outlets by the outer edge of the platform, so if you're trying to study at this place, better come earlier to stake a spot. Twice we've been there, but both times Klatch had dropped the ball. We ordered the same two things(Hot Cafe Mocha & Iced Vanilla Latte), but both times they tasted funny with an odd after taste. Couldn't put my finger in what caused that, but definitely abnormal. I've tried other Klatches, so I know it's not that was the way their coffee should taste like. Service wise, I have no complaint whatsoever. In fact, both times the cashiers were very friendly. Just that both times we had to discard the drinks after taking a couple of sips.
